My favorite spot for Filipino food. Everything is hot and fresh and portion sizes are huge. The only meat option you can select that isn't massive is a skewer, but theyre worth it. They smoke them directly outside and they're packed with flavor. Today I ordered a K2 plate with half rice and. Half pancit, lechon, and a bbq pork skewer. Every plate also comes with a cup of their sinigang soup (which you may need to remind them to give you). Ambiance could use improvement but this place is authentic and not trying to be anything boujie. Service is nothing to be excited about. Sometimes you have to ask specifically for the sauces or dips that come with items. Prices may seem steep but when you take the portion sizes into account, it's fair.

    Lumpia, anyone?

If you were in search of Filipino Hawaiian food you have found your place. Kujo Eats offers a great variety of yummy food. I also ordered the Halo Halo and took it home. That was the first time I've had Halo Halo. Kujo Eats is a family restaurant, and they also offer karaoke a few nights a week. The service was friendly and very welcoming

Came here to get some pancit. The inside is very large and there is ready made food for you to order. The service was incredibly friendly. There is plenty of seating for any party size. Overall very good experience.

We came here for dessert, but I really want to try their plates now that I've been inside and looked at their menu. They are located in a plaza type spot that's probably seen better days, BUT that means it's a hole in the wall type spot, right? We go in and there is a table full of aunties and uncles who are all just vibing and have all ordered halo-halo, which means you know it's good. I got a scoop of pandan ice cream for $2.16, and I was pleasantly surprised at how much ice cream I got! The ice cream was delicious, creamy, with bits of like jelly mixed in, and not too heavy. I would definitely go back if possible. Also, the lady who was running the dessert section of the restaurant was really efficient at getting orders out. I wanna go back and try the other ice cream flavors now.

How is the Halo Halo, one of the featured popular dishes? The majority of it was filled with: Red Beans, Sweet Beans, and Gulaman. There were two pieces each of Saging Sa Saba and Kaong. For $10, it isn't worth the money. There was a small Turo Turo, with a decent size seating area. Happy to see Lolo and Lola working behind the counter doing their best to provide the service they could. I love to support small businesses and/or family owned businesses, but this was just a miss for me. I threw away more than 3/4 of it, and I never like to throw away food if I can help it.

Kujo Eats is serving a different variety of Filipino food on my second visit. AMBIANCE No frills SERVICE Pickup order - staff knew the drill. FOOD 4.5/5 Pork Menudo with Rice: thick, chunky, savory and comforting with a rich seasoning and saucy tomato base. There were also some Vienna sausages alongside the pork chunks and diced potato's, carrots, and peppers. This dish pairs well w white rice. 4/5 Munggo Guisado (mung bean stew): flavorfully pungent, with an earthy nutty mung bean mush that's quite filling ?/5 Sinigang soup broth: a savory and very sour tamarind broth with some veggies and pork. I didn't use this quite right, and will try to rotate between this dish as a palate cleanser or with bites of rice.

This was my first time trying Kujo Eats and it was average Filipino food. We came around 11AM and ended up getting the 2 entree with garlic rice. We chose longanisa and lechon kalawi for the entrees. We were able to get a small scoop of garlic rice until they ran out and filled our plate with regular white rice. We also got fresh bbq skewers. Our plate came with a complimentary cup of sinigang which was nice. The bbq skewers were our favorite, they were big, juicy and delicious and would definitely get again! The rest of the food was decent and a bit cold and didn't seem fresh. Also, I love my sinigang sour but this was REAL sour lol. Service was good and the cashier was very friendly and helpful. It's very chill inside but also not too many tables.

I placed an order using the app that offers discounted meals to reduce food waste. I was pleasantly surprised by my goodie bag. A variety of dishes were packaged with a well-sized portion. The staff members were friendly and quick to serve. I ordered a halo-halo on the side just to try and it was tasty. I would order here again.

My boyfriend and I like eating here since they have a lot of variety of Filipino foods. Today I give KUJO EATS four our of five stars since the cashier who was an old lady didn't know how to accept cash payments along with a debit card. I'm sorry to say but if you're going to have a business you need to properly train your employees how to operate a cashier register before they operate the cash register alone. Please understand how frustrating that would be if you were the customer.. Make sure to add your phone number at the register so you can earn points for every purchase towards either small halo-halo or a scoop of their Magnolia Ice Cream.

Ordered through the "Too Good To Go" app just to try something new and we are sooooo happy we did. Portions are insanely large for what we paid for, and special shout out to their sinigang. Loved the tangy sourness of this soup on top of the delish boxes they packed for us. Wish I knew the names of the dishes but my favorites were everything in the left box but you can't go wrong!! Definitely looking to come back to try more and learn all the names of what I am eating. SO GOOD.

