This is one of my favorite spots. The coffee and food are always spot on. My go to is the turkey provolone sandwich (the pickles are slightly spicy and so so good) with an espresso tonic or a hot latte. There's something for everyone here, whether you're a coffee snob or not. And it's a great place to bring kids--mine love "the favorite" (a small egg / avocado / tomato / onion / sourdough sandwich). Daniel, the manager, has great recommendations and thinks ahead about what we might need (like short straws for kid water cups). Wow, loved this place. The barista let me use my own container. I got cold brew, which they only sell in 16 and 24 oz, but my container was only 12 oz. So he put in less ice to try to give me my money's worth. Also didn't charge to add a small amount of oat milk. I tasted the cold brew before he added the milk - so good!! It's nice in here, bright and clean. A great place to grab a coffee and a bite to eat. Luckily, I arrived early in the morning, before the crowds started rolling in. You order at the register and pick up your food when they call your name, so there's no table service. I had the avocado toast and latte. This is a fun place. Whether you want to come in and grab a latte or come in and have a great small meal, this is exact the location to do just that. The interior of this restaurant is very inviting. They have a few tables for you to sit with your friends or family as well and some nice bar space that looks out onto Pacific Coast Highway. In addition, they also have some nice outdoor seating. For those of you who know the area, and for help with locating this establishment, this restaurant is housed in the space that used to be home to Wee Man's Chronic Tacos -- though the interior space has been completely redesigned. Decent food + coffee, terrible service + staff. Both workers gave attitude when my group was ordering + when picking up our coffee/food. I saw what looked like my drink (cold brew w/ half + half) on the pick up counter and asked what it was to make sure I didn't grab someone else's drink. The worker gave a rude response and said it wasn't mine (it was). Same thing when picking up my chocolate croissant. I've been a Klatch regular since 2019. I work remotely and it's my favorite place to be productive. All the pluses: - lively atmosphere - comfy but not too cozy - makes it easy to work without dozing - baristas are friendly and know their stuff. Daniel, the manager, won 3rd in the US Brewers Cup this year - one of the main reasons the coffee is so on point. - coffee menu has variety plus seasonal specialties and they'll customize drinks for you. - food is decent - I like the breakfast wrap. If you're going to work, heads up there is only one outlet and 2 plugs. Charge up before and you'll eventually have a chance to charge. The cookies are super yummy. I've visited Klatch many times as it is very close to my house. I cannot have coffee unless its mixed with milk, so I enjoy flavored lattes every morning. That being said, Klatch has a wide variety of flavored lattes with their original signature. I have tried the vanilla bean latte and the creme brûlée latte. Both are so delicious with extremely delicious creamy texture and full of flavor. I can say klatch has become my go to place to hang out or do some studying while enjoying my coffee. It has quite become and addiction, so much that my husband had to create a budget for Klatch coffee. Also, their coffee is so good that its pretty!! A really lovely space with a strong wifi signal! I had their avocado toast and was warned that they were out of cucumbers so we subbed in tomatoes instead. Tasty and attractive! I also couldn't resist a pastry which was delicious and not too sweet. I was concerned that I wouldn't be able to have a tea since I didn't find any info online, but yes! they have hot tea. Starting the busy day off by running errands, so I came here on the go for curbside pick-up. I began with downloading the Klatch coffee app. Once I selected the location, I saw 'curbside pickup' on the top. I clicked on that and click the plus (+) sign to add it to my order. Then made my order (picked the drink / food items). When I checked out, in the notes section it will ask to enter the color and make of your car (i.e. White Lamborghini). Pulled up and parked in the designated pick up area, then gave them a call when I arrived. The barista came out with my large Creme Brulee that had espresso, milk, vanilla, and caramel sauce drizzled on the side of the cup. The blend for this drink was so gdamn smooth and just the right amount of sweetness. It was the great boost I needed for the morning and got me rolling to take on my goals for the day! read more

Me and a friend wanted to try a local coffee shop, so we decided to hit up Klatch Coffee. I ordered the chai latte and we split a turkey pesto sandwich. Due to dietary restrictions we had to make sure the sandwich was prepared separate from those that include bacon, and the workers were considerate enough to clean their work station before making the sandwich, which we really appreciated. Chai latte was delicious and smelled exquisite, and the sandwich was absolutely delicious. I definitely recommend giving them a try, they are walking distance from the beach as well! read more

