Some of my favorite foodies were posting on social media about this Thai spot offering $15 lunch specials so I knew I had to try it out for myself. When you first walk into the restaurant it has more of a contemporary feel with music playing and vibrant decor throughout. It was really busy when we got there but we were able to get seated pretty fast. Our server was friendly and attentive which made the experience very pleasant. We decided to go with their lunch special Chicken Pad Thai and Chicken Thai Basil. I was thrilled to find out that it came with an egg roll, salad, and a drink of your choice. I obviously had to choose the Thai tea because it's one of my favorite things to get when I get Thai food. Our food did take quite sometime to come to us but it was definitely worth the wait. Our meals came out freshly prepared and it was presented so beautifully. The Pad Thai had the perfect balance of sweet and savory. The noodles had a great chew to it and the sliced chicken was nice and tender. The Chicken Thai Basil was very flavorful, but we're so used to getting this meal with ground meat that the sliced chicken caught us off guard. The serving size was a bit smaller compared to the Pad Thai but overall it was still a pretty good amount for what you're paying for.

My cousins and I came here for dinner. The menu had so many yummy-sounding food that you can't always find at the average Thai restaurant, so we gad a hard time deciding. I ended up ordering the Crab w/ Spicy Pad Thai Glass Noodles, and it was tasty. Everyone else's food looked good too, and they all enjoyed it. Friendly service.

Our first time at Krok. We tried our go to classics and a new one. We had Wagyu blanket, a strip of Wagyu with shrimp eggs and sauce over a dab of rice. The Wagyu was very melt in your mouth with good flavor. The crab rice had a good amount of crab. The drunken noodle with chicken was also very good. We had is beef jerky for our appetizer. And to wash it all down we had Thai tea and Thai coffee. Krok is a solid 4 for us. I'd like to try the papaya salad and mango sticky rice and pad see ew. Service was great, staff are kind. Nice decor and the wood work in the bathroom, random I know, but it's really nice.

One of my favorite Thai places in Vegas. The food is always delicious and fresh. Their Crab Rangoons are made with real crab meat and aren't just all cream cheese. My go to is the yellow curry and it is consistently flavorful. The Holy Crab Fried Rice is also flavorful and worth the price. The portion is enormous. I took away a star because the service is SLOW every time I've been there whether its busy or not. They hardly check on you and there's been many times I desperately need water and have to wait a long time.

We decided to return after I saw on Instagram that they were doing dollar oysters starting at 5 PM till they close which is 1145 pm Upon entering, we were the only people in the establishment there was no other table tables so we were sat right away now to get the dollar oysters you had to spend at least $16 per person which is not a problem at this time another person came in and sat down and three other people ended up joining this person I guess they ordered 36 oysters .... I'm gonna assume she was the only person working because she was extremely slow to come back to our table. Here's why I got frazzled because we did specifically tell her that we wanted oysters but instead of coming back and telling us that they were out of oysters, she just put in the drinks and the appetizers never informing us that the oysters were no longer available so we didn't wanna eat there anymore because that's not what we originally came for we were gonna order apps the oysters and main entrees which one she told us that we said OK well we don't wanna eat her anymore because that's not what we came Luckily, after going some back-and-forth, we were allowed to leave because we did not want to eat there anymore. Also while we were sitting there waiting for her to come back to our table a few groups of people came in and they were not greeted or seated so they all left I don't know if we'll go back. We were sad because we had a wonderful experience. The first time he went, but the second time was very disappointing.

BRAISED BEEF BRISKET / PANANG CURRY and Sweet and sour chicken

This is my second time at Krok! The food is always freshly cooked and delicious. The curry tastes authentic, and can be made spicy or not spicy. The braised beef was delicious and very soft. The vegetables in sweet and sour chicken is very fresh. Came over quickly when called. The restaurant is very cute with many Thai influences. Bathroom can be confusing but it is one per person!