Wanted to try this spot after watching a TikTok and man it was soo delicious! The owner attended us and he was super nice, really down to earth! The ambience felt very family like and friendly! We got a plate with three entrees including fired rice, pancit, lechon, sigsig, pork adobo, and a chicken bbq skewer, as well as a halo halo with ube ice cream. Everything tasted homemade and was hot! My favorite was the pansit! We will definitely be coming again and highly recommend others to give it a try!

Finally returned to try the food!! Its been over a year since having Halo Halo here. Three of us came for lunch and the place was packed!! The ambiance is simple table and chairs w a big screen tv playing Filipino Artists! Order at the steam table/counter and pick your food. Friendly service and good Filipino food!! The fried fish was dry but had flavor. The longonesa was flavorful and tender! The beef steak was delicious!! In a flavorful sauce and the beef fell apart. The pork adobo was in a great abobo sauce! The pancit was simple but seasoned well! I encourage patronizing local family run businesses/restaurants, and I highly Recommend trying Kujo Eats for Filipino food and desert. Corn Cheese Ice Cream is a must try!!! YES it has corn and cheese. But Filipinos love corn cheese! Give it a try!

GUT BUSTING (4 stars) I felt like I left a Filipino Party and a Tita packed you way too much left over that could last you DAYS. TGTG Surprise bag for $6.99 was very much with the gut busting. I didn't know what to expect except on TGTG app it received a high rating and high ratings on that app means lots of food. What I was surprised was to see a Filipino restaurant participate in that program - so I had to see what it was about and show support. They usually have about 5-6 Surprise Bags available on TGTG daily and on weekends they do sell out fast. Pickup time was between 7-730. Upon arrival the bags were laid out on the table and after showing them the app order I was told to select one of the bags. What I was told the most part each bag had the same things BUT some slightly differed. When u got home and opened my surprise bag I sure was surprised! (2) Suman (1) Cup of Pork Sinigang Chicken Pansit Chicken Adobo Chicken Curry (Pinoy-style) Overall the meal was tasty! This $6.99 is possibly the best budget meal to feed 2-3 people. Until the next Surprise bag!

I'm not familiar with Filipino dishes, but have been told they're delicious. The menu only lists the names of the dishes and not the contents. How does a newbie find out what's what?

The staff were incredibly nice, guiding us through the menu and helping us decide on the two sides with two options meals. When handing us our food, they mentioned and apologized that the mac and cheese was not up to par and encouraged us to come back and try it again. He was right--the mac and cheese was overcooked, but the flavor was still there. I appreciate the honesty. The pork chop, catfish, and chicken wings were seasoned to perfection. The breading was light but crunchy so delicious I wanted to eat all the small crumbs off my plate. The candied yams were flavorful, and the best part for me was the banana pudding. It was the best banana pudding I have ever had. Overall, I had a great experience, and I'll definitely be back to give the mac and cheese another shot and eat more delicious southern food in SD.

The staff is so friendly and was very helpful with the menu. There were sides that weren't on the menu, like the fried okra and french fries. We ended up ordering them as sides for the chicken wings. We also ordered the catfish with mac n cheese and collard greens. For dessert, we got the peach cobbler. Other desserts they have are banana cream pie, strawberry-banana cream pie, and chocolate cake. They all sounded good, but the peach cobbler was highly recommended. The cornbread muffin made it on the order too. All the food was delicious and perfectly seasoned! The catfish and chicken were juicy. The catfish tasted fresh and not too fishy. The mac n cheese and collard greens were the best out of the sides we got. Cornbread and peach cobbler were also very good. The cobbler wasn't too sweet, so I enjoyed it. I'm really glad I found this place on Yelp. I highly recommend giving them a try!

Where else have you seen this? Because of the brewing process, there's no alcohol but you still get the floral taste of the hops and boy was it delicious. It reminded me of a rose latte. My friend got a hot Nana's mocha and it was a chocolate heaven! I loved it as well. I love the space; very cool vibes with lots of art, big space and they also serve burgers! I have to give that a try next time. They also serve alcohol (wine, beer) and saw some unusual brands that I've never seen before.

Food: Chili Crisp BFast Sando- (Biroche, Egg, Cheese, Bacon, Chiptole Aioli, Sesame Chili Crisp) Tots with House Seasoning - with Ranch Cup of Coffee Buko Pandan Latte Hot & Cold First the drinks were yummy. The hot Buko Pandan was stronger in flavor than the cold/iced drink. The tots were yummy and crisped perfectly but I'm not sure about the supposedly ranch dip. It was tangy for me. The Chilio Crisp Bfast Sando was delicious. It was so good that I want to return soon and have it again. The worker taking our order was very nice. He even mentioned about a restaurant in Vegas and asked if I've ever tried it-Public Us and yes I have. Overall, a great spot that can get very busy in the AM. The front window area has seats on one side and seats outside. It worked for us. Definitely will return.
