Worst experience ever. So I ordered 4 dozen donuts 2 dozen pink and 2 dozen blue for a gender reveal. I ordered them 4/2/25 and the gender reveal is today 4/19. Specifically said that this needed to be picked up early. Everything was discussed in detail with the person taking the order on the phone and then again when paid for which was a week before the event. I come in today and they try to hand me off 4 dozen Easter donuts. Thankfully I asked to be shown the donuts before walking away. And saw the Easter donuts where the pink and blue donuts should be. I said no! This isn't what I ordered. The cashier laughed and walked to the back to retrieve a manager I guess. The manager then came to talk to me and said that the person who took the order wasn't specific enough. I'm like how so if the invoice says 2 dozen pink and two dozen blue with no sprinkles. For a gender reveal. And she then tried to say it wasn't specific enough. I was told to wait 20 minutes for my order to be completed. So I'm waiting 20 minutes for something that should have been just an easy grab and go. I was upset, I explained to them my dislike in how this situation was handled. From being laughed at by the cashier to having to wait. The manager then tried to explain that the invoice wasn't in the location they would normally have them for next day pick up. Even tho I was pretty upset because I was now behind due to their screw up the manager kept her calm and talked me down from my place of anger. She apologized profusely, and refunded me half my order along with gifting me an assortment of donuts. Thank you manager for handling this so professionally and compassionately but to the rest of the staff, the person who took the order over the phone , to the person who took my payment and the cashier who laughed when I said it's the wrong order.. do better. San Dimas krispy creme is not the same as puente hills. I love the donuts but when people that work there are in crappy moods, it makes the donuts taste sour too. 4 staff, helots 4 people in line and all the staff was in bummed out moods... I ordered: Original Glazed Donuts (dozen): $15.49 I had a BOGO coupon so I got TWO DOZEN of the glazed donuts for the price of ONE! The donuts were very delicious, high-quality, and fresh. Ok service was good and felt genuinely nice. My problem was with the donuts. I wanted to give 1 or 2 stars but the service was good. Im thinking the doughnuts were made by newcomer worker or something or the branch owner is super stingy. See photos. Why are they super small? Look at the empty spaces in the box. The orginals felt slightly overcooked (a bit darker brown) felt stale after taking a bite when i came home. ( im thinking they reheated leftovers from previous day but i cannot state that as a fact.) I was craving for donuts so decided to come here. The GPS shows in a wrong plaza, but Krispy Kreme is in the same plaza where Costco is. My favorite donut I usually get would be a glazed donut. I was just going to order 2 donuts, but the l employee convinced me to ordered a dozen donuts instead. I got some glazed, chocolate, and sprinkle donuts. They were warm, fresh, and delicious. Also, it was nice and soft. My husband and I end up finishing the whole box in a couple of days. It still tasted good after 2 days so good thing we didn't waste any. It is a staple in a standard donut diet :) The donuts are always consistent and although I've tried many different flavor options that they've had I always keep coming back to their old fashion. Horrible I placed 3 back to back orders via Uber eats and it got cancelled 3 times. I called the location and they said they haven't any control over that. This Krispy Kreme location conveniently has drive thru access. I chose to stay in my car and pick up the new biscoff specialty dozen and they did not disappoint. There was a something for anyone. C'mon y'all I should have knew something was up when they passed me the box and I touched the bottom it didn't give me that warm feeling inside. You should NEVER give anyone cold donuts when the sign says HOT. I probably could have went to a 7/11 or a stater bros that sells pre-packaged half dozens and got better quality. Sad. I was in the drive thru and I made the mistake of driving away before checking. I tried to go into the store to get it exchanged or refunded, but the door was locked even though the store hours was until 10PM. Popped in a few weeks ago, when Krispy Kreme has their limited time Strawberry Glazed donuts. Never been to this location before, went thru their drive thru and... I am not sure if they are short staffed or this is their regular speed but it was fairly slow. I was in the drive thru for 15 mins before I could order, then I waited another 10 mins before I was able to get my order. They also didnt have a scanner to scan my phone, but they were able to take my phone #. Donuts are same as other locations, customer service was great, the person who helepd us was very nice and friendly. Came here around 9:15 PM on a Wednesday to redeem the 2 free donuts w/ vax card offer. I typically go to the City of Industry location, but decided to give San Dimas another shot since it's typically less crowded. Last time I visited, the donuts seemed a little old, as the glaze on top appeared a bit melted/more glossy than usual. This time around, the donuts appeared a bit fresher, yet some in the display cases still looked like they'd been sitting there for a while. When we arrived, there was only 1 person in line before us. We waited for about 5 mins as the other guest placed their order and was rung up. Krispy Kreme is currently offering 4 pack dessert mini donuts for $3.95 a box. They are a limited time offering, available now to Jan 31, 2021. Each pack should contain 4 mini donuts, 1 of each flavor: Birthday Cake, Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough, Lemon Bar, and Strawberry Cheesecake. I am reasonably intrigued, so I placed a drive-through/pick-up order tonight at 8:30 pm, and aimed to pick up my delicious desserts at 9:30 pm. The store closes at 10:30 pm, so this should be acceptable planning. Except the company did a switch-a-roo without informing the customer. Turns out this location ran out of the dessert minis. BIG SIGH! I dunno if they ran out for today, or if they will replenish their supply with more of these elusive dessert minis--I just dunno. There is a lack of information dispensed to us as customers. (And yes, I reviewed my order to make sure it wasn't my fault, and indeed, I wasn't wrong. My order clearly shows I ordered "1 x 4 Pack Dessert Mini Doughnuts". Well, I did my part.) What I do know for sure right now is, the employees just gave me 4 regular glazed mini donut and sent us our way. They did not bother saying anything about inventory, replacement, or substitution.
