I got the donut w/ chocolate frosting and vanilla frosting in the middle whilst the boyfriend got the maple donut, and his brother got the glazed donut. I admit that I've had Krispy Kreme before but never from the actual Krispy Kreme store. The donuts were displayed enticingly well and I wasn't able to decide between the frosting filled donut or the custard filled donut. I wish I opted for 2 but it was close to midnight and I know that anything I eat at that hour would remain at my waist plus the brother wanted to treat us (he's so sweet and only 15) so I need to be considerate. I think I ate the donut in 6 bites? Oddly enough I took my time instead of inhaling it like I normally would. It's odd because both the boyfriend and brother finished their sugary selection before I did. This was my last meal on my first night in Vegas. Alas, it is why I wasn't able to get a brownie or a cupcake at Sugar Factory after this however, we returned to Sugar Factory the next night; the boyfriend got me the peanut butter blondie brownie that I had my eye on. read more

This will be the last time for me to krispy Kreme! They changed their ingredients to the worst! Switch their oil to penuts oil without providing any food allergen notice to their customers ! I had 2 times really bad reaction and for some really awful taste! I am so sad to see this business going down the hill... read more

Time for a midday snack and we came upon a Krispy Kreme in the Excalibur food court on our way to Luxor. I wouldn't say that I'm a big fan of Krispy Kreme, having tried their doughnuts a few times when travelling to the US. We were warmly greeted by a young girl working there. Lots of doughnut flavours to choose from including a pumpkin spice which is the one I should have got. Instead I got the chocolate iced with kreme filling. A doughnut is $1.29 and it's not big but enough sweetness and calories for a snack. The chocolate wasn't sticky and wet, and cream tasted light. Enjoyed my doughnut but not the best I've had. Good service and lots of doughnuts to choose from. read more

Have ordered a donut with chocolate and the worker gave me a plain one. i asked him i need the one with chocolate on what he told me it is the same!!! i ended up paying for the chocolate donut and eating a regular donut!!! he may be tired in the morning but service is awful!!!! read more

This is my favorite chain donut place for sure! I think that when it comes to yeast donuts, they do it better than anyone else. I love how light and fluffy they are and how they melt away to nothing in your mouth. My hubby likes the plain Glazed best. I like chocolate icing with sprinkles. Because, chocolate! Of course. And the sprinkles for some crunchy texture. This place had decent service, was clean and was fully stocked. read more

I did 2 phone receipt surveys and asked for a call back! I received NO CALL back (it's been 3weeks since the first survey). For starters, we arrived in the morning to get doughnuts, no one is at the counter! I call the location. NO ONE answers the phone. I call back and press the option for corporate (sounded like a cell phone) and I tell the lady that no one was at the counter. Finally someone shows up....mind you I have now waited a while. I asked for a certain doughnut and she tells me that the other girl who went to get more doughnuts downstairs, MIGHT have the doughnut I want. The employee arrives with the doughnuts and the other lady bolts (she leaves). The employee said "she was only here so I could go get the doughnuts". There was a long line now that has formed! I remember coming to this Krispy Kreme location over 15 years ago (I'm dating myself!) after it first opened before Krispy Kreme donut locations were all over the country. I went with my parents and stood in a long line early in the morning just to get a dozen donuts and a taste of these amazing treats. Fast forward 15 years later, the line that wrapped down the hallway for donuts is gone, but the tasty donuts still remain. I stopped by around 8:00am on a Friday and was pleased to see that they weren't busy. They were out of their Strawberry Donuts (boo!) but I ended up getting an Original Glazed Donut and a Glazed Donut with Chocolate and Sprinkles because they didn't have any Cake Donuts either. With that being said, their donut selection isn't bad. They are located in the Food Court at the Excalibur so there are plenty of tables to sit at and a counter to order from. When I was there there were plenty of tables left to sit at, but with the number of restaurants in the area, I can see how it would get busy. We have a Krispy Kreme location in the town I live in, but these Krispy Kreme donuts at the casino were SO much better than the ones here. They were AMAZING and SO FRESH! Yummy. I usually don't care for Krispy Kreme's (compared to regular donuts) but I loved these. I would definitely come back. read more

