I've driven by the place so many times and always thought it was closed. Browsing through Yelp I realized nope it's open so my curiosity and hungry one day got the best of me so I placed an order for pickup. The process was easy and seem less but let's focus on the food. The lunch special was a pretty good size and it came with a spring roll and soda for under $10. I ordered the orange chicken and it was pretty good. It'll now be our little spot to grab food when we feel a little lazy and want a decent meal. I haven't explored the menu much but look out for more pictures, it will be explored! read more

Went here around noon on June 16, 2025. Got the chow mein with all the different meats and a large sugarcane drink. Meal was about $13 and the sugarcane was about $10 ($5 for small). I believe this might be the first time I've ever had sugarcane drink before? Was absolutely delicious. Didn't know what to expect. Thought that the worker overfilled the ice, but there was plenty of sugarcane drink. Like another review said, perfectly average food. I think the difference is when you go to a chain restaurant you leave with that fast food, super oily, bloated feeling. And here it just feels like you had decent Chinese food. Food served in to go containers... but the food came quickly and freshly made so it was steaming when I the lid to my curry chicken. Generously portioned for and inexpensive meal. Although not fine dining, if I lived in the neighborhood,it would have quickly made its spot as my to go spot for a quick tasty meal. I went here to order for My Son . I bought a plate from them during lunchtime on Thursday and gave My Son the food. He ate it. My husband and I have enjoyed this restaurant for many years. We love their food and the people are always so nice there but ... what we witnessed last night from the restaurant workers (family ran business) was so blatantly discriminatory we have decided to not return. While waiting for our meal, a black man in his early fifties, very clean cut, dressed causal but clean (didn't have BO), spoke kindly when ordering (even said "thank you" to the woman taking his order) and asked for some water. They gave him water but no ice. He asked for some ice and they told him they don't have ice. So he sat down and waited for his order. (KEEP IN MIND HE PAID FOR HIS FOOD ALREADY). A couple minutes passed and an Asian man came in, placed his order and got a drink... WITH ICE. We were all stunned. The black gentleman said "can you believe that?" It was sad because as we were all sitting there we knew the reason that he had received such terrible service. My husband said "THAT'S BS" really loud so they could hear. If they are so well off that they can pick and and choose their patrons WE WILL NOT BE THEIR CUSTOMERS ANYMORE. They hung up the phone abruptly and when I called back where just as short with me. Before even tasting the food, I can say I will be taking my business elsewhere. The food was ok, a little bland for my taste. We got egg rolls, genera tso's chicken, Mongolian beef, and Sweet and Sour chicken. General Tso's chicken was my favorite. We ordered the Family Meal(for 4), take-out. The order was made by phone, and it was difficult for me to understand the person who took my order. They understood me fine though, and I was able to get what they were saying by asking them to repeat themselves a couple times. No complaints about the pickup ~ the clerk was all business, but it was close to closing, so I expected that. In the Family Meal there was: Chow Mein, Fried rice, Egg rolls, plus we selected Mongolian Beef and Orange Chicken as our entrees. The three of us agreed that it was pretty average as far as quality went. The Mongolian Beef was definitely the star of the show though. The portions were excellent. The three of us are fairly large men, and there was enough that we could have fed 4 of us. If my dish had been named "day old candied chicken", I would still complain about how sweet and old it tasted. I could have tried my dining companion's shrimp lo mein, but that probably would have been a greater disappointment as she was not a fan--and she'll eat shrimp anything! The restaurant itself is stuffy and kinda unkempt, with cardboard boxes and presumably other supplies stacked up next to some of the seating. Normally I'd only 1-star an establishment after languishing through a combination of poor food and poor service. But for Kwan & Wok...it's literally the worst fast-Chinese I've had in at least a couple years. Incredibly gross. 'Meh' implies I could finish a meal and feel disappointed. Once order was place and I received confirmation I realized I made a huge mistake. I cancelled immediately but oddly was still charged for my order, approximately $80. I called UberEats and because this merchant "accepted" my order, I was still charged. Tried to call them to say "hey, sorry, my bad...can you deliver my order to my daughter since you already received the money?" My response..."no" and then hung up on.
