This is my second visit to Klatch Coffee & I am impressed . I don't usually drink much coffee (for health reasons) any more , but will take a few sips from my relative's choice . I did enjoy their mocha latte . If you like teas you are in for a treat since they do have some good choices based on the season. I have tried the lavender infused tea (cold) & their Early Grey ( warm) which tasted great with added honey. Additionally , there seasonal pastries are delicious . If you are in need of a snack or a small dessert pick one up at your next visit . Additionally, I have to give their team kudos for their good customer service . The first time I visited the barista broke down each drink & he was very informative in regards to coffee brewing & what notes to look for based on certain types of coffee. Quick tips: 1. Try out their drive thru if you're in a rush or just don't want to get out of your car 2. Some of the colder drinks run a little on the smaller size just FYI 3. Some items are little more expensive than some other coffee stores , but the quality is good at Klatch. 4. The modern interior design & good amount of space is a plus ( impressed with the upkeep) 5. If visiting in Sept/Oct try their pumpkin latte If you're traveling to or from the high desert area , Las Vegas, or on the CA 15 N /15 S Freeways near Fontana , CA take a quick break & try Klatch Coffee . No Starbucks between Las Vegas and Los Angeles but no worries, this KLATCH COFFEE is a better version than Starbucks much to my delight! They have healthy breakfast from kitchen on site. Drive-thru is an option too especially this branch is just right off fwy 15. I can continue my drive with much energy and big smile on my face again :) read more

I was so excited to try this place but I left feeling disappointed. The woman at the register had not been trained because they overcharged me. I ordered 2 drinks, a ham and cheese croissant and a panini. The cashier told me she charged me for two paninis and they asked if I wanted a refund. I said that's okay because it sounded like I was getting two paninis so I thought that's fine. But I received my correct order, a croissant and one panini. I didn't realize I only had one panini until we left and I was not about to wait in the extremely long line again with an restless toddler. I don't know if they thought I wanted to make a donation? That makes no sense. Obviously I'm going to want money back or a 2nd panini. read more

The staff was so welcoming and kind. They took the time to explain all of their drinks. Ordered a mocha latte and it was divine. Not too sweet with a rich dark chocolate flavor, Will definitely be coming back to try everything else they have! I have been to the one in Rancho many times, cant tell that there is a difference in their drinks but the Rancho one has a more cozy feel whereas this one is much more modern. read more

Decided to stop going to Starbucks and start coming here instead. It's only 6 minutes away from home, the workers are always always so kind, and my lattes always come out delicious! I normally order an iced vanilla and lavender latte with oat milk, and it's so so good :') I love coffee shops that make me feel welcome. read more

I frequent this location often and truly enjoy the taste of their coffee and food items. Their menu is on the pricier side but somewhat reasonable and overall their staff is friendly as well. I wanted to leave this review in hopes of some change for the lack of consistency that has happened on my last recents visits. On one occasion, I made an online pick up order and when I arrived, the inside of the coffee shop was closed and I was unable to get anyones attention. I got in the drive thru, let them know what happened and they said, sorry come back to the door and we'll open it but at that point I was already in the drive thru and couldn't back out. I waited in the drive for 30 min (only 3 cars in front of me) to get my pick up order that had already been made prior. On another occasion, I made a pick up order and again, the inside was closed but this time I was able to get someone's attention and they opened the door. I did ask why the inside has been closed recently and she said due to short staffing. I also asked for salsa at the door and she said it was 25 cents. The last time I went the employee didn't mention an extra cost but I said ok and still gave her a quarter at the door for it. The next visit, I asked for salsa again, this time the employee said it was 50 cents. I understand if things cost extra at times but it would be nice if the staffing were on the same page with costs. Overall I still enjoy the drinks and food and that's what brings me back. But it would be nice to not run into an inconvenience each time I come. I hope they can improve on the consistency. read more

Drove 20 minutes to try Klatch for the first time. Waited 20 minutes in the drive thru. Then when I pull up to pay they said sorry no cash. This is so inconsiderate. Everyone does not have the option of a debit or credit card. I will NOT be coming back. read more

My favorite coffee spot, period! I've been a huge fan of Klatch for a very long time, and was overjoyed when the Fontana store opened. The coffee at Klatch is always delicious (drinking a terrific Kenyan pour over from Klatch now), the Fontana location is convenient, but what would the staff be like. Well, I'm happy to report that the staff have been amazing! Within two visits I was on a first name basis with several of the employees, and the product does not deviate from the Klatch standard. If you love coffee, and are close by, or even if you're far far away, you owe it to yourself to give Klatch a shot! Oh, and while the coffee is bar none, the food is scrumptious as well. read more

Best coffee I have ever had! I surprise my coworkers with coffee every now and then and they all love it just as much as I do. My only complaint is that it is very very slow. Don't drive through if you're in a hurry. They are new so hopefully they will eventually work out the kinks. read more

