We stopped in yesterday about 4pm on our way back to Nevada. The donuts were small, not fresh and too expensive. Krispy Kreme in Texas (where we're from) were always fresh and hot no matter the time. Very disappointed with the donuts. And the server took forever to ring me up as she was working on a cash register at the drive thru. The line kept growing as I waited for my receipt and all the patrons in the lobby went without greeting. Just not a good experience. read more

I just want to say THANK YOU to the staff and manager for their excellent customer service on July 18th, 2018. I was in a rush when I came in for 7 dozen glazed donuts and within in two minutes everything was ready! They were just fantastic, highly recommend! I went in with my family today for the first time at this location. The staff was rude, unhappy and acted like they hated the idea of being at work. The lady/girl that helped us wouldnt even look us in the eyes, she would not speak to us or even acknowledge we were trying to carry a conversation. My son even made a remark when she snarled at him when asking what he wanted. I didnt ask her name because at that pount she wasnt even worth the question. The krispy creme doughnut itself is amazing and the building is nice and clean and kept up very well. I have a feeling if a manager was on site the employees would have been in a better mood and nicer to people that came in, could have been the reason no one was inside and they ordered in the drive through. My suggestion is to talk with your team about conversating with the the guests of your establishment, and how to treat people. Maybe saying hello would be a great start. The donuts are great as always but the customer service was not it. I came through the drive through and sat for 5 minutes, and was not helped. So I pulled up to the window to peek inside and there were no employees to be seen. No big deal, maybe the drive thru was closed, so I pulled around to the front to see the employees scurry out from the back of the shop. It was clear they were just not paying attention. I went inside to pick 3 dozen donuts for my son's class because it was his birthday. It was 6:55 am when I arrived and there were no other customers in the establishment. Stood there for about 5 minutes and not a single worker acknowledged or would help me. Finally a young lady was walking by asked if I needed anything. I ordered the donuts and asked about the rewards program that they had advertised on the register and she replied that I needed to get the app to register. Come to find out later that i could of got a free dozen if i were to have signed up at that time. A dozen donuts here is 11.49 when Raley`s have them for 6.99 and we all know how expensive Raley's is. This is my first and last visit at this establishment and if they go bankrupt again, everyone will know why. read more

Really disappointed experience, I came here twice. The food was ok a lot of the donuts we're not decorated well the frosting was falling off or the donuts we're hard and gross. I loved the girl working in the drive thru when I came to get donuts the first time, her name is Maria she was very kind and helpful and was the only good thing about this place. I came here a second time to get coffee and found out they were out of coffee. I also heard the people in the drive thru laughing on the speaker and making nasty jokes in spanish was very disatisfying. I asked to speak to the manager Sidney, she wasn't helpful at all and I saw only one worker in the back making the donuts while all the rest were walking off in a big group. I really love coming to Krispy Kreme donuts but this one always seems to disappoint me. Whenever i come over to get donuts they dont have the the ones i want like raspberry filled or lemon filled and even regular glazed. My pregnant wife was dissapointed. When i ask whens the next time they'll have them they say no time soon which is weird considering this is a 24 hour facility. The employees are a little slow on the computer considering i only got 8 donuts. I think some things have to change when not everything on your menu is available, it really starts to bother your customer base. read more

As a long time customer at this particular Krispy Kreme location, I was mildly surprised at the unusual, sub-par, service I received today. I was placing an order through the drive-thru when I specified a certain amount of hot original glazed doughnuts (4 in case anyone's wondering and not all for me) and a chocolate Kreme Kreme filled doughnut. When I got my order I was greeted rudely by a worker and only given 1 cold glazed doughnut and one chocolate doughnut without custard. Running late to work, I had to go back inside and explain the situation. When I got my second order I got one completely smashed, "bottom of the barrel" doughnut and my chocolate cream filled. I understand it was early, and I'd love to give the young fellow the benefit of the doubt, but coming from one of my favorite doughnut shops, I did not appreciate the service I was given today. This Krispy Kreme is one of the best from the donuts to the service. Came here around 5 PM after our Lunner to grab a donut and coffee. They have the viewing area where you can watch the donut take a dive into the glazed mixture which is fun for the kids. We ordered a total of 4 donuts... 3 cream filled and 1 oreo kind. For coffee we ordered a small hot caramel mocha, a medium vanilla latte, and a small decaf coffee. When we received the decaf coffee, it came out warm like it has been sitting there for a while. I asked if it's possible to heat the coffee up and the guy kindly took it back and made a fresh pot of coffee. And to make things better he gave us a medium sized instead a small as a way to apologize. What great customer service. The donuts were great as usual. Will be back if we are in the area. read more

If I could rate my experience here at this location, I would give it a negative 1000. My husband and I drove 20 minutes to get to this location. Store closing hours is at 11:00PM and we got there at 10:33 PM. They blocked the drive through lane with cones and when my husband went up to the store, a girl told us that dining closes at 10:00, drive through closes at 11. SO WHY DO YOU HAVE CONES BLOCKING THE DRIVE THROUGH?!?!! Then there were 2 girls laughing at the fact that we were upset. Why would you completely close the entire store down before 11 if you say you close at 11? That was very unprofessional and disrespectful. We wasted our gas and time. One of the girls said that it's holiday hours...... WHAT ?!? It's not Christmas Eve or Christmas Day.... in my experience with working at a fast food restaurant, PEOPLE NORMALLY EXTEND THEIR HOURS. Oh my god, we never felt so discriminated before! My husband and I with our baby went here and as soon as we entered the door the guy didn't even greet us and the look on his face, you can tell his wondering why this kind of people are here?! Be wary if you call in advance asking when specific donuts are being made. We were told the fritters would be 'dropped' at 5pm - we arrived at 5:40pm, which would merit plenty of time for them to be done, only to find out they would be "ready in about another 30-45 minutes". Went at 4 am on my way into work to pick up two dozen doughnuts. I got the assortment which has tons of variety. The drive thru was perfect at this hour. Never had Krispy Creme before this visit but my husband is a huge fan so we went through the drive thru to get a couple oreo chillers. The drive thru wasn't busy but it took an awfully long time to receive them however customer service goes a LONG way to me. The employee helping (I believe his name was Matthew) was so kind and apologetic. My husband and I weren't in a rush and definitely didn't have an issue even before he made mention of the long wait but it was very professional of him to make sure we were taken care of.