Quality/Quantity - Came in for a late lunch. But early enough to still get the lunch menu that ended at 3pm. Thank you. My wife ordered for us. She got the following, both of which were good and as light eaters, it was enough food to feed 3 light eaters: Chicken Thai Basil. Crab w/ Spicy Pad Thai Glass Noodles - Level 1 spice which was light for me but too spicy for my wife. And she originally wanted to get level 2 spice level... This was good, but I have had much better in Hayward, CA at Khao Hom (but your service is better here and much better value here); see other review. Both of us got the Iced Thai Tea, no refills. Soda is of better value, but we both are not big soda drinkers. Also, it came with hot/out-of-the-fryer egg rolls. Wait before eating. Ambiance - Decent size restaurant. As late lunch eaters, there were very few customers when I was here. So we were able to pick any table we wanted. Nice decor. Happy hour available. Plenty of mall parking. Easy ride share from the LV strip. Service - Good. Price - $38 + generous tip. Reasonably priced. Owner Comment - Congrats on all your success since April of 2025.

Came for the $1 oysters they advertise all over IG. Also had fried calamari and Chicken Satay. Fried Calamari was not very good and oysters were not as fresh as they could be. Chicken Satay was very good!! Moist and full of flavor!! Not sure i'll come here for the Oysters again and definitely will not be having the fried calamari. The restaurant is well decorated and has a nice vibe. The chef stopped at all tables while we were there to meet and greet but didn't stop at ours. The restaurant was not busy so I'm not sure why we just got skipped.

Came in on a Saturday evening, they were very busy. Lots of tables for big parties, music was low enough that chatting was easy. We were served by Peter, met the Chef TK and Owner Nitty. We had the Thai Basil with Pork, Tom Kha, Papaya Salad, Fried Tofu and the Mango Sticky Rice as dessert. Everything was phenomenal, the soup was creamy, the papaya salad was fresh, basil pork was fragrant, the mango sticky rice was a good portion, good amount of coconut milk, rice and mango, and it was nice and warm as it should be. The place was very clean, they start live music later in the night, restrooms were clean. All in all definitely recommending to come here. It was a great first time experience for us.

We've been coming to Krok for a while, and the food has always been consistently delicious. This visit we ordered the crispy pork, beef panang curry, chicken satay, and pad thai--everything was flavorful, fresh, and perfectly cooked. The crispy pork was crispy on the outside and tender inside, the Panang curry was rich and creamy, the chicken satay was juicy with a delicious peanut sauce, and the pad thai was well-balanced and full of flavor. The owner was welcoming and genuinely kind, which makes our visit even more enjoyable. Great food, great service, and a warm atmosphere. Highly recommend!

Wow. I was not sure what to expect here but it has secured entry into the must stop by to try out places in Las Vegas. We ordered the crab fried rice and it was delicious. How do they make their crab so fluffy tasty? It's so soft and flavorful. We also got the beef rib panang curry. I thought it would include the bone based on the pictures so was a little concerned when it didn't but regardless it tasted wonderful. The curry is unique and flavorful and the beef was super tender. I would say there were some pieces with too much fat on it but I was willing to forgive it. We also got fried tofu and it's good but I wouldn't say it's a must order or different than other places. Try this place out. It's super good!

Nicely decorated thai restaurant. We appreciated the lunch menu which was a great value. We chose the crab spicy noodles (best of the selections) , shrimp pad thai (way too saucy) and braised beef Penang curry (curry itself was flavorful , not so much the beef). Our picky vegetarian eater ordered the Mongolian tofu which she liked. You also get a small salad, veg egg roll , and a thai tea/coke with your lunch. The highlight was the Crabzilla fried rice, with mounds of fluffy crab and egg with plenty to share. A bit steep at $50, but delicious. Service was also courteous.

We enjoyed our experience at Krok. We tried some dishes that we have not seen at other Thai restaurants. We ordered the Krok-Cajete, which is their version of tableside guacamole with crab or shrimp, accompanied with shrimp chips; salmon avocado green curry and spicy pad thai with glass noodles. The spice in all the dishes can be modified depending on your spice tolerance.

