Anyone who reads my review knows I have a tough time leaving "negative" reviews. I simply believe in finding the best and everything. That said, Yelp is designed for transparency, to be honest with every review. I'm sure there are plenty of people who love this coffee shop and it seems to be one of the more popular ones in this city, but unfortunately during our visit, it was not a good experience. Admittedly sell, being dairy free and gluten-free comes with his challenges but typically, most coffee shops in the barista's behind the counter I understand a lot of people have these challenges. When I asked if their oat milk was gluten-free, neither barista could tell us. When my wife had a question about the ingredients a gluten-free brownie she wanted, the barista behind the counter looked genuinely stumped and even worse, like he didn't care. That said, I still decided to give them a chance with the drink any coffee shop should be able to handle and that's for espresso shots over ice with oat milk, which is what I ordered, and I don't even know how to describe how horrible it tasted. I'm not sure if it was the oat milk or the espresso shots, or maybe even both, but I'm having trouble trying to even describe with words the first two sips I took. Putting it nicely, I would never try that again. In regards to the actual look and feel of the shop, this is completely personal opinion and I'm sure a lot of people love the look, but for me it was extremely cluttered. There were plenty of people coming in and even a lot of people sitting outside having a good time, so I hope this shop continues to get better and much success comes their way. read more

The coffee roaster who works in the back really needs to wear some type of hair protection while working because too many times have I seen them with way too long hair and they justify it because the roaster gets hot enough to burn the hair away. read more

First time here and I already love this coffee place. They have this drink called a Malted Mocha Blend. Just call it heaven in a cup!! It might have a touch of sugar in it, maybe, :) but it's soooo good. As I tend to do, I was talking and joking with the staff and they all had wonderful sense of humor, they all were very personable, amazing attitudes, customer service, and made a delicious cup of sugar, I mean coffee. Seriously, it was awesome!!! The store had a very nice layout and a big seating area outside. It's across the street from the Lamborghini, Aston Martin, Royce Royce dealerships so you can sit down, have a great cup of coffee, have a wonderful conversation with the employees, and dream of cars you can't afford. I'm glad we went in today, Emily & Aneesa were a blast. I made a horrible joke about cookies and they made me feel better about it by laughing at it. ( Thank you Emily for getting the joke in the first place ). I just loved their attitudes, absolutely makes me want to go back again while I'm in town. Came here before heading over to Indian Wells for tennis tournament spectating. I desperately needed some coffee and this was on the way, I ordered a ice mocha and a lemon poppy muffin. Husband got a regular black coffee and a breakfast sandwich. It was pretty busy for mid-morning. The parking lot is small, but if you get lucky you'll find a spot. Otherwise some convenient street parking is available. Staff was very friendly and efficient. The food came out little by little but ultimately we got our full order. Coffee wasn't my fav since I don't like sour light taste like Blue @@@@@@ coffee like. I had a chocolate croissant and it was hard and chewy. My husband had a blueberry muffin and he said it was ok. Nice patio we sat with our dogs but coffee and pastries weren't our fav. read more

Koffi is an easy on and off from Hwy 111, and serves all the usual coffee drinks and some pastries. The inside was bright and light - very fresh. The coffee was okay. In spite of the 4 employees behind the counter drinks were coming out very slowly. We had the Sugar-Free Fruit and Bran muffin. This is a tough muffin to make palatable, and it was fairly good - I would have this again. The outside patio was quite good. It had a nice hedge row that offered a green backdrop and some noise abatement from Hwy 111. The tables were spaced nicely apart and there was an employee to keep t he area tidy and bussed. read more

I stopped by on a my way back to LA and was really impressed. The staff here is fantastic. There was a guy with red hair and two young ladies working, and they were all incredibly welcoming. One of the girls was bubbly even call her regular names as they walk through the door. They genuinely made me smile, and it was clear how close knit they are with their regulars. Sitting inside for a bit, I got the sense of a real community vibe, which was heartwarming to see. I ordered a double shot latte for here and one of their homemade blueberry muffins. Both were excellent. The latte was spot on and the muffin was fresh and delicious. The only downside to my visit was overhearing a white man with cornrows ask who had served "the homeless man water," only for one of the staff members to clarify that I was a paying customer after I had finished eating. Later for me to find out that was the manger who said that. That moment felt unnecessary and a little out of step with the otherwise welcoming atmosphere. First time coming here. Ambiance is not inviting, and patio is dull. I ordered a large iced latte and it came out white, but had remains of coffee at the bottom of the cup. I enjoyed Koffi in Palm Springs in the past but had a bad experience at this one before. However we decide to gve it another try . Just awful Not very friendly . They have no clue what a cappuccino is or its ratio. We got what did not even taste like espresso but overly roasted bitter coffee with a mountain of foam on top, just disgusting . Neither me or my partner could drink it . I brought it back , did not ask for a replacement but there were no apologies . All they cared about was that we put the cups in the place where they like people to return them lol . my muffin was pretty dry to boot . I went with the iced cappuccino with caramel sauce, and I chose the lighter roast; they have almond, soy, and oat milk options (for an extra dollar). The barista was so friendly and knowledgeable. While visiting Palm Desert, we asked around for a great coffee spot and was told this was the place to go! A super cute coffee shop with great variety of bakery items and drinks. I got the caramel vanilla latte half sweet and my husband got the vanilla latte and they were amazing!! We devoured every bit of it! Amazing service! read more

Koffi Rancho Mirage is a must-stop every time we're in Palm Springs. This place is solid, no question. I love how they always ask which roast we prefer--light or dark--so they've got something for everyone. As for me, the mocha is my go-to, and it never disappoints. Found this place on Yelp and decided to give this a try. Girlfriend and I was craving a coffee , and this place was somewhat close to our air bnb. Super easy to find. Plenty of parking. Plenty of seating area both inside , and outside. Customer service was great. Super nice. I took a star off because my coffee was a little too milky for me. A little less milk , and more coffee would've been nice. But overall was good! Cute place. read more
