The shop was very clean and had a wonderful selection of delicious ice creams. I appreciate the fact that they don't charge extra for a simple cone (not a waffle, which makes sense!). They also offer free sprinkles, which it seems like nobody does and which I (and probably every other parent out there) shake my head when I take my kids out for ice cream and vow to next time have it at home because $1 for a few sprinkles (especially once you've paid extra for a probably stale cake cone) is bananas. It is priced at market value, so I imagine this could vary over time, but they had three tiers for omakase, which I thought were all fairly priced for the amount of food included. We opted for the highest tier, which was $120 pp, and it was incredibly filling with high quality cuts of fish and a thoughtfully curated menu. The sushi chef who took care of us was incredibly kind, and it was clear he put a lot of care into the food he prepared. If you're on the fence, hop off and make that reservation and come hungry for the omakase experience!

We went during the busy time, but we was able to grab a spot inside. I really wanted to try the caramel apple pancakes and the Monte Cristo so my date said we should get both. The Monte Cristo was really good, they make it with their French toast and a lot of powdered sugar. I couldn't eat the whole thing so we took it home for later. The caramel apple pancakes were the star of the show! We ordered them as a side dish and would definitely do that again to share. They were so sweet and so flavorful! I'm still thinking about them to this day. I'll definitely go back and order those pancakes again and maybe get a side of hashbrowns or bacon to go with it. BTW Brad's is next door to Locavore Beer Works so if you don't want to take your BBQ home you can go next door, order any of a multitude of craft beers and they will deliver your food to your table.