The decor blends wood, tile, and wrought iron for a look that's both modern and inviting, with a mix of booth and table seating that feels comfortable and stylish. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with warm hospitality. The staff was attentive and genuinely welcoming. A special touch came when the owner's wife stopped by our table to introduce herself and share more about the restaurant's vision. Krok had opened just four days earlier, and her excitement was infectious. We began our meal with the Krok Cajete, which turned out to be the highlight of the evening. This unique appetizer, prepared tableside, offers a Thai dish with Mexican influences, featuring your choice of crab meat or shrimp, paired with crispy papaya, avocado, tomato, a zesty lime dressing, and served with rice chips. The flavor profile was stunning: fresh, vibrant, and beautifully balanced. It's a must-try and something we'll be coming back for. For our main courses, we chose the Sweet & Sour entrée with tofu, which was perfectly crispy and paired harmoniously with pineapple, tomato, cucumber, onion, carrot, and bell pepper. Each bite was a burst of sweet and tangy flavor that didn't overpower the natural taste of the ingredients. My husband, who loves Thai food, and I dined here two days ago after having read the restaurant's excellent reviews. Suffice to say, Krok did not disappoint. The complementary prawn crackers were crispy, well seasoned and although fried, were not at all greasy. We started with the Beef Jerky appetizer and were very pleasantly surprised: crispy, flavorful and tender. Its accompanying dipping sauce was the perfect complement. My husband's entree was the Massaman Curry with pork, which he totally enjoyed. I ordered the Chinese Broccoli and Carrots with chicken; the vegetables were perfectly cooked, retaining their crunch. The pork and sauce were flavorful as well. All servings were very generous, and we happily packed up uneaten portions. For dessert, we shared a coconut cream sorbet, which we absolutely loved. It was refreshing, creamy and not overly sweet. I highly recommend this restaurant. Will definitely return! read more

Forgot to take a picture before digging into the food. This place is a 10/10. High quality and you get what you pay for. Best meal in Vegas for us. This place is amazing. Honestly going to be difficult for us to find better flavors or service in our week in Las Vegas. The krok-cajete Quacamole is absolutely mandatory. I've gone to krok's sister restaurant "mama surang Thai kitchen" (another amazing restaurant) on my side of town, i was looking for a Thai restaurant that had the vibe & ambience to celebrate my 38th birthday, i called them a week before my birthday to plan it out, they said call the day before to confirm people & time (so i did) I found Krok on google, then went to their Instagram, i was pleased w the pictures as they passed the vibe check for me, they had a beautiful wall w a pretty Thai girl and their was pink lights & the moon mural was a win for me. As i love the moon and cancer signs are ruled by the moon & water. So this Place was just what i needed, the vibe was awesome. Now let's talk about the drinks... amazing... i had 4 different drinks as my girl friends all had ordered different ones. The pineapple ginger beer was so yummy! 10/10 recommend. I chose a whiskey neat because i was feeling very elegant that day ;) 10/10 The margarita was really yummy! 10/10 Thai tea really yummy! 10/10 Their service was amazing, they totally blew me away with how much attention to detail they paid attention to. I wasn't expecting so much from them. Never asked they just made sure we were good. My party was fairly big & we took two tables they accommodated everyone. They were so awesome From singing HBD, the clapping, the music the cutting the cake for us and passing it around to each person, i didn't have to lift a finger & neither did my guest. Even the candy they purchased for me was a sweet detail, a random little girl was selling candy and it just so happened to also be her bday( 7/13 ) Coincidence? Maybe... a cool Memory for sure. Now let's get to the food, everyone was happy with their choice of food. I had a little bit of everyone's to taste cuz that's what the bday girl does. And they definitely delivered taste, proportions & the presentation was beautiful. I would recommend this place for girls night. Date night. Or even on a solo date their bar is so cute u can sit right up there. Don't sleep on Krok y'all's. Come see this beautiful place! Oh and my favorite part ! Parking was easy!! First time trying this spot, I am always up to try new restaurants especially if it's Thai cuisines. It's located across the Shanghai Plaza in spring mountain. Aoh, our server was very knowledgeable with the items on the menu and recommended which foods to try out. Portions are pretty big so keep that in mind when ordering. Saw this restaurant that my husband sent to me via messenger on Facebook and we decided to go try it tonight. After being greeted and sat down, we noticed that it was a pretty nice atmosphere and we were greeted right away by the host. We we ordered the pictures are below all of the items that came out were excellent. We will definitely be back, but before we left, we were greeted by chef T K, who came out to check on us and we told him that everything was great and my husband and I really appreciated him even coming out so if you're looking for a great Thai restaurant in Las Vegas, please go Support. We told him we came from North Las Vegas because we had seen it on social media so we are just here to pass the word along. ever heard of the holy crab & wagyu khao soi? well now you can get that here! KROK is the sister restaurant of mama surang, and they are finally open in the heart of chinatown, just across the street from shanghai plaza. amazing ambience w/ modern vibes, and delicious recipes passed down from generations. highly recommend the krok-cajete, crabzilla fried rice, papaya salad with crispy pork belly and you can't go wrong w/ any thai classics. read more

