I was craving some korean fried chicken & found this place. When you walk in you just take a seat at a table, scan the QR, & click the button to place your order. Me & my family ended up getting the hot & spicy half chicken & 10 honey butter wings. The chicken like the name is krispy. The hot & spicy was actually little spicy, something I could handle. The honey butter wings were my favorite. I love that they include pieces of fried rice cakes with the chicken. The only thing I wished they had was the pickled radish that other korean fried chicken restaurant. The place is spacious with a couple tables. It seems that not a lot of people dine in & mostly do takeout. Overall, it's good, but I had better korean fried chicken.

My husband and I came here to try out their Korean fried chicken on our side quest for the best Korean fried chicken in town. We ordered the fried onion rings and the cheeseballs and for myself I ordered the honey butter chicken wings. The onion rings were coated with batter on random spots. It came with a spicy mayo sauce. The cheese balls came with a sweet cream sauce . I honestly like this one a lot. The honey butter, chicken wings were OK. They were decent, but not my top three. This place seems to be more of a takeout and delivery instead of a dine in place . But the table and chairs are still clean and stable and I like how they have a button on the table if you need to get their staff attention. There's a few Korean anesthetics, but they're very basic. Parking is free and out front.

I've been wanting to try out this place for a while now so when I finally did It felt so satisfying. We ordered the sweet & spicy, garlic, and honey butter. Each flavor was delicious but my favorite was the garlic. The wings are also HUGE. We paid $40 for 3 orders and I would say its fair for the size of the wings you get. I would 100% recommend this place and come back here!

We went here on a whim after Pilates nearby, and boy did this place not disappoint. They really live up to the name because everything was capital KRISPY. We got the garlic flavored whole chicken and we still have leftovers for a second meal. This is easily my favorite spot for kfc now, wish it was closer to us down south but :') the chicken came out piping hot and super crispy I could do some serious asmr. It comes with fried tteokbokki, which is probably my favorite way of eating it. You guys HAVE TO get the French fries. We got just plain fries and it was the crispiest fries ever. We couldn't stop eating these LOL. It also comes with pickled radishes which is a must need side imo. The waitress was super nice in explaining the popular flavors to us since it was our first time there. We went during closing, but definitely recommend trying this spot during the day! Lots of kpop on repeat for the stans too!

If you're looking for a great Korean wing place this is it. Wings have TONS of flavor and tons of meat. Outside looks extremely sketch but I mean, those are the best places arnt they??? 100% recommend this place!

Must try. Absolutely the best K-fried chicken I've had in a while. Made fresh, chill atmosphere with music and simple layout. Feels like home with their attention serving the customer. More than 5 stars

Nut allergy friendly! Soybean oil used here. A small, unassuming spot on Blalock on the corner of a strip mall, Krisp is a hidden little gem that most people probably drive by a few times without a second glance. Parking: Plenty in the lot. Order-to-Food: ~15-20 Minutes I got here around noon with a group of four on a Friday. Initially, there wasn't anyone else there, but a few parties came and went as we were there, including a number of to-go orders. They have about ten tables inside. Each table has a little call button to get service. With four people, we each ordered one of the six-wing lunch special with different flavors to share. The flavors we got were: 1. Kalbi - Universally the #1 or #2 favorite of the group. All-rounder good ginger soy flavor. 2. Sweet & Spicy- Two of us said it was our #1 and one said it was his least favorite. It's got the spice from gochujang flavor and the sauciness means that your wings will get soggy a bit faster. 3. Honey Butter - One gave this his "most favorite" and everyone else put it around 3-4th. I think the honey flavor was a little too weak. 4. Spicy Soy - Somewhere toward the middle-lower of our choices. The flavors didn't come out too strongly here. The lunch specials are served with a nice helping of very crispy fries and some coleslaw to null any heat. Every wing basket also comes with some rice cakes, a great touch of different textures that soaks the flavor up. We also upgraded one lunch special for $1 to get onion rings, which are also very thin and lightly battered. On the wings themselves: The batter is much thinner than other Korean fried chicken places in town. The wings are slightly smaller than others, but we ordered another 10-piece to share on top of our lunch special and got a few bigger pieces. The lunch special price is excellent. Overall, I'd definitely come back and highly recommend the Kalbi and Sweet & Spicy sauces!

