Spontaneously decided to try this place and was impressed! I got their breakfast wrap and a 12 oz vanilla cappuccino. Both were really delicious. Gave a 4 star because seating is a bit limited. Klatch Coffee Thank you fellow Yelpers for pointing me in the direction of this cute coffee shop. I wanted something more than just a muffin and coffee. I didn't find any brunch places on a Sunday so I came here. It is located in the middle of apartment / condos and industrial parks. You would probably drive right by unless you were specifically looking for it. I ordered a (hot) white chocolate mocha and original sandwich with avocado added. The charge was $12 and change. It is more than I expected to pay but I assume it is due to the avocado. The Mocha was delicious. The sandwich was pretty good too. The bread was Country sourdough. It looked like wheat but definitely tasted like sourdough. I was happy with it. The egg, ham and cheese was great. The inside of the coffee shop had a nice and homey feeling. However, the furniture was falling apart. The table I sat at was quite rickety and the chair across from me had holes in it. I don't know if this was intentional or the owner just has no extra money to repair things. There is only 14 spots inside to sit at. Surprisingly there were no outlets to charge your laptop or phone. Outside there is a common area with round tables as well as bench seating shared with neighboring businesses. Upbeat classic rock and oldies was playing - CCR, Queen, Hall & Oates, Stevie Wonder, Temptations. I was the only patron so I could kick back and rock out to the tunes. The gal who helped me was friendly. She made suggestions for my drink. I passed on the seasonal flavor as I don't like lavender in my coffee and I favor chocolate to a straight milk based latte. Hello! I don't often write reviews but I had to write one for Klatch as I was very annoyed by the customer service. Although don't get me wrong, one of the workers was incredibly nice and welcoming along with having a great attitude in general. But the barista who took my order was honestly kind of rude. No smiles and she kept responding with just a few monotone words and annoyed attitude. My boyfriend and I have been wanting to try Klatch for a while and we both walked out of the store incredibly annoyed by the rudeness of the girl barista. I am a barista myself so I understand being tired and overworked especially when it's busy but it was not busy and I spoke to her incredibly kindly regardless of her attitude. Very frustrating as we were having a great day and she just kinda killed our vibe. BUT I enjoyed my iced matcha latte and iced chai latte. The drinks itself were not bad at all. read more

Nice little coffee shop! It's pretty small but there are lots of seating outside. Indoors, there are bar height tables to the left and a few regular height tables off to the right. They sell their own coffee beans which is pretty good and a few must have coffee items such as: Chemex, pour over system, coffee filters, mugs, thermos, esspresso cup & saucer... Just to name a few. When ordering a bag of their beans, they can grind it up for you in case you don't have a coffee grinder at home. What's great about this place is that you can order a pour over, which my husband enjoys. I got the iced creme brulee latte. It was very delicious! Service was also wonderful. Came in here out of curiosity. Never heard of klatch and I am a lover of good coffee so decided to give this place a try. We were greeted the moment we came in with happy faces. I was curious about their menu and every question asked was answered by their baristas. I ordered a simple latte and their house coffee to test out the flavors. Latte came with a cute little heart art which made my spirits a bit lighter with joy. Took a sip and it's just how I would like my latte. The house coffee not as big of a fan as it was bitter/fruity. I placed an order on the app and when I arrived location turned out that they did not have my order, somehow my order got sent to the Ontario location and when I called I spoke to Josh and he kindly mentioned that he would send the order over himself to make sure that I didn't lose out on my money or my order. Although I'm not sure how the order got placed at their location I really appreciate Josh going above and beyond to help me rectify the issue not even five minutes later the staff at the San Dimas location, Mari, was able to fill my order. Klatch coffee is literally the best coffee I have ever tasted in my life. So full of flavor and completely shits on Starbucks or anything close to Starbucks.. This location is great. I always get great service, staff is very friendly and service is relatively quick. The location has outdoor patio for seating which is always a plus for me. If you stop by before work I would consider ordering through the app or showing up plenty of time just in case they have a large line. Klatch was one of the first coffee shops that raised my interest into coffee. From their high quality drinks, it set a standard to differentiate between good and bad coffee. 6 years later of coffee experience and being a coffee snob (Especially in Portland, Frisco, Seattle and San Diego), I had to come back to my coffee roots to see if they still held their quality of coffee to the standard. They sure did. I usually order hot drinks but on a hot morning like today, I opted for a nitro cold brew. It was a great cup of nitro cold brew with the right ratios of coffee and water. I opt for no ice as I dislike watered down cold brew. It's good to see that Klatch is consistent with their quality of coffee. I recommend this place to all the coffee snobs. 4 out of 5 stars as I would come back again within a week if I could. It's that good. read more

