waaaaait!! this was so good!! i know it's weird ordering chicken from a gas station but truuuust. the tenders were so good and the Honey Biscuits were sooo good!! please try it!! krispy chicken crunch box deal pretty good!! Mac-N-Cheese whatever on its own, but i'd say good to break the taste of the chicken tenders in between bites!! it seems like you have to be lucky in getting it fresh though, mine was good

I was excited to try the fried chicken as the reviews seem to be good. I got the family meal mix. It came with both dark and white meat, biscuit, mashed potato and fries. The chicken was juicy. But I was disappointed as the chicken was a bit bland. It needs a little more seasoning. I like the honey biscuit. It's buttery and sweet from the honey. Different from what I am used to. The fries were ok.

This is a hidden gem in town. My friends and I always come here for their fried chicken. We think they are better than other fried chicken chain like KFC! It has tiny bit of hot oil inside the fried chicken but not really spicy but does make the flavor whole lot better! I went at 7:30pm once and they ran out fried chicken already so I would recommend going there before 7pm or call ahead to make sure they save some for you!

Talk about a diamond in the ruff! My cousin has been telling me about this mystery spot and I was skeptic about good food inside a gas station. If you like fried chicken this place is a must! It's located inside of 76 gas station. Don't get scared. Go inside and try it out. They have some great combos for 5 bucks!! Their chicken is cooked perfectly and the skin is extra crispy as well. It smashed KFC! I will return to this place very soon.

This is good fried chicken. A whole lot better than that over priced $30 for 10 pieces of Shake-N-Bake seasoned Lawry's fried chicken at the Crack Shack. With 2 drinks, 2 sides of bitter not good at all Coleslaw. Easily over $50. Here at Krispy Krunchy Fried chicken is like delicious homemade fried chicken. The Louisiana style sides are really good, and you can't beat the price. Ask for Kendra. She's the best!

The fried chicken burrito sounded like it might be heavy, but it was absolutely delicious and surprisingly not heavy at all. The ribeye burrito was amazing too! We had a little mix up during our visit, and he handled it so respectfully and graciously that we were genuinely impressed. We will absolutely be coming back. I just found my new breakfast spot!

Bottom Line Up Front: Eggbred is breakfast food for Gen Z --…read moreand that's not a dig by any means. Let me eggplain... The Background: Eggbred is a fast-food establishment with fast-casual aspirations. You pay at the counter but the meals are handcrafted, so there's a wait similar to a sit-down restaurant. Plus, the prices are higher than a Mickey D's -- $9.79 to $13.99 for sandwiches and $9.99 to $17.99 for burritos, for example. The Food: I ordered the Ribeye California Burrito and it was delicious. The beef was tender and moist, the avocado was fresh, and the cilantro crema was tasty. The lemonade was very meh, unfortunately. The Setting: Located in a smallish strip mall on Harbor Boulevard, it has limited free parking in the front. Not a problem on a weekday mid morning, but I imagine it would be quite difficult to find parking at peak times. Inside, it had a cool, modern aesthetic, but it was small, not ideal for mid to large-size groups. Customer Service: My cashier was friendly and quite knowledgeable, providing an eggcellent recommendation (the Ribeye California Burrito). However, the cook staff took awhile making the food (it took about 20 minutes for my order to come out). The Pros and Cons: So, is the food worth the hype and premium prices? Yes and no. It's essentially a fast-food restaurant charging sit-down prices with longish wait times. Your satisfaction level will depend largely on your expectations: if you're thinking it's fast food, you'll be pleasantly surprised by the care they put into the food and freshness of the ingredients. You'll be disappointed if you're expecting a more premium experience to match the premium prices. The Conclusion: I would need to return to try the other dishes on the menu to give a definitive answer, but based on my first experience I didn't feel like I got enough value for the price I paid and the wait I endured. While I would be open to trying their other dishes, I would not return unless I was in the area by chance.

I'm constantly let down trying yet another taqueria or Mexican food joint only to find the pastor kind of lackluster. That's why Burrito Brothers is such a find. Their pastor burrito was just like I like it--packed with meat, not skimpy with the other add-ons besides rice and beans, and just a plain hefty boy at a decent price. Every bite was a joy, and every joy was one that I wish could last forever. I'm not shy to say that I'm already trying to figure out the next optimum time to get back to this place. The service was great. Everyone was quick and friendly. And they all seemed immensely proud of the business they had built. It was just an easy experience telling them exactly what I wanted and getting my meal squared away. They were even helpful as to the best way to order in my food to go with a call and get it made exactly right. I like the space too. It only fits 16 customers, but that seems more than enough for the amount of dine-in customers it receives. I enjoyed that they catered to solo diners, possessing a long counter space and three-top tables mostly instead of larger seating arrangements for their dining room. To sum up, this place is fantastic and amazing for my favorite of all the burritos after goat. And I can't wait to see how they do with the rest of their eclectic menu like tacos, nachos, and even burgers and hit dogs.

Sadly, I did not find what I was hoping to find. The place is clean enough upon entry and I was greeted somewhat quickly (once the cashier had finished her conversation with her coworker.) I ordered a cheeseburger combo with fried zucchini instead of french fries. The Coke from the machine was a bit flat. Bummer, but not the end of the world. Upon inspecting my receipt while I was waiting for my food, I realized that I had been charged full price for a cheeseburger ($6.59), a side of fried zucchini (a whopping $8.44), and a Coke ($3.89)...all together with tax, more than $20. According to the menu, you can make any burger a combo for an extra $5, and since a small fry is just a tad over $5, it's kind of like a combo is giving you a free Coke. It's a bummer that their system doesn't allow for substitutions, as this price did seem a little bit steep for what I was getting. When the food came out and I took a bite of my burger, I realized that I was going to want more 1000 Island spread than the burger had to offer (what can I say, I'm a sauce guy!) Surprise, surprise, - that turned out to be an extra $0.65. I had some cash on me, so I just gave the cashier a dollar and got back to my food. The burger was not bad. The fried zucchini had decent texture, but the breading was a bit thick for my preference and it lact flavor. All in all, the meal was just sorta okay. Price wise, it was definitely on the high side! I don't need for for restaurant meal that I enjoy to make me feel like I'm getting some kind of bargain, but if I'm paying premium pricing, I expect an outstanding. I don't see myself coming back.