Man...I used to love coming here, especially when I still lived just blocks away. This was my go-to and always raved that it's better than Starbucks, which is still true in a sense (especially when it comes to their coffee and bfast food!). I would've given a 5-star if the customer service was as good as it was before. I guess management changed because I don't see the same friendly faces and great attitude I was familiar with. Just a week ago, when I visited my parents back home, I asked if I am able to get a bit more dried tomatoes on my huge toast (I ordered their seasonal sundried tomatoes with goat cheese, which is yummay!!), just coz when I opened up my box there were only 3 TINY pieces on there Lol!! I guess they're very cautious with their products coz of inflation, idk...I'm sure that the people working before will happily do it, but nowadays it comes with a sprinkle of huffing and puffing and attitude. HEY! I get it it if I do this often, but that was just ONCE out of the many time I've visited...and again, maybe because the people before who ran this store was at par with customer service and are willing to cater. Will this little hiccup keep me from visiting again? Nahh...all I'm saying is, let's get better and be better! People love your stuff, and show them YOU love being/working there as well! Their coffee is very good, however they need to be more communicative when their system is down and are only accepting cash. I don't usually carry too much cash and they should at least have a sign posted warning people so that I don't have to waste their time or my own. read more

You know there's not many places like klatch, I've been coming here for the past 3 years about 3-4 times a week and I've never had a bad experience, the staff is super cool and friendly, the food and drinks are top notch and the vibes here are great. The staff always recommends new drinks to us and helps me modify drinks. Jorge who I believe is the manager is really cool with dope hair and always friendly. Alyssa is also a great employee, she has memorized my typical order and also helps me try new things. Everyone is great but they stand out the most to me. I definitely recommend this place. My neighbor Buck loves this place too, he just doesn't have the Yelp. read more

I dislike leaving poor reviews but felt this would help my fellow service dog community members. I entered the shop with my service dog because I struggle with drive thrus and was greeted with, " Dogs are not allowed". It was early in the morning and I had not placed my normal service dog harness on my dog but it is not required by the ADA for your dog to wear anything labeling it a service dog. It's perfectly understandable for people to assume and I explain that he is a service dog and proceed to view the menu. While I tried to make a decision, I notice the cashier, Lex, start shaking her head and making rude facial expressions at me and my dog, who's at my heel in a sit and doing his job. I decide to try to ignore it as it's all too common for people judge people without visible disabilities but she made no efforts to hide the distasteful look on her face. At this point, I start to stress and my service dog alerts, so I go outside after I order to let my dog work. My significant other noticed the attitude we recieved and the alert and stayed inside to grab our food. The food and drinks were perfectly fine. It's a nice establishment with clean accommodations. I wish the best for Klatch. I just hope they educate their employees more in how not to pass judgment on individuals who are just a little different and in need of extra help in the form of a service dog. You wouldn't scowl at a man walking with a cane right? read more

The pictures posted are exactly what you get!! i was super thrown off by the drive through menu appearance...i could see inside was all decked out but the drive through menu was a little cheapy looking..i quickly started to regret trying something different..but i ordered. I let the staff know it was my first time and they were very helpful in recommending drinks. I went with the Creme Brûlée Latte and it was the best tasting coffee I've ever had. I'm a regular here and I usually leave positive reviews but this morning at 8:13 11/20 I was upset enough to leave this. I ordered a large hot vanilla bean latte with an Add shot. After waiting for 25 minutes in the drive thru, even though there were only 2 cars in front of me--I go up to the window and as I'm waiting for my drink I notice 8 other cups full on the counter just sitting there. No lids, no marks saying which is which. Anyway, I get my latte and I immediately notice how cold it is. I know it's cold outside but this is suppose to be hot coffee. I also notice it is very light in color and is super sweet. I didn't get my Add shot of coffee in my latte because I imagine it was one of the other countless drinks that was just waiting on the counter. I love klatch and their coffee but their service has gone downhill severely. It would take me 15 mins to get my coffee usually and that's with a line of cars. Took 25 mins this morning and only two cars were ahead of me. Something isn't right. I've been going here less and less because it's not as consistent as it was before. read more

Oh my coffee!!! I have to say this place is amazing! My boyfriend and I always saw Klatch coffee when we would come down from the hill and finally stopped by to have a taste, and I'm soooooo glad we stopped by. The staff was super nice, and on top of that the coffee was so much better than Starbucks! Even their pastries are better! I had the cappuccino chip muffin, which I will add is made fresh there, and it was delicious! Yes I was a totally Starbucks fanatic, but now I've changed my mind haha even my boyfriend agreed it's way better! Definitely a must try! You will not be disappointed. Now I just wish there was one closer to me! Kudos to you Klatch! read more

Omg! They were so great. Loving this place. Great staff. We got the original bagel sanwhich and the favorite sandwich. The eggs were so fluffy my grandson said they were like egg marshmallows, lol he loved his breakfast. They staff really were very patient with us as it took us several minutes to decide as my grandson is very particular about what he eats. They made me a late with coconut milk that was like drinking warm whipped candy. We will be back very soon like maybe for lunch . read more