I ordered "The Favorite" and was presented with literally 1/4 of a sandwich. I wish that was stated somewhere on the menu, or by the staff. It was a decent corner of a sandwich and was crafted nicely, for those of you who like to snap pics of your food. Thankfully I added on something else to my order at the last minute. I got a Custard Berry Toast. I was informed the custard is made in house. I have to say I would not order the Custard Berry Toast again. I'm a sucker for a cute coffee shops. Klatch came in clutch for me when I wanted a quick pick me up before work. Came in around 6:40ish in the morning, it wasn't busy at all which was good for me plus my coffee came out quick. Not too shabby! The inside is small, but from the two times I've been here, it doesn't get very packed. Perfect little spot to come in and study or do homework! I'm no longer a full time coffee drinker, but I do enjoy a nice iced latte from time to time. As far as the specialty lattes like the white mocha and lavender latte, I guess I'm not a huge fan. The lavender was way too overpowering which made it hard to enjoy. The white mocha wasn't as sweet as I was expecting it to be even after I shook it. I usually get whipped cream because I love adding another level of sweetness to my drinks, but that also didn't do much. Overall, meh it was okay. I do appreciate Klatch Coffee a lot though. I love how they roast their own coffee beans here in Rancho Cucamonga! After reading some of the reviews, I might have to try the ceme brûlée to redeem myself. read more

This is my go to spot for iced latte with oat milk! The prices might be a little steep but every once in a while I will pay six dollars for a large size and sip throughout the day. Their oatmeal is very creamy and super delicious! For whatever reason I cannot get my iced latte with homemade of milk to taste just like theirs so I end up buying it and paying the premium price! Let's just say..... neither location knows how to get an order started especially when you order AHEAD of time through the APP. Also didn't like how I walked in and no one acknowledged me.. stood there for a while and a guy came after me and they asked for his name before mine and he got his stuff before I did even though I was there first. Smooth, slightly sore. Ordered a cappuccino muffin. Gooey and buttery from the many chocolate chips; a perfect addition to a coffee. Bought a second one after devouring the first. And will probably come back several times for the cappuccino muffin. Atmosphere: Clean, bright. Small interior - a small bar to sit at and maybe 3 or 4 tables. There is ample outdoor seating near a fountain. Very relaxing. Service: Very friendly. As this was my first time here, the barista was very helpful in explaining the menu and discussing her recommendations. Was informed of the daily fresh baked goods made in house. Good coffee, note that it seems to be made one pour over at a time. This is a place you go if you are not in a rush but want to enjoy the experience of coffee. I had some trouble ordering, as I am not used to a place like Klatch (I either brew my own at home or go to a major chain). After explaining the options, I then understood how to proceed. I hope Klatch Coffee expands west ward, we could use some quality coffee like this in the valley. :) read more

You had me at FRESH MADE OAT MILK!!!! I'm a bit of a coffee snob and have a really hard time finding good tasting coffee l/espresso when I travel. The hubs and I checked our Yelp and decided on Klatch. To my surprise, they offer homemade oat milk that is incredible! I LOVE Oatley's barista version oat milk and I've tried making it at home to no avail. This oat milk was so smooth and made it so we didn't need to add any sugar to our iced latte's. We opted for half 2% and half oat milk. It was a prefect balance of flavors. The espresso was awesome. Not burnt tasting like Starbucks (sorry, not sorry). Next time I'm down this way, we will swing by for sure!!! I'd even go out of my way for one of their latte's with oat milk. Service was great, a little slow for a Monday morning but hey, it was Monday after all and we were all dragging. They do offer a great selection of drinks and food items too. read more

The best Coffee in the IE, and possible in all of So Cal. They've been in the business for decades, and have unique relationships with their farms and farmers, so they have access to exclusive beans. Not only that, but they roast locally in Rancho Cucamonga so their coffee is always fresh. I love to get my whole beans here for roasting at home (using a Chemex, V60, or Toddy), but when I come into the store I love to grab an espresso based drink (Latte, Cappuccino etc) because their espresso is world class (literally nationally award winning). Their cold brew uses a blend called Crazy Goat that has notes of cocao and tobacco. It's incredible. Best to drink it black (it's sweet enough with just the notes). During the summer we purchase a growler from them and they refill it for $16 with their cold brew and it's good for about 6-8 glasses. This particular location has limited indoor seating but ample outdoor seating. Always nice and clean with great WiFi. But let's be honest, you come to Klatch because their coffee is perfect. Don't mess around with the seasonal drinks or fancy stuff. Just get their coffee, sit and enjoy! read more