This was my first time trying out this little cafe. I saw it had a good star rating so I figured I'd give my little two cents about it. I ordered an iced creme brûlée coffee. I honestly could only taste espresso and nothing else. It had no other flavors contributing to anything creme brûlée. The caramel was put on the side of the cup which didn't have a strong presence in the coffee at all. My friend had ordered a blended pumpkin drink which I'm sure is seasonal. It was quite pleasant but I would just say it was a little too sweet for my own preference. Also when ordering the drinks the cashier asked if my friend would want whipped cream on their blended drink, they said yes and the cashier didn't add the whip cream and when I said we asked for whip cream he said "oh I can give you whip cream if you'd like" and gave an extremely slouchy whip cream on top of the drink. Customer service was average, nothing I'd take note on-- borderline below average honestly. I never received my receipt either, the cashier literally walked away to make the drinks and that's it. Wow, I am surprised to read all the negative reviews. My wife and I decided to go to Redondo Beach this weekend and grab coffee on the way. We have only been here twice . We enjoy good coffee, so we decided to give it a go. I ordered a pour over coffee and my wife went with the vanilla latte. We thought both drinks were great and the manager was there training a new employee. They have plenty of seating as well. They have this cool device that makes the perfect pour over which I thought was pretty cool. Unfortunately we did not take any photos, due to baby duties...lol. read more

I found Klatch when I was looking for a Baratza Encore grinder. I try to buy all my hobbyist gear locally, so I avoided online shops. On Baratza's site it said this location carried it, so I called them up. The person who picked up the phone was very nice - they said there was one left and that they'd put the grinder on hold for me for a day. I came by and was happy about the entire experience - we talked about different coffee varieties, chatted about pourover technique and I learned a lot more about the grinder. Their expertise was much appreciated and above all I decided to try a pourover - they used a Kalita wave and I was impressed by how good the cup was. While I don't come to this shop (I live too far away), I highly recommend checking out their online site for their coffee subscription - it's $20 with free shipping and they send me a different bag of beans every month. It's incredible. I've been on their subscription for just over a year now and it's always been good. read more

Good drinks, good food, easy parking! Huge open lot behind it. The drinks - typically get the iced chai and the iced cold brew. Both are very good, better than other local coffee shops. Food-wise, I've gotten the pistachio muffin (5/5) and the brioche sandwich (4/5). The one thing I docked a star for - they made me feel pretty uncomfortable asking for a charitable donation when I checked out and when I declined, they guilt-tripped me. First class coffee house! My only complaints, they stop serving brewed coffee after noon, staff told me, only pour overs. I was in a hurry so I couldn't wait for that, and those take time if you want a good one. So I got a double shot espresso which was good, BUT they served it in a paper cup. Seems like the new deal is to actually have a conversation w/ your baristas! Yay! We spent a good amount of time trying out the nitro brews (they have a ton!) & deciding which coffees to get. Coffee: 1. ABC? Nitro - on tap & smooth ~$4 @ 16oz [I forgot the name] 2. Columbian nitro (MP) ~$6 @ 9oz & ~$9 @ 16oz $6 for a 9oz is a bit pushing it for coffee, so that's why I took off 1 Star. Overall: I do like the idea that the coffee comes from different locations around the world, but there's already another coffee place for that originally in NorCal. They focus more on outsourcing coffee beans, but have really different mixed coffees & food. I'm happy w/ the options we got & found my new go-to place! A nice coffee shop in the neighborhood. Great location, on a busy area on Torrance Blvd and PCH. Ambiance is solid, though feels a bit more mainstream than other independent coffee shops. I like their coffee. I come here a lot, both to-go and to stay and sip my coffee at one of the bar-style seating they have by the windows. The Oat Capp on Tap is good, but not as strong as their regular lattes. I usually get iced lattes and I like their vanilla bean latte the most-- not too sweet, just strong and creamy. I've had a hot cappuccino as well, and in my experience I can taste the coffee bean a lot more purely with this drink compared to other drinks I mentioned, perhaps because it has less milk. I'll keep coming back to this coffee shop as an option in my neighborhood coffee rotation. Download their app to get points. It's cool that they are such unique flavors for the latte's and the quality seems good other than the fact that it doesn't even taste like espresso or coffee, more like a dessert or shake. It's milky & sugary so if that's your thing you'll be well pleased. Shocking it's less strong and more expensive than a 24oz Starbucks latte. We couldn't be happier with our neighborhood cafe and ALL of the baristas. Contrary to what Melanie K (another reviewer) had to say, the staff is ALWAYS more than inviting, courteous and engaging. Perhaps you might try Starbucks if you can't appreciate the energy and the coffee craftsmanship of our corner coffee shop. In the future, you may want to consider the impact of your words, as a couple of the baristas have slight hearing impairment which is why they speak loudly. I recently walked in search of a Lionel Prewar 700E Husdon Brass Prototype Train set for my stepson but I was pleasantly surprised with the selection of coffee. I must add that this was my first time walking into such an establishment. The lights were dimly lit and smoke machine was set to an appropriate setting. The beautiful African American barista was more then adequate with helping me select a drink! This is definitely place all seniors in the South Bay should check out. My only suggestion is to change the smoking policy indoors. Nonetheless a beautiful property with many lovely ethnic faces. read more
