This is one of flavorful drink in the food court and the only drink place spot as well. I like their drinks. I go there every so often. However, one of the day I went the cashier didn't ask what's my sugar and ice level. should be attentive in asking what level of ice, and sugar levels when a customer orders. It's just a thought. It is still one of my favorite spot in midtown/ Rockefeller Center.
Manhattan, NY (Midtown) - located inside Urban Hawker, a (really awesome) Singapore/Southeast Asian street food court in midtown, Kopifellas specializes in kopi/Nanyang coffee, a traditional Malay & Singaporean type of strong brewed coffee typically mixed with condensed sweetened milk, and teas that your British friend won't complain about. I dig the Kopi C (Singaporean version of Vietnamese coffee, with condensed sweetened milk), which you can get hot or iced. It's rich, strong, and flavorful. I'm not a fan of most sweet boba drinks but here you can get a milk tea made with actual brewed tea (Ceylon, Earl Grey, oolong, or green), to which you can add boba or jelly to have a real boba tea that's not the subpar artificial blended powder or syrup version sold at so many bubble tea places. If you're feeling nibblish, they also have the Singapore breakfast treat of kaya toast with pandan coconut egg jam!
I only drawn in by the "teh tarik" on their menu and caved in to dropping $7 for it. It was an extra dollar for the iced version so I got the hot one. It's in Midtown so I knew it would be pricey for 1 drink. The foam on top was pretty cool as I've never had it served that way. It was a good drink but I think if you want to save some moolah, just visit Nyonya in Chinatown for the same drink at basically half the price. I didn't try their coffee drinks but it seemed to be really popular among the lunch crowd.
I NEVER skip getting an iced kopi/teh/yuan yang from here when I'm at UH. It's a MUST! Is it pricey? Sure. But no more than you'd pay at Starbucks for a much better product. So do yourself a favor, and get this. I tried the kaya toast recently and I must say that I was severely underwhelmed by the kaya which was probably not homemade. I'd skip it because I don't think it's a good representation of kaya toast at all. Pro tip: Their line can get pretty long, so you def wanna jump on it first if they have short/no line before you peruse the food spots.
We needed some caffeine so my partner found this place and I was delighted by the coffee. He had the milo one while I had a honey oat latte. It wasn't too sweet and it had the right amount of caffeine for me. I'm a little sensitive to coffee so I appreciated the smooth taste & it not hurting my stomach. This place was in a food court with other southeast Asian food so I would def come back to check out the other businesses!
Located inside Urban Hawker Singaporean food court. My friends and I went here for drinks. I got the iced Milo and I asked for less sugar, but the drink was still very sweet. Also, I didn't really like the taste. Maybe I'm just not a fan of chocolate malt drinks. I couldn't finish it. My friends got the honey lemon yuzu and the honey lemon sour plum and they said it was decent.
I'm just gonna say that bubble tea (or boba) is an acquired taste because I don't think it's anything I'd get used to. I had the Brown Sugar Milky Way Tea and the flavor itself is pretty good, it's just the texture of the bubbles in the tea that throw me off. I've never been a fan of chewy, jelly stuff and the first time I had a taste of it, it was alright but I couldn't bear it anymore so I did my best to avoid the bubbles while still finishing the drink. I'm still willing to give this place another go because I don't want to dismiss it off of one thing that wasn't to my favor, I'll just have to observe the menu a bit more next time around.

This experienced WOWed me and im in shock that this is the only one in the USA. SCAM! I love it! Give me 14 country-wide stores. We came here at 8:30pm and ordered the Honey Earl Gray Milk Tea with boba. It was ready within 3 minutes (we were the only ones ordering) and it was delicious! The boba tasted fairly fresh despite it being so late in the day. I normally do not like Honey or Earl Gray drinks but MAN it was so good! It had a mixture of creamy but also just had that flavor that was delicious. Perfectly sweet and not bitter at all. I'm coming here tonight and every day until I leave NYC. MARK. MY. WORDS!!!! UPDATE: Yelp won't let me update because it's too close to my original review but I came here again and got the brown sugar Milky Way. I do not know the difference between this and the regular brown sugar milk tea (maybe this one just doesn't have tea?) but it's good! Sweet, boba is chewy but not underdone, it's perfect. 10/10!

