Love their donuts. Need to train their employees better. Carlos speaks at volume 1 and I need to lean in to his face to hear him, only gesturing to me to swipe the card after I asked and supposedly he responded but I didn't hear it and he left me there standing waiting for a response I never heard. He swiped my gift card 8x and then said it's not working. I said ok... can you ask someone for help. So he called his manager for help and she did my transaction in a second. Growing up Krispy Kreme's was always a treat for us and even as I got older the closet one was about 30 minutes away so when they opened this one up in San Dimas (down the street from where I currently live) I was stoked and a little scared (only scared because I didn't want to get fat) lol This location is super clean and nice (basically brand new still), the employees are real nice and helpful and most of all, the original glazed are always fresh and to die for!! My wife has had the iced coffee a few times and she seems to enjoy it! This is our go-to spot for a quick doughnut fix! read more

The one in City of Industry and Ontario both have much better quality. I come here a lot it's not that it's horrible it's just not as good and you can tell in the texture and taste. I'm guessing it's because it's smaller and their factory line isn't as big and complete. The only pro of this location is that it's not nearly as busy and you don't have to wait in a huge line. read more

Usually come here late Sunday mornings with my boys. They always have a variety of donuts to choose from. Now I'm not one who has to have a warm donut so I don't really care, but if you want a warm one this is not the location to go to. I've never had a fresh warm one here. I've read other reviews about them selling out of the holiday themed donuts but we had no problem scoring a dozen green glazed donuts on St. Patrick's day. The staff is friendly and prompt about helping you with your order. The inside dining is clean and my kids always walk out with a paper hat. read more

I ordered a dozen donuts at the drive thru (so convenient with small kids!) and when we got to the window, waiting to pay, my 3yo was saying, "next time I will get a pink donut" (since I hadn't ordered any) I told him he should have told me before I ordered, but that it was a good idea for next time. The employee must have heard because she added a pink donut for him!!! We got home and saw the little bag added and were so surprised! It sure made him happy! The service was quick yet welcoming - no complaints at all. Krispy Kreme is definitely always worth the drive to me. They use high quality ingredients so the donuts always taste fresh, light, and flavorful. The glazed is a classic must-try treat and the way they make it just doesn't compare to anyone else. They have other typical flavors you'll find at other bakeries such as chocolate iced and maple iced which do not disappoint. However if you want to deviate from the usual flavors, give their novelty donuts a try! I hate writing bad reviews because I too work in customer service and I understand but honestly I was just here and the employees were VERY rude to me and I wasn't NOT rude or giving any attitude at ALL because I'm NOT that type of person. So I went through the drive thru and told them my order which was 2 dozen donuts and a drink. I asked if I can have chocolate milk and they told me it had to be iced coffee so I said "ok that's fine but can you add the milk to my order" the employee is all confused and gets someone else on the speaker. I didn't think that was hard to understand ? Anyway this guys asks me what I wanted again so I explain I want chocolate milk and a medium iced coffee and I had to repeat the size twice, then he asks if I want donuts...I told Them my order again. I pull up to the window and he snatches the money out of my hand!!! Giving me my change was also with attitude! So They gave me my donuts and drink but no milk. I asked for it and they gave me Regular and I told them "sorry I asked for chocolate milk" and they took it back all fast and rude and handed me the chocolate again with attitude. Again let me explain I DO work in customer service so I was NOT giving these employee attitude! I don't understand why they felt they had to be that rude to me! It's just upsetting. I even apologized for THIER mistake because I felt bad. Who doesn't love Krispy Kreme?! Krispy Kreme takes me back to high school fundraiser days when I'd buy a donut for a $1. This location is amazing because it is a drive-thru. A drive-thru makes everything so much better because you aren't forced to drag yourself out of the car. You can easily stay in the comfort of your car and order. I've tried numerous flavors from maple to chocolate to Oreo however original has always been the best. Original is the perfect consistency of sweetness. The rest of the flavors are overly sweet. The donuts aren't hot out the oven but they're still delicious and will do the job. Customer service is typically nice and the wait isn't usually long. The donuts are pricey especially with the different flavors but it's KK, I can't expect bargain prices with a famous company like KK. read more

the donuts never really disappoint. the disappointment comes from coming at the hours it says donuts with be hot and then they say that they do completely different times then what the app says. so you come not once. not twice. but three different times all within the time they've told you and for some reason they have an excuse as to why they aren't doing them hot again every time i come. idk just disappointing and kinda feels like i'm just getting lied to cause i'm in the drive thru and can't see the actual line. just something to think about. read more

We absolutely love Krispy Creme and we were excited when they opened this location because we live close by. But every time we have come in there aren't any other donuts besides the originals that we can purchase. They are always out. I mean we have come at least 4 times in the last 6 months and the same thing every time.They still have at least 3 or more hours till they close.
