It is a staple in a standard donut diet :) The donuts are always consistent and although I've tried many different flavor options that they've had I always keep coming back to their old fashion. There's just something about that fluffy, sugary circular treat that keeps me coming back for me. Sure, my body will hate me after, but we're not worried about that in this very moment. Horrible I placed 3 back to back orders via Uber eats and it got cancelled 3 times. I called the location and they said they haven't any control over that. COVID-19: Social distancing is enforced at this establishment. All of the staff wears a mask. All customers are expected to wear a mask too. The staff also wears gloves. There are some hand sanitizers available for customers to use. This place is available for take outs and has no outdoor seating available with limited capacity. They also have a drive through. They are not sanitizing in between customers. While I was grabbing my desserts from this establishment several days ago, I asked if they had any special offers and they weren't offering any at the moment. They currently don't have happy hour. They also do not allow pets in their establishment. Parking: The parking lot for this establishment is massive because they share the lot with several other establishments. Parking spots are wide. Food: I ordered a dozen classic assorted donuts and a dozen classic original glazed donuts. Krispy Kreme donuts are the best because they have a very nice, yeasty flavor. Hate to be the one to say this, but this Krispy Kreme lives up to it's 3 star review. First things first, sign says HOT, but the donuts came out COLD. That alone ruined the whole experience. C'mon y'all I should have knew something was up when they passed me the box and I touched the bottom it didn't give me that warm feeling inside. You should NEVER give anyone cold donuts when the sign says HOT. I probably could have went to a 7/11 or a stater bros that sells pre-packaged half dozens and got better quality. Sad. Popped in a few weeks ago, when Krispy Kreme has their limited time Strawberry Glazed donuts. Never been to this location before, went thru their drive thru and... I am not sure if they are short staffed or this is their regular speed but it was fairly slow. I was in the drive thru for 15 mins before I could order, then I waited another 10 mins before I was able to get my order. They also didnt have a scanner to scan my phone, but they were able to take my phone #. Donuts are same as other locations, customer service was great, the person who helepd us was very nice and friendly. I think the next time I visit this location, I would go inside to pick up the donuts to see if wait time would be shorter. read more

I typically go to the City of Industry location, but decided to give San Dimas another shot since it's typically less crowded. Last time I visited, the donuts seemed a little old, as the glaze on top appeared a bit melted/more glossy than usual. This time around, the donuts appeared a bit fresher, yet some in the display cases still looked like they'd been sitting there for a while. When we arrived, there was only 1 person in line before us. We waited for about 5 mins as the other guest placed their order and was rung up. Each pack should contain 4 mini donuts, 1 of each flavor: Birthday Cake, Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough, Lemon Bar, and Strawberry Cheesecake. I am reasonably intrigued, so I placed a drive-through/pick-up order tonight at 8:30 pm, and aimed to pick up my delicious desserts at 9:30 pm. The store closes at 10:30 pm, so this should be acceptable planning. Except the company did a switch-a-roo without informing the customer. Turns out this location ran out of the dessert minis. BIG SIGH! I dunno if they ran out for today, or if they will replenish their supply with more of these elusive dessert minis--I just dunno. There is a lack of information dispensed to us as customers. (And yes, I reviewed my order to make sure it wasn't my fault, and indeed, I wasn't wrong. My order clearly shows I ordered "1 x 4 Pack Dessert Mini Doughnuts". Well, I did my part.) What I do know for sure right now is, the employees just gave me 4 regular glazed mini donut and sent us our way. They did not bother saying anything about inventory, replacement, or substitution. I get the feeling that they just want us to leave without noticing something went wrong. And we almost didn't! Went early in the morning around 8:30am and no one in line ordered and got to window quickly. The rep asked if I was a rewards member I paid thought was all good. Realized they didn't give me napkins which as you know these donuts can be messy, so waited there for her to come back to window never did had to park and go in and get some. Then realized after leaving, they gave a solid chocolate donut no sprinkles even after she confirmed it's with sprinkles at the window and I confirmed on my receipt it was. The line for the drive thru was ridiculously long... the wait was even longer than the long lines from when they were giving out a free dozen to frontline healthcare workers last year (the line even then was moving so fast). We waited almost 30 minutes at the drive thru line and if it wasn't for the fact that my daughter wanted their donuts and a caramel frapp, then I would've just left. When we finally got to the ordering kiosk, we ordered the 1 dozen regular donuts and my daughter's caramel frapp. From the time we ordered to the time we got our order, it took less than 5 minutes. Thank goodness our checkout process was short... way better than our wait time in the long drive thru line. I know I keep harping on the long wait but I didn't have any patience at that time. Drive thru had 3 lines up and down the parking lot (1 hour wait) and a long line out the door for walk ins with people waiting up to an hour as well. I didn't want to wait in the line, so decided to order via their website and my order was ready in 10 minutes! I wanted to tell everyone in the line to just order on their website... but had to look out for myself since I had to get home to my baby *survival of the fittest. Make sure when you do order online that you are not waiting in the regular line to pick up your boxes. The pick up order door is on the side of the shop that is facing the street. After my visit today , it is quite evident that Olivia was the only kind and respectful employee that this place had. The new manager here was so rude, arrogant, and unprofessional. Today I went to this location to buy seasonal pumpkin donuts, because the line in drive through is too long, so I decided to go into store. This is the first time I go to store in this location, after I ordered the donuts, I find out there is a fly in side the donuts counter. I told the staff who is helping my order about the fly, she just wave her arms try to get the fly out of the counter. Unfortunately the fly don't want leave the sweet counter.
