This review can apply to almost any location, but thankfully this location is near my work and I have been lucky enough to patronize them since quarantine Kudos to management for absolutely creating a friendly, sociable culture where you feel welcomed whether you are buying a single glazed donut (melts in your mouth) or 2 dozen specialty donuts (doesnt melt my stomach fat - lol) Recently, they started giving away a free donut to any person with a vaccine card, and apparently are going to keep that promotion all year. I have also heard stories about them donating food to homeless shelters and overall, management seems to take their corporate responsibility quite seriously. This is my first time ordering from Krispy Kreme and I'm glad it was an awesome first time experience! It's a tiny store with no seating (you just go in, order, pay, & leave), however, employees are very efficient. Once you enter, you line up on the left side. Then, an employee will take your order and once your order is done being taken, you're directed to the cash register area where you pay for your order. Efficient service! When it comes to fast food establishments, I'm accustomed to unfriendly customer service. The employees here are incredibly sweet, friendly, and courteous (especially even when I mistakenly stood in the wrong area to order, dumb me). Keep it up! Maybe this is one of the reasons why Krispy Kreme is well known? Great donuts and customer service. The donuts are delicious! i shouldnt but i will 2xx as the donuts look super fresh and ready for me . a bunch of variety including mini donuts but give me a blueberry crumb and a glazed lemon filled and i am all set. the donuts are displayed in plain easy to see trays and its that simple to pick and choose . this west side location seems to always have a system and that is , if you want decaff hot coffee it better be brewing at the moment or else they dont have it .its krispy kreme and what you see is what you get and today its a dozen mix box of donuts for my office slackers . 3.5 stars on my yelp meter and no decaff hot coffee today. read more

They know how to keep a line moving and will not rush you until you have received your order. They have prepackaged glazed donuts by the counter, accept the Krispy Kreme awards app, and will ask you about your day or what type of donut you want with a positive attitude! i came here to get some donuts for my friends before meeting up with them, but i didn't know that there was a promotion going on this day! the store was sold out of basically all their donuts, and i was only able to get my hands on a few. there was a woman outside directing people inside, since only a few people were allowed at a time. the line was really long, but i appreciated how friendly she was. she even called a different krispy kreme location to ask them if they had any flavors available, since she felt bad that the selection was so short. i ended up purchasing a couple of donuts anyway, since it didn't feel right to wait in a long line for no reason. 9/5/20 -mini classic glazed donut: this was pretty good, and tasted pretty much the same as their normal size glazed donut. it was subtly sweet, and the inside was fluffy and soft. their mini donuts are 2 for $3, which is a fair price in my opinion. (3.5/5) -mini strawberry glazed donut: this wasn't as great as the classic glazed, but i really liked the strawberry frosting on this. while it was on the sweet side, i'm just generally a fan of this flavor. the texture of the inside was also pretty much the same as their mini classic glazed donut. (3.5/5) -pumpkin cake donut: this was a seasonal flavor during the fall. i loved how they really didn't hold back on the pumpkin spice flavor. the thin glaze on the outside had just the right amount of sweetness, and the inside had a nice moist texture. it was pretty small, but definitely worth the $1.79! (5/5) overall, krispy kreme rarely fails to disappoint me. their consistency is always on point, and i'm always so excited to try out their special seasonal flavors! my favorite from this visit that i would recommend you must try is their pumpkin cake donut, once it's available again in the fall season. read more

Krispy Kreme is back in NYC!!! What else is there to say other than I've missed them terribly. This is a small location right off 6th Avenue but it has a full complement of their usual offerings. Of course the glazed donuts are the best here but KK has expanded their menu to include some fun seasonal flavors like pumpkin spice glazed and pumpkin cake donuts. Only reason this isn't 5 stars is that there's no hot light. Service here was excellent and prompt. Welcome back KK, DD needs to beware. read more

