Instead of trying to help find a solution, I was treated like I was inconveniencing them by asking a simple question. Good customer service is about helping customers (I've ordered there many times before and dined in person as well), especially when there's an issue with your online ordering setup. A small side of spicy mayo should not turn into an unpleasant interaction. The food may be decent, but customer service matters too.