Scan the QR code at the table and press the button when ready to order- I got the lunch special with 6 original wings fries/cole slaw. I also added the Tteok bokki. This place is located in a strip mall with bars on the windows but don't let that scare you off. Original- no sauce 3/5 nice and crispy but needed salt but liked that they fried the little bits of rice cake to go with it. I imagine with sauce this would have hit. Tteok bokki was pretty good 4/5

Delicious Korean fried chicken! We really enjoy the wings from Krisp. Highly recommend the garlic, sweet and spicy, and Kalbi marinated. The wings come with little bits of rice cake (dduk). The fries are also solid. You do get a larger quantity of fries eating in the restaurant versus to go. Service is great and Leo is extremely friendly and attentive to help you with anything you need.

This is a solid place for Korean fried chicken. The restaurant is clean and the server was very friendly. I ordered the lunch special that came with 6 wings, fried rice cake, fries, and coleslaw. The wings have a light crispy batter and the sauces complement the chicken well. The little fried rice cakes add a nice textural component to the dish. The tteok-bokki was just okay. The sauce was somewhat bland and the cheese gave it a weird texture. My diagnosis: Krisp is a great place for Korean wings.

Went on a Sunday afternoon and loved it! We got a whole chicken, half sweet and spicy flavored and the other half kalbi flavored. We also got a side of fries to share. The sweet and spicy flavor tasted like the classic Korean fried chicken flavor with some sticky gochujang infused sauce. (7/10) The kalbi flavor was a bit more savory but still had great flavor especially in the batter. (6.5/10) I loved how both the portions of chicken also came with crispy rice cakes that were coated in the same seasoning/ sauce as the chicken. The fries were super crispy on the outside and pillowy on the inside. (7/10) The atmosphere is super casual and the staff was very friendly and helpful with the menu. The parking is a big shared lot and has plenty of space. I will definitely come back for more!

12/10 LOVE this place whenever I visit Houston. Favorite foods: sweet and spicy chicken, kimchi and cheese fries, and any of the Korean drinks (sprite + milkis). The service is always amazing and Susana is the SWEETEST worker. Definitely recommend coming here for the best food and service in the area :)

    Raw sandwhich

I ordered a chicken sandwich and unfortunately found a hair in my food. I brought it to the owner at the front counter, and he immediately took the sandwich without saying anything. When he came back out, he still didn't address the situation until I asked what we were going to do about it. He offered to remake the sandwich, which I agreed to. I then asked how something like that could have happened, and he responded in an annoyed tone, saying, "I don't know, I'm not looking over their shoulder 24/7." At that point, I was simply hoping for a sincere apology for the inconvenience and the fact that there was hair in my food. Instead, he began laughing in my face...multiple times ....which felt dismissive and unprofessional. Because of how the situation was handled, I ultimately asked for a refund. I've also noticed that he eats right next to the area where to-go orders are packaged, which raises concerns about overall food handling practices. What makes this especially disappointing is that about a year ago, I was served a sandwich with raw chicken from this same restaurant. At that time, the owner also wasn't very helpful in addressing the issue. I overlooked it because I genuinely enjoyed the food and wanted to continue supporting the business. However, after this most recent experience, I can't ignore the pattern. I've been coming here for years, so this is frustrating to write, but respect, accountability, and food safety should always come first. Unfortunately, I won't be returning. (unfortunately I didn't take pictures of the hair in my boots today, but I did take a picture of my raw sandwich from a year ago)

This spot is located in a small plaza next to a busy trampoline park, and inside, it's very clean and well maintained. Each table has a menu of the offerings WITH pictures (so you don't have to scour Yelp like I usually do for pictures....). The waitresses come by to help answer any questions if you have any. To be honest, I think the menu tablets are a bit overkill since they have a small enough menu to look though, but it is good for people who aren't familiar with Korean food or the establishment itself. What's nice is you can get many of the dishes with noodles or rice as your starch of choice. 10/10 Jjamppong - the broth is flavorful, seafood rich, and noodles perfectly bouncy. SOO good. I couldn't finish the whole bowl, so it's easily shareable. 7/10 Chicken Fried Rice. It's expensive for the amount of rice you get. Flavor is good, but there's not a lot of chicken. Would suggest an appetizer as well if you want to stay full. This location does not have unlimited pickled radishes like the Spring Branch location. All in all, I really liked the food - I'll only really come back here for the noodle soup, but that's enough for me since they specialize in both the jjamppong and jiajangmyeon.
