I love this place. I go to the one in Rancho or Fontana but a friend wanted to meet at this location. The food was fine and so was the coffee however the cashier was really rude. Her name was Suzy. It was really unprovoked. I didn't do anything. She was in a bad mood right off the bat. And refused to accommodate to me. She just talked. I'm deaf! I even told her so a few times. I asked another employee why Suzy was so rude and she apologized. I give it two stars only because the other employee was super kind and apologetic. read more

This morning I went in for a cup of coffee. When I ordered, the cashier was balancing her cash register and asked me to wait and pay when she was finished. Several more customers came in and were also told the same thing. Fifteen minutes of waiting, I was then able to pay for the coffee, and collected the coffee at the counter. I asked for a regular coffee which cost a whopping $4.50. The coffee was Luke warm and didn't taste very good. Overall a very disappointing first experience. The third star is for the baristas (and the panini). I happened to be in Ontario way too early in the morning and needed a quick pick me up. The baristas were super nice and welcoming! I just ordered a cold brew (my go to), and it was okay, I'd give it a 2.5/5. It wasn't good, but it wasn't bad. I just thought it tasted a little weak, I knew I was drinking coffee, but it was bland, in a sense. There were no layers to it, no distinct flavor that coated my tongue. Stumbled upon this place because quite frankly I'm over Starbucks' poor customer service. It was love at first sip. I ordered the Creme Brûlée and loooooooved it! You can taste the quality in their expresso; the flavor was smooth.I was worried it would be overly sweet with the vanilla bean and caramel sauce, but it wasn't! It was just perfect. Soooo from the constant hype, I decided to hop my little butt on over to klatch coffee. And OMG so glad I did. From the moment I walked in, the baristas were super friendly. I ordered the espresso tonic, and my cousin ordered the creme brûlée with coconut milk. It was amazing. Like Starbucks and coffee bean Who?!??? This may be my new favorite go to for their Iced Creme Brulee Latte, $4.75. I love how it doesn't taste bitter nor too sweet. It was the perfect afternoon pick-me-up and I wish there were more locations near me. The sandwich was flavorful and filling and the vanilla bean latte we ordered was also robust and full of flavor. The only nuance I will mention was that we also ordered a regular latte with breve, but the ratio might have been off because it tasted like full on creamer! I've only visited twice and I ordered a hot and iced vanilla latte on each visit. Both were really good. Just enough sweetness and tasted really yummy. I had been dying to try this coffee spot, so when I had an opportunity to meet someone in Ontario I picked Klatch. I came around 11am during the week and it's a pretty small cafe inside. There's a few tables and two sofa chairs near the door. The drink offerings are interestingly named, so make sure to ask for a description. I had read reviews about drinks taking awhile; however during my visit, they completely missed my order so I was waiting for almost 25 minutes before finally asking the barista for my drink. She first gave me a blank stare and then found my drink ticket. She rushed to make my hot latte and the art (Which I was anxiously awaiting to see) was a blurred image of a flower. That was really disappointing especially because i LOVE instagramming my lattes. The coffee shop is located INSIDE a plaza in the corner. I've come to this location a few times and never had an issue until recently. I went in and ordered a couple of drinks and several others came in after me. I watched every single person, that placed their orders after me, receive their drinks and leave. I was upset thinking that I was forgotten so I asked about my drinks as well as bringing to their attention how the 4 people after me already received their drinks. They responded with, "All of them placed phone orders." The thing that upset me is the lack of communication - These employees failed to acknowledge the fact that I was waiting for a long time and failed to communicate with me. It was about 20-25 minutes later when I received my drink. I then decided to contact the company regarding my experience and have yet to receive a response which is why I've chosen to leave a Yelp review. I enjoyed getting my coffee at this location until all of this happen; A company that doesn't seek to respond to a customer's complaint or shows that your time really isn't valuable isn't a place I want to continue spending money. Also, they need to come up with a better system if they're going to take phone orders so that non phone order customers aren't waiting 20+ minutes for their drinks. So today I thought I would give klatch coffee Ontario one last chance to redeem themselves from past experiences I have had at this location that were less than subpar. I walked in and waited about 5 to 7 minutes before I was helped. When I was finally helped I ordered a small vanilla latte with no foam and I asked for it to be heated to only 140°. The reply from the girl that was helping me was that she had to go and make sure that they could do that. Every other coffee place I have ever been to can easily do that without any problem. Also something to note is that a good business will always have the ability to tell the customer yes. I did not feel they were equipped to tell me yes. So anyway I was told that their machine only heats up to 120°. When my name was called out for me to pick up my drink I got the drink from the girl working the espresso machine. She repeated my order to me stating that my drink was extra hot. I told her that I did not order it extra hot at which time she replied that their machine at extra hot got up to 130°. This would mean that the girl at the counter that helped me was lying to me or that the girl working the espresso bar was lying to me. Either way a small vanilla latte and banana nut muffin came to over $8. My advice to anyone wanting to visit this location is to not visit this location. They have one of the original locations at foothill boulevard and vineyard avenue. This is a much better location where the staff is much more knowledgeable and much more equipped to tell the customer yes. In addition the business is in a very small strip mall having in total about five businesses including their own and in a very poor location for visibility. If it were not for the dental school down about three doors from their business they would be out of business. It is sad to me that in this day and age and especially after or at the end of a pandemic such as covid-19 that a coffee company would be willing to gouge people's wallets. I understand that they try to have higher quality ingredients but someone like me is generally just looking for a standard latte or cup of coffee and possibly something to snack on on the side. It is my belief that the average American just looking for just that as well. I hope that the owner does read this review and does respond back to me but I am not counting on it as I have posted another review about the same company and location in Google reviews and have yet to get a response. read more

The coffee here is so good its unreal. I used to think i loved latte's from starbucks but boy was i wrong. If you're not a coffee aficionado, I would highly recommend getting the House Mocha. Its chocolately and delicious, and wakes you right up! Something about their coffee is also really smooth, which I love. I remember I was going for a whole week and then one day I was running late to work and I had to get coffee in my cafeteria and I was SO grumpy. After having Klatch coffee you'll really notice a difference in quality and taste, you may never go back to regular or chain store coffee! If you love ice blended drinks, their ice blended's are to DIE for! So delicious and creamy, not icy or chunky like a frap. The Patio Special is something fierce, it will give you life; its so good that I can't drink it all the time or i'll have to check into rehab. I probably only drink it when I'm really craving a something sweet and i'm in that "treat yourself" mood. However, if you're a big fan of the House Mocha, like I am, I would suggest getting the Mocha Shake--its the ice blended version. read more