I was devastated when I saw that this Krispy Kreme was briefly closed for renovations. Especially because it is the only location in Manhattan. Nothing beats a warm classic glazed donut. Came to check out the new Krispy Kreme on a Sunday afternoon. There was a little wait outside the store to manage customer flow. The store is pretty small so there's not much room to stay and eat, it's more of a pick up and go. The staff was super friendly and gave my friend a free donut for being at a Krispy Kreme for the first time. I came here a few times before Covid and had great experiences with the staff and donuts. After covid I attempted to come here for a promotion and the store was closed at 6:30pm without any warning or such. I came back again this past week and ordered ahead of time. I got there 20 min after my order was supposed to be ready do to an emergency blockage around the block. My order wasn't ready and the staff asked me to wait for the order. The staff were friendly, but I was confused on why I had to wait for the donuts I ordered for pickup had to be waited on for 20 more minutes. They did apologize, but I was a little angry I traveled from Queens literally for those donuts. I had to either wait, pick other donuts, or just leave empty handed. I picked regular donuts and four of the blueberry ones. I'm still waiting for a refund to my card so I'll fix the review when the refund does arrive. Overall the establishment was clean, not packed on the Friday afternoon which was surprising. Parking is not easy to find here, but you can leave your car outside for the few minutes it should take to pick up your donuts. The donuts do have that tasty Krispy Kreme flavor. This might be a tiny space, but the staff has big personalities and ample offerings! Such a comical friendly bunch. They were able to tell me all the different locations that will be arriving in the coming months, even those offering the infamous "hot" doughnuts. If I want a regular Krispy Kreme I will likely visit this location instead of the one in Penn Station, it is so much brighter, cleaner and nicer. The workers are very nice however in a time of Covid-19 it is important to insist customers to continually wear their mask appropriately which did not happen. 3 customers came in without proper mask wearing and intentionally lowered their mask to speak. This is extremely dangerous for the employees and the other customers in the small area (which is hard to socially distance anyway). I ordered a hot coffee and donuts. The coffee is ok--not burnt tasting which is great and the reese classic is amazing. If proper Covid-19 guidelines were enforced I would have given a 5/5. Krispy Kreme is doing New Yorkers a solid by opening up more locations in the city. I am very happy that they are opening more stores, and also glad that they're putting them in places that won't put small donut shops out of business. There are however, things that needs improvements for future locations. First, this is right near the OTHER location in Penn Station--and they are the same quality donuts. Now, I don't have to go into the station to get my donut fix... okay, beggars can't be choosers. The line system inside is a little confusing. Do you order at the register, or the counter? No ones seems to know, and dealing with the confused people is cumbersome. The staff were nice but you could tell they were stressed. There's nowhere to eat your donut. And my biggest grief is that there's no conveyor belt with hot and fresh glazed donuts. I really hope that the other new locations have this, because it is the one thing that really makes Krispy Kreme stand out from other chain competitors. Manhattan prices to be expected. Sidenote: there was a sweepstakes that people could win donuts for a year and people seem to be confused about it, as if they didn't know how to clarify the details of how to win. There was also no signage about it inside the very small store front. I would call this more of a pop-up that is around full-time. read more

Came here during the Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade, and you can imagine how hectic it was outside given the huge crowds. Although this location is pretty small, they definitely managed to make it work as they also had an outside booth with donuts freshly prepared and put on the tables to sell. They currently had two ways to give out free donuts - by showing the vaccine card and by making an account on the website or app. You could only get the original glazed donut from the vaccine card I believe but with the account/app method, you could get any donut that isn't a special holiday flavor I believe. I also ordered a 3 pack assorted donut for $6, and got the Chocolate Iced with Kreme filling, the Oreo Cookies and Kreme, and the Pumpkin Spice Cake. Would highly recommend this place as they were super efficient and quick. Donuts were delicious! read more

It's amazing that they opened up a new location inside Fulton station because it is my favorite go for doughnut which I went there today, my one star goes to the customer service which they are great of. Very disappointing when I request the server to wear gloves, he seems just ignored me and continue packing with bare hands. I don't want to argue as there are other customers waiting behind me.