3.5 I came yesterday to get the yuanyang, which I always get. For some reason, the taste was a little different than previous times. The flavor was less dense, probably due to the unequal distribution of tea to milk to coffee. I always get my drink iced but in the future, I might try it hot to see if the taste is different. Oh, by the way, there is a $1 up charge for making a drink "iced", which I found incredibly steep. The bubbles were really good, no notes. It seemed to have been sweetened with either honey or agave and has a nice chew to it. Service was fast, and the ambiance was as nice as before. Oh what a wonderful surprise! Right inside food court Urban Hawker, I came across this place while wandering around Midtown this morning. Got their breakfast set which was not cheap at $15. Sweet butter toast, 2 soft boiled eggs with optional soy sauce and kopi coffee or teh.. It was so delicious and I was surprised. Will come back again for this simple yet tasty breakfast. read more

Staffs were friendly. Drinks were good which hit the spot on a nice summer day. They have options of boba, coffee or refreshers. There's plenty of space to eat within the food court. Bathrooms are on both the first level and the basement. Drinks: 4/5 Service: 4/5 Ambience: 4/5 read more

The drinks were decent. A bit on the sweet side but I expected it with what I had ordered. Service is self service, just grab your drink and sit anywhere. The ambience is nothing special. Just a good place to grab a meal. read more
LOVE Singapore coffee and this place is great. Read the menu and make your choice. We tried all the ones and loved them all. The staff is great and answer questions and are super friendly and they are fast. Give this place a try I promise you will find your new favorite coffee spot. read more

Kaya Toast is may be my favorite Singaporean food, and Kopifellas has done it just right. The toast is a perfect golden brown, and the kaya is rich and flavorful. We got a big piece of toast for $5.25, and knowing kaya is EXTREMELY hard to find in the area I live in, this was an absolute jackpot. I was so happy to be able to bring a souvenir jar of kaya home in my pocket. read more
The drinks here are good, specifically the coffees and milk teas. I would pass on the fruit teas! The Iced Teh Tarik and Iced White Chocolate Kopi were my favs. They also have a great Kaya Toast snack which comes with an egg dip. It's located inside Urban Hawker and there's lots of seating. The pricing is a bit high for drinks, but it is in Midtown and inside a busy food court, so it is expected. read more

Ordered the Honey Yuzu Lemon with bubbles yesterday for a dessert after my meal. Wished I asked for no bubbles because it came with small, hard orange or lemon pieces? It kinda ruined the texture of the drink for me. I ended up just drinking it and then throwing it out quickly. My experience at the food venue was great though. They have a great selection of food and drinks available in the food court. I'm just going to order something different next time. Looking for a refreshing beverage to pair with my spicy laksa noodles from a different Urban Hawker food stall, I made a beeline for Kopifellas. Their menu features a variety of tea and coffee beverages, in addition to light bites. Since I was craving a sweet tea, I ordered the passionfruit green tea for myself and the lychee green tea for my brother. I was a bit nervous about not being able to adjust the sweetness of the fruit teas, especially since these types of drinks tend to be on the sweeter side. There were a few folks ahead of us in line, and we received our drinks approximately ten minutes after placing the order. To our delight, both drinks were served with loads of fruit. The passionfruit green tea was mixed with candied fruit chunks, and the lychee green tea came with three full-sized lychee! The fruit tea was quite sweet; however, this turned out to be a good thing since it paired well with our salty and spicy food. On my next visit, I'd want to try the Kopi or Teh, since I don't typically see these drinks at other tea shops. read more
The flavor and quality of the drinks are excellent! The price point seems a little high, but actually not compared to other coffee shops & bubble tea places these days. Here, I would gladly pay for their execution & ingredients- you can taste the difference. Look at those smaller cubes of ice cubes! I've had the Teh ($6 Medium, Iced) twice and think this is the perfect way to enjoy Singaporean pulled Milk Tea. I think it's similar to Hong Kong Milk Tea & it's NOT an easy process to make it! (google it! Multiple brews) The black Teh is then pulled with evaporated milk and condensed milk. It's not too sweet & I thought there was a good balance to the tannins & strong tea taste with a bit of milky sweet. Wanted a non-dairy option and tried the Earl Grey Lemon Tea. Not sure if they just used Celyon for this, didn't taste much bergamot flavor. But overall the tea flavor was medium-strong alongside lemon, with 2 thick cut slices of lemon on top. Very refreshing. Both drinks bring me back to my first experience as a kid at a cha cha tang in Hong Kong & I couldn't be happier. To compare it in these hip coffee shop times- these drinks are high class artisanally / craft made. Glad I don't work in the area anymore or I would spend so much here. They're conveniently the first stall on the 50th Street side, with a few tables (somewhat) quietly tucked near the doorways. Overall, the Food Hall wasn't too chaotic the Saturday lunch times that I went on. On the weekdays it must be insane. Kopifellas' drinks are like a nice big hug. And I'm here for it! read more

