Parking is easy due to the neighboring parking structure. Do keep in mind that parking is validated for a few hours- just make sure you make your way to the information desk to input your license plate info. Seating is comfortable- allowing patrons to recline and heat up your chairs. Best of all, each seat has its own table- great for kids and for huge snackers! CineArts is well kept and always clean during my visits. The concession stand offers alcoholic drinks, hot foods, popcorn, candies, and sugary beverages. Hot dogs, popcorn, and the pizzas are great- chicken tenders and mozzarella sticks are trash. Don't bother getting the tenders or mozz sticks unless you like it dry and hard. 5/5 stars overall. Tickets are pricey but i guess everything is nowadays. Idk about you but I'd rather spend my money on a place that guarantees comfortability and cleanliness.

I also want to mention Alexander, who was working at the time. I had misplaced an item and he stepped in to help without hesitation. He stayed patient, moved quickly, and made sure we actually found it instead of just brushing it off. That kind of attention and effort doesn't go unnoticed. Overall, great service and a smooth visit from start to finish. Definitely coming back.

You can purchase tickets in front or through the kiosk they have. Just walk in and they scan your ticket. It was like 1 line and 1 person scanning, but I'm sure they amp this up on other more busier nights. I do love the open outdoor ceiling with the circular area with some small trees and greenery. It's nice. Concession is sort of self serve I think? I got a large popcorn hot off the press and walked over to pay for it, but I wonder if it gets too busy that some people just grab things and walk through. They do have a Coca Cola Freestyle machine that does limited movie themed drinks which is nice. Seats are the newer reclining ones and screen is resolution is crisp, sound is good with no contamination from other theater rooms. Bathrooms are a bit aged and back rooms looking (lol), but no issue. But I did see when I tossed trash away into the trash pit, there were clean paper towels stored next to it. Overall a decent AMC.

There was a weird spot on the screen where there was a double image/ghosting effect happening the whole movie. It wasn't always noticeable, but whenever there was something like text in that spot, it was really annoying.

We had a nice intimate session, parked in a residential area, little quiet neighborhood in Sunnyvale, CA. The theaters was clean, fully equipped with snacks and drinks (free of charge) too! We ended up getting this experience free and that just made the cherry on top experience for us! The second time around, my friend rented out the mobile for the both of us! We hosted a Halloween event and nobody could even tell we were in the middle of a parking lot in a Campbell, CA park! lol All of my friends enjoyed and loved the concept. Again the experience was enjoyable and the theater was clean. The restroom though had a little odor though, so we had to keep the door closed for sure! My friend and I split the costs, which was $30 for egg rolls that we never even got. But that's okay, the driver said we would get a refund, not sure if she ever did! Andree the driver is amazing! He's super flexible, informative, and helpful! Hope he is always the driver when I book in the future! My mom actually recently booked the Mobile for my daughter's upcoming birthday in January! So I'm so excited about that!

Their seats are actually well maintained and comfortable unlike some other theaters. They have sturdy swivel tables to enjoy your food and drinks. Lots of space so you're not too close to anyone in front of or behind you. Only drawbacks would be no heated seats and they don't recline fully. Their TBD Tuesdays are an amazing deal with $9 tickets. So if you don't get food and drinks this is quite the steal. And yes, concessions are pricey, but they're actually pretty good. Well made cocktails. And those chicken tenders are generously sized, come with multiple run and sauce options, and come with fries. They also have great pizzas and even have vegan cheese substitutions which some people can appreciate.

The chairs did not recline all the way (I'd just been to AMC MERCADO and was pleased at the upgrades in this theater). We ordered popcorn and drinks. Only one drink was delivered, and it took a long time for the popcorn to show up. We ordered another drink, hoping to get it delivered. Another 35 minutes go by. My partner tries to track down a server to ask about the forgotten drink: it's delivered while he's still gone. Then, at the near end of the movie the second drink order arrives. Overall, it was a frustrating experience. This used to be my favorite spot to catch a movie, now I'd only suggest coming for the Tuesday specials, and avoiding concessions all together. You also must go to the counter to validate parking. Under the old movie theater, it was conveniently located on the wall as you exited the theater. And the woman's bathroom was flooded and had half the stalls out of order when I tried to use the restroom. The mucky water in the restroom was less than desirable. I probably should have used the gender inclusive restroom. I chose the Santana Row theater or the AMC Mercado before heading to this hectic location.

We parked at the garage across the from the theater and got free parking validated by Camera 12. The bf and I arrived around 12pm to see ExMachina. I was afraid it would be packed, but there weren't too many people, thankfully! The theater is a little dated, but the seats were comfortable and we got there early enough to have our choice of seats. What peeved me were the people who had no movie manners and kept getting up when the tastings started to get beer or snacks. There were also people coming in and out during the movie. It was distracting, but expected I guess. Once the movie ended, the tastings were at full swing. We got to taste almost all the beers before going to the next movie and they were great! It was wonderful to taste and learn about truly local breweries that we had no idea existed. Among our favorites were Uncommon Brewers and No Name Hard Cider. We were disappointed with the artisinal snacks as it was a small sampling of snacks and felt guilted into buying something for sampling - I have to add that they were not cheap! IDREAMOFCOOKIES for example had super cute and tasty cookies for sale as well as pandan waffles for $6 -that's a rip off compared to the comparable waffles at Grand Century for $1.50! I liked that Groupfies was there offering photobooth photos for $1-2. I loved all their props! It would have been cool to see more vendors other than food and drink. Overall, we had a good time and would definitely consider coming back next year. Some attendees did need a code of conduct though!
