Instagram lied! Visiting Las Vegas from Southern California, we decided to escape the casinos and try to have a decent birthday lunch for my 75 year old mother. Searching the internet, we narrowed the choices down to 3 places and chose Krazy Buffet. Although it was 11 miles from our hotel-we were still excited about it from all the positive reviews. Once inside I felt crowded with all the table and chairs so close together. The food station seemed to be in the same room with people bumping into each other. Now as for instagram being fraudulent...the person who posted the video must have been sponsored by this restaurant, or just been released from a state prison. There's no way on Gods green earth he really enjoyed the food that much. Also the items he said was available was no where in plain view. No crab legs, no crawfish boil, no pork buns, I mean my son and I loaded up on hard dry pizza just to keep quiet and not ruin a birthday meal. Long story short...obviously mislead and disappointed. It's true when they say don't trust everything on the web. On the positive side...I will say the price reflects its product. You feel like it's a great deal-but you are really just getting what you pay for. Honestly I'd rather grab a Costco hotdog and soda and go about my day. During the evening of July 10, 2023, from approximately 4:00 pm to 5:30 pm, my cousin and I had dinner at a local restaurant. I was taken aback and repulsed by what I saw - a male cook who was tooth picking while in close proximity to the food ingredients and while cooking. This behavior is extremely unhygienic and goes against the food safety regulations set by the Health Department. Initially, I assumed that he was merely wiping his face until he turned around and that he was actually tooth picking. As someone who enjoys food, it was incredibly disappointing to witness a cook engaging in such unsanitary practices while visible to customers. This observation indicates that the restaurant as a whole may not be safe for consumption, as the cook did not take any measures to wash his hands after tooth picking, nor did he wear gloves or do anything to ensure proper hygiene. Overall, I would strongly advise against returning to this food establishment, as the cooks appear to be unhygienic and do not prioritize cleanliness and sanitation when preparing food. I wasn't sure what to expect 'cause I never heard of the place or read any reviews. We went on a Friday night and the place was busy but not too crowded. Being Filipino, I'm pretty picky when it comes to Asian cuisine so I was pleasantly surprised that this buffet is actually good and not just good for a buffet. This place ranks pretty high for a buffet in Vegas where it's Buffet Capital. The food tasted fresh and even the sushi wasn't too bad. Service was good. We always had our drinks refilled without asking and our finished plates were always removed promptly. Price wasn't too bad. I believe our bill was under $25 for 2 of us and that was dinner. There's alotta buffets that charge around $20+ for dinner like Todai, and the food here is better quality compared to other buffets. This is definately will be one of our recommendations for family and friends who come and visit. read more

Took my daughter to the Krazy Buffet because we both wanted salads but maybe something more. The food is by no means top of the heap, but it's definitely way better than you'd expect from a "diner-like" Asian buffet with the word "Krazy" in its name. And, for the price, it's almost a hidden gem! I say almost hidden becuase it got packed pretty fast. They have basic, kinda decent sushi; tons of vegetables to satisfy our veggie craving; all sorts of meats; soups; and deserts ranging from ice cream to fresh fruit. You preety much can't go wrong here. The service is ok: pleasant, unobtrusive but always present. My kids and I had a great experience at Krazy Buffet. The restaurant was very clean, the food was fresh, and there was a huge variety to choose from. Everything we tried was delicious and there was something for everyone. I especially want to recognize Hua, who works there. She was incredibly kind, welcoming, and made sure we were taken care of the entire time. Her warm personality and great service really made the experience special for me and my kids. You can tell she truly cares about people and making guests feel comfortable. We will definitely be coming back again. Cheap food that is ok. If you're looking for a quick bite to eat, then I would come here. However, be warned! Not everything is edible and some looks questionable. There's a lot of options though for only $14.99. Serving American-Chinese food for those who are extra hungry but is on a budget. Came here over the weekend and it was pretty busy. Stayed there and ate for a good hour. Left full and satisfied. Got here a little after 11:00am was looking forward to a good meal. The trays were full at the Buffet. Most of the food is cold today? Sushi was made ahead of time and brought out from the refrigerator rice is cold and hard. Better to come later after new fresh hot food comes out. Makes me wonder. The food is great the prices are better. The only negatives I can say is that the drinks are not included in the advertised price and the soups taste like they are sitting for a long time. However with that said the meat on a stick is outrageous and the honey chicken is the best I have had. And the service is always quick and friendly. read more

the buffet was clean and well priced. the general chow was delicious, but i was surprised not to find sweet and sour chicken nor pork egg rolls on the menu. the beef and broccoli was decent, nothing spectacular. quite a distance off the strip, wouldn't recommend the drive, but if you're in the area it's ok. read more