Pro Tip: Make sure to let them know not to write on the lid (or you'll be smelling permanent marker as you sip your drink). I always ask for the sticky note instead! Boba chew is not ideal, but the milk tea flavor was good. I've also had the milo drink (it's a bit too sweet for me, kind of like a cold hot chocolate). Will post photos if I find it in my albums. People are nice, it's in the urban hawker food hall, so expect noise from people around you! read more

Coffee shop located in Urban Hawker with plenty of seating. Ordered the iced Kopi and Kaya Toast for a quick snack. Iced Kopi was perfect, especially for a hot summer day. Kaya Toast is the perfect size for a small bite, not too sweet. Definitely want to try their milo drink next time. read more

LOVE Singaporean coffee and it's hard to find it in NYC if you're not going to Chinatown or Flushing. So glad there's a spot in midtown where you can find Kopi. I got it iced and it was quite delicious, and I love how you can watch them make it- there's a bit of theatrics involved, pouring from cup to cup with a great distance vertically, mixing in the condensed milk vigorously. Really brings you to the whole night market experience that Urban Hawker is trying to reflect. As far as I'm concerned, this place is one of the must-trys when visiting urban hawker to get the full experience. Kopi C is with condensed milk but you can get it without condensed milk (Kopi O). They have a variety of other non-caffeinated drinks and tea drinks as well for your liking. read more

Ordered the Singapore tea (which is the HK styled milk tea) and Kaya bread. The tea was perfect. I got it hot this time since it's cold. The Kaya bread was delicious! This time the butter on the bread was melted with kaya instead of a whole slice of butter unmelted with kaya. read more
Fantastic drinks to go with your meal - tried the honey lemon sour plum. Hit the right balance between sweet and tart for a truly refreshing drink. Also tried the Teh Tarik bubbly pulled milk tea, which has a deep, rich, creamy flavor. Didn't notice any bubbly texture though, but was a great milk tea. Love the food hall here with steaming K-pop music. read more
Brand new Singapore coffee spot at Urban Hawker! First time trying Singaporean coffee and it was delicious. Turns out the secret ingredient is condensed milk with the coffee. They also had a coffee and tea half and half drink called Yuan Yang that was also delicious! You don't usually see the two mixed but they have that option here. Service was quite slow but they are still in soft opening so hopefully they figure out how to become more efficient. It was also one of the most popular spots since it's right at the front. read more
Came to grab coffee with a friend one morning and had a good experience. The yuan yuang was great and the kaya butter toast was super tasty. There was plenty of seating inside the food hall (though it probably gets busier around lunch). Employees were friendly. read more

The workers are nice and the menu is easy to read This is in urban hawker (food court) so there's a lot of seating and restroom downstairs Got the lychee green tea with 50% sugar and it wasn't bad. Tea flavor is light and I wish it was stronger. Not too sweet, but good sweetness. I like how they add lychee on the bottom. I'd get more sugar next time maybe. Idk just wish the tea was stronger and not as watery The prices are avg. I might come bad and try a diff drink read more
