The waitress who sat us was very rude and had an attitude about where we wanted to sit. Now onto the food as typical of any Asian buffet the selection was decent had the macaroni salad not something I'd suggest it tasted very bland although the restaurant never fails on their sushi or anything baked or fried I preferably go for the sushi because it's my favorite thing. Tried their salad bar the cucumber tomato salad is good of course their sushi is very good overall it's hard to say whether it's good or bad. This place has been one of the family favorites for about 10 months now. All of the food is good, especially the mongolian section. However, the bathrooms need to be clean asap. My mom and sister went inside the bathroom to wash their hands before and after eating, and my mom saw a huge cockroach (I believe) by the toilet stalls. Good thing I didn't use the restroom after I eat. Overall, the food is really great and that there's a selection of food to have. Very good quality of entrees. The environment was very busy and everyone seems to love it here because how busy it was during the week only. We came during Lunch and I heard they have changed dishes during those hours and dinner time more towards the evening. The staff seems semi friendly and are always making sure they're giving great service to everyone. They have a chocolate fountain! Huge variety of foods allows you to try unique dishes. They also have sashimi and sushi. I'm not a big fan of seafood but they do have a lot of shellfish, shrimp and deep fried fish. I guess that is why it smells when you first walk into the door after you get used to the smell you's can smell a man cologne. Also, they have great sauces. EVERYONE had a horrible attitude. The service was terrible. The food was dusting. I ordered a coke and it tasted like carbonation. I asked them to take it back twice for a Dr. Pepper and got the same drink both times. On top of all of that.. the price was waaaay too expensive for horrible food. Right when we drove into the parking lot I told my husband let's go somewhere else! So dead and so dirty. But we ended up giving them the benefit of the doubt and went in anyway. All the tongs were sticky, salt and peppers on table were not refilled, utensils were given to me with food still stuck on them, food items were not restocked/looked old & unsanitary, and almost all of the workers were either grumpy or just didn't care and were on their phones. I really like this place. They have a good variety of the classic Chinese buffet food and a Mongolian grill. I go there because it is $12.99 for all you can eat crab. They do ration the boiled crab by bringing out only a little at a time, but I have always gotten at least 2 plates and they also have baked(imitation) and fried crab as well. The baked scallops in shell are really tasty. They also have raw Oysters in the shell. The oysters are fresh and slightly sweet. My wife loves the potstickers and crab wantons. Look at the pictures and see all the different types of meats, fish, veggies and fruit they have. The servers are very attentive and pleasant to deal with. I have been to Komi several times and have yet to have a bad experience. I am actually headed there now. read more

I wouldn't recommend coming here at all. If anything stay as far away from this place as you can. The food here is really cold, stale, and old-tasting. There were flies flying around the food. I had gotten the red and orange jello, and they somehow had messed it up. It tasted old and rotten. The ice cream also tasted like hand soap and air freshener. The sushi looks terrifying, and looks like food poisoning waiting to happen. The food is displayed very messily and everything looks unappetizing. This isn't the best buffet, but it's pretty cheap so you get what you pay for. I've come here for dinner multiple times with my family because there's a lot of different entrees to choose from that we enjoy! I personally come mostly for the seafood, though sometimes it tastes unfresh, but everything else is pretty good too. The ice cream definitely lives up to the reviews; there are plenty to choose from and they are all very delicious! The service isn't favorable. Some days we got a very polite server, but other times we'd get servers who were very rude. It also gets a bit messy when it gets crowded, and the servers take ages to pick up our used plates. It would have been understandable if they had been doing their job elsewhere, but many of them were just standing around and socializing with their coworkers. I've been coming here for a long time now, but the customer service is getting worse and worse. The waitresses here, don't even pay attention to us anymore, they just walk by, and when we ask them for something, they just ignore us, and come by later on and give us what we wanted. I do not recommend this place. The service is very mediocre. Most of the food is soggy and has been sitting there for many hours. Everything is stale or old. The jello is old. The watermelon is dry... I didn't even think it was possible for watermelon to be dry but it was! The green tea ice cream doesn't taste like green tea at all. The food is good , much variety if you enjoy seafood , crabs legs seems to be the favorite because they go by quick so be ready to get in line for that . There teriyaki chicken was very delicious. The waiters seem to be quite inattentive , kept passing by and didn't ask to refill cup , they hung out in the corner eating and chatting .