This place is amazing! We ordered the Krok Cajete, beef brisket panang curry, and the crab glass noodles pad thai. First of, the ambiance is modern with traditional aspects. I love the decor and the pink walls. Also weird, but go see their bathrooms, it's beautiful! It's like you're transported to white lotus season three. And they have bidets! And the seating has pads! My bottom was definitely comfy the whole time. As for the food, they make the Krok Cajete right in front of you. It's like guac with Thai flavors. It was so fresh. As they are making it, you can customize it to however you want it. If you love fish sauce, you can add more. If you're into spicy like me, make it spicy! The brisket in the panang curry was so tender that honestly, I didn't even have to chew. And the glass noodles crab pad thai was so flavorful that I couldn't stop eating it. 10/10 of all of these dishes. read more

Very fun, make sure you tell them directly if you are there for an experience you saw online, or else youll get the normal version of the cool dishes, which are still delish. I had the braised beef curry and it was lovely, flavorful but overpowering to a western pallet. There was live karaoke style music and the servers were really fun and playful with us. read more

Their selection of drinks is like the cheesecake factory menu and very impressive along with some reasonably priced beers and cocktails. One thing lacking olive seltzers, but hey some white girls have to get adventurous sometimes. I got the yuzu lager which was amazing and had to get a couple. My wife got a gin and tonic which had some elderberry flavor in it and she had to drive so I got to finish that bad boy off. For food we always share, because most plates are huge. We got the crispy fried rice which I remembered from years ago which features almost puffy style rice with a lot of amazing aromatics like lemongrass and lime as well as sour pork sausage which I feel just tasted like a typical Chinese sausage but supreme flavorful and not a huge soy flavor. This is a must have at $15 even if just as a starter. The food options are amazing including a lot of Northern Thai options you dont see at a basic bitch Thai restaurant. We also got the Seafood PAd ped which features mussels, squid, scallops, and shrimp in a mushroom lime sauce and boy howdy it was unique and tasty. I could go on and on about the choices but if this is all you eat assuming you like a good mushroom sauce then you will be set as a couple. Big shout out to the staff for making us feel at home in Vegas as Phoenix ferners. The restaurant is super clean with a modenr esthetic and quite large to fit a lot of people. They also have an amazing wine selection that goes as deep as your wallet.