This Krispy Kreme is located in the Excalibur in a quaint little food court. I was feeling a little homesick and needed a pick-me-up, so my taste buds decided they wanted some donuts from no other than Krispy Kreme! I love Krispy Kreme oh so much, I eat their donuts at least once a month; however, this establishment does not freshly cook their donuts which is quite disheartening because if I wanted a day's old donut, I would probably go to some grocery store to buy it. THE STAFF - I only encountered one staff member, whom was truly pleasant and accommodating, she even asked if I wanted my donut warmed up lol. Would I come here again? For Krispy Kreme? Hell yes. Sometimes you just want a Krispy Kreme donut! The hubby and I were out for a walk on the strip and said, "hey! We burned some calories today to deserve a donut!" Good idea or Great idea? I say Great! They are located in the Excalibur Food Court and easy to find. There wasn't a long line so we were able to pick our donut right away. The girls working that day were very friendly and upbeat. I noticed on their down time, they were cleaning and wiping things down. I didn't notice it being dirty but it was nice to see them keeping everything tidy. Since it's not a stand alone store, they don't have the selection that you'd find at the larger locations. But the donuts are still fantastic and fresh! I don't know what all the fuss is about. I used to like these donuts but they are way over priced now. 16.99 just for a dozen plain glazed donuts and 17.99 a dozen for the special ones? I have noticed that the size of the donuts are smaller then a few years ago too. Its not like they are anything special like pink donuts who are about the same price. Don't waste your time I know I won't be going back anymore. read more

Most friendly part of this food court. We stopped by here after having a ruff time at a few other shops. People seem to be unhappy and in no hurry to even try to give custom service. This shop had 2 very nice young ladys working. Im sorry i forgot yalls names. Even lost the paper i had so maybe coukd get the spelling correctly. They took the time to talk with us and make us ferl welcome as apposed to msking us feel like we had interrupted them at work. If we end up on this end of the strip agian. We will definitely stop by for some of these delicious donuts. read more

Donuts are fresh, service is polite and quick, and there is a decent selection to choose from. Yeah, it is expensive ($6.13 for two donuts and a medium coffee) but look around where you're at. It's on the Vegas strip - Hello??? If you're that put off by the prices here, just stay around the local mom and pop coffee shop of whatever hick town you come from. Coffee is okay but not as good as Canadian Tim Hortons coffee. They also have a small assortment of espressos, lattes and frozen drinks but it's nothing that will make you swear off Starbucks. read more

I'm surprised there are so many bad reviews. Maybe I got lucky? The employee who helped bag our donuts and ring us up was helpful and kind. My husband and I each had two different donuts and both were good. The cinnamon swirl one was the best. Prices are typical for a fast food counter in a casino food court. Easy place to swing by and grab donuts on the go. read more

They are located on the 2nd floor of the Excalibur hotel. We visited on a Tuesday morning around 9:30 am and were surprised to find only one person working. The line was extremely long, although the employee was doing her best to take orders, prepare them, and ring customers up. read more

Eaten here and gotten coffee multiple times. Is a hit or miss. The donuts are always delicious, but the coffee is often old and too weak or too strong. The staff are some times unattentive as well. For a food court, decent offering but overall the service and coffee could be better. Definitely recommend the donut variety, afterall, its Krispy Kreme. read more

Krispy Kreme is doing its part to encourage vaccination during this covid pandemic, but it seems this Las Vegas casino location isn't. I was told there were no free donuts because the casino won't allow it. So I went elsewhere for my coffee and other food. Casino locations should be going the extra mile as they are crowded and sometimes smoky and ideal cases for helping the covid fight rather than taking policies totally contradictory to what's obviously best. read more

I really can't even give 1 star. Tonight is 4//7/21 we were there about 9pm. Worst service ever but actually the entire food court at Excalibur seems to be lacking customer service skills....another story lol! But the girl at Krispy Kreme takes the cake! I hope this gets back to corporate because this girl is so rude and horrible I just got through telling my child we will never ever visit this KK again where we never had a problem before. So after walking at least 10 miles in 90 degree weather to hit all of our favorite Vegas Strip spots we promised our boy he'd get KK's for dessert. Apparently the girl (didn't see a name tag , she was the only employee) didn't hear me ask for a dozen. She proceeded to throw our donuts in a bag! I only realized she was doing this when I asked how many more we had to go. She rudely replied " I don't know I wasn't counting, you didn't say you wanted a dozen". My jaw hit the floor I was at a loss for words. So I took a breath and composed myself and very difficultly put on my fake face for my sons sake and told her that I apologize if she didn't hear me under this mask but I'm sure I asked for a dozen, and nevertheless she'd eventually need to count them to charge us and could she please put them in a box. Somewhere in between my apology she flat out said " you really expect me to take them out of the bag and put them in a box"?To which I replied yes because once again I took the blame for her incompetent, lazy, and awful work ethic. Shame on her she does not deserve to be serving Krispy Kreme's anywhere let alone one of the most exciting cities in all of the world. We have been to many KK's never experienced anything like this. Oh and all the trays we not labeled correctly so she allowed donuts to be advertised that weren't even there or available. Ridiculous. read more

All of the donuts were fresh and had an incredible flavor. PBJ would probably be my favorite of the ones I tried, as it was a perfect balance of the flavors without either overpowering the other. Back to the merch, there are other stores that aren't too far that you can pick some up, or you can do what I did and go to the website and pay to have it shipped. I'm still waiting for it to ship/arrive, so I can't speak to the quality yet. Seems like Pinkbox is still growing, so it shouldn't be hard to find a location in town when you're craving a donut.