We are unsure if other reviewers have ever experienced real good Thai food, as their overwhelmingly positive descriptions of this establishment seem at odds with our more moderate experience. The food was not bad, but it lacked exceptional flavor. The only dish that truly impressed us was the Pork Pad Thai; its flavors and textures were excellent, not too sour not too sweet not too soggy, particularly the pork, which was noticeably different and superior to the lean pork loin often used elsewhere. The crab fried rice, however, was rather bland and required additional fish sauce. We found it curious that the waitress suggested upgrading to the "Crabzilla Fried Rice" with jumbo crab meat for a significant price increase; a $20 increase hardly being an "upgrade". The Nam Khao Tod, while not on the menu, was prepared with all crispy fried rice, but its strong citrus flavor was excessive for our taste. We are acquainted with the chef and his other restaurant, and while we appreciate his culinary skills, we would advise managing expectations before visiting. read more

We ordered their chef's specials such as the Krok Cajete, Holly Crab Fried Rice, Crab Spicy Pad Thai Glass Noodle, and the Braised Beef Brisket Panang Curry, along with their regular Fried Calamari. Their specials are definitely on the pricier side but were all so good! The calamari was good but not the best I've ever had. The krok was a new appetizer to me. It's quite small for its price but still very delicious. There was a decent amount of protein in each of the dishes, compared to other Thai restaurants I've been to. I really enjoyed the Pad Thai with thick glass noodles; it's a different take and tasted great. I really enjoyed the panang curry and would definitely try other curries from this place next time. Meanwhile, we went on a early Friday and it was pretty chill, with only two tables occupied. It wasn't until later into the night that it got slightly busy. I am extremely disappointed with the mandatory 18% gratuity policy at this establishment. Regardless of the quality of service--whether good or bad--the tip is automatically added to your bill, and you have no choice but to pay it. This is not suggested or optional; it's enforced. Tipping should be based on service, not forced upon customers as a requirement. It's unacceptable to strip away the customer's right to decide whether or how much to tip, especially when the service does not meet expectations. We ordered those two dishes and string beans, since none of us were super hungry from the night before. Wonton came out first of course. The wontons were pretty good, a little on the smaller side but no complaints. The broth however was very heavy handed on the white pepper, so it wasn't as soothing as I was looking for. White pepper is very strong and a little goes a long way, like a sprinkle and you're good. This seemed like it had a whole heaping teaspoonful in the bowl. Quite aggressive and not what we were expecting. The string beans seemed a bit pricey at $20, but ended up being the best dish of the 3. This dish was simple but expertly cooked, as fresh and firm as could be without being raw. Well executed. The highlight of the meal was supposed to be the crispy roast pork. You can order by the pound or get the appetizer serving. I tried asking what the difference in quantity was, but she wasn't able to articulate a helpful answer, so we just went with the appetizer size. Well it was a good thing we didn't get the pound, because to our surprise, the skin was not crispy at all! When it comes to this dish, that's the ONLY reason you order it. Total sacrilege. I let the server, who's probably the owner, know about the skin. She said it's because it was made in the morning. And that was it. No attempt to rectify the situation, no apology. Just pop it in the air fryer or something lol. Like I've never been to a legit Chinese restaurant, with "BBQ" in their name, roast ducks hanging in the case, and they serve crispy roast pork with chewy skin. Ironically this is in the same shopping center as Win Kee BBQ who has immaculate crispy roast pork, so much so that they sell out every day and you have to get there early. But here? You get here to eat lunch by 1pm and it's too late, the skin will no longer be crispy. What's even crazier is they advertise whole roast pigs on the regular menu, up to over $500 per pig. Imagine spending over $500 and getting chewy skin. The moment I let her know about the skin and she gave me her response, we locked gazes, had a moment of silence, and she knew then she had seen the first and last of us. Why would I ever drive down to SW Vegas, same shopping center as Win Kee, and go here again for "crispy" roast pork. Doesn't make sense now does it...

Easy access with its own parking lot, and it's clean and spacious inside. While the other 2 dim sum places (new Asian BBQ and Hong Kong garden) are 30 minutes wait, we walked in without any wait time. Shout out to the busser, Thomas who is very nice.
