I have been using Kwik Kar to service my vehicles for many years. I happened to be in the area and needed oil change so I thought I would try this location. I was very impressed with the locations amenities. Felt like I was in a luxurious coffee shop, not a typical automotive oil change / repair facility. I was greeted promptly and the staff was friendly and courteous. Asked how he could assist me? Told him I was due for an oil change. He explained the oil change came with a free multipoint inspection, guided me to the lobby. Relaxing in the comfortable lobby enjoying a cup of coffee, the technician servicing my car offered me to come out in the shop. He wanted to review the services performed and upcoming maintenance items according to my cars manufacture service schedule. I was in great shape other than I had been driving around with the wrong air pressure in my front tires, explained that it would cause improper tire wear and poor mileage, which he corrected for me. When checking out he explained and offered me to enroll in the loyalty program which I did. The customer loyalty program is great. Most places you have to keep up with a card. No punch cards to keep up with here. Signed up and received a five dollar discount towards current service and will also be e-mailing me 10 coupons worth 5 bucks each that I can give to friends and family. When they use those coupons I will also earn additional discounts for my next services. I was very pleased with the service and staff and very impressed with the cleanliness / amenities this location offers. I have been going to Kwik Kar for many years and for additional years with Will the manager before he started working at Kwik Kar and they have been doing a great job of keeping my old cars running. The manager is a great guy and is always up front about what needs to be done. He spends time explaining what needs to be done with the car. He doesn't advise on repairs until the parts are worn out or are in need of replacement. The service people are always courteous and kind to me. The manager even provided me a referral to an auto body shop when I needed body work done on my car. They also provide a loaner car when my car has more extensive repairs and has to be in the shop for the day. This is very helpful so my wife doesn't have to come and pick me up and take me to work. I keep my cars for many years (I currently have 2003 Honda Odyssey) and Will Plummer and his team has maintained it and kept it running well throughout the years. In my opinion, they are very trustworthy people and I have never had a problem with the work they perform. read more

They have performed all of the maintenance on my Ford Explorer since I bought it in 2011 and on my husband's Toyota truck as well. Owner Louis Church and Manager Will Plummer set the bar very high, providing excellent work and great value from a top team. The staff is always friendly and courteous and the store is clean, spacious and comfortable. Will's clear communication recently while diagnosing my vehicle (ultimately a cracked head) and progress reports as he located a replacement engine kept my confidence high during a lengthy process. He was professional and patient, even when delivering less than desirable news. The convenience of being loaned a brand new car for the duration while the engine was replaced in my car is truly platinum level service. Our son is stationed at the FortWorth Naval AirBase & his car broke down, needed to be towed in. He was worried because his crew were flying out the next morning. I told him to have the shop call me. The next morning Wes was right on the inspection & quote. Then when I called back on Friday morning Louis answered & went over everything with me. The response & working with over the phone 975 miles away was awesome. I felt right at ease knowing that my sons older 2007 Cadillac is in good hands, these folks were going to do their job correctly & also cost efficiently. I have been in the automotive field from body & service to sales since 1982 and in management from 1985 thru 2014. Great Customer Service has always been my #1 goal. What an immaculate facility! I've had the manager work on my car for many years now. He is as honest and as good a mechanic as I've ever known. Honest to goodness salt of the earth folks here. They will take you out to your vehicle and show you how your vehicle is performing and what services you need to address, and which ones are doing well. Everyone is so nice and friendly with good coffee and nice clean and relaxing place to wait for your vehicle. I had some repairs done that were going to take a few hours, only to find out that they have free loaner vehicles while they work on your vehicle! A Kwik Kar? What a great experience from a great group of folks! I went to this Kwik Kar a couple days ago and I loved and enjoyed my experience. The lobby was clean and has a nice open concept. Rodney was the first person to approach me and he was genuine in taking care of my vehicle and myself. Before he opened the door for me to enter the lobby he told me that at the end he will review recommendations with me for anything he finds on my truck. I really appreciated that because every time I've gone to another mechanic shop they try to up sale me at the end without notice and it can be pretty uncomfortable. I would highly recommend this location off of their customer service alone however the work they did on my vehicle spoke for itself as well. I will be back again soon for them to replace my brakes because apparently they do it all! read more

I had a shimmy in my front wheel and chose Kwik Kar Ridgmar to look into it. What looked like a job that would take a few hours turned into a bigger problem once the wheel was disassembled and the scope of the damage could be seen. The shop did a great job of staying in touch with me, provided some good pricing on the 'surprise!' repairs, and got the job done in the time frame required. They showed me the damaged pieces (I must have hit a curb or a big pothole) and the car has worked great since. They have a good mechanic and a strong 'service culture' at this location. I have utilized this Kwik Kar on more than one occasion and had the fortune to deal directly with the owner, Louis, after the last visit. I was relieved when he offered to finance my repairs and offered to give me a ride wherever I needed. I appreciated the gesture but found the waiting room and amenities perfect and had no problem working from my laptop in the lobby. I'll check if they offer WiFi next visit. If they do, I'll swing by more often for the coffee and work environment. I also appreciate having my truck vacuumed after oil changes. read more

I have been to this Kwik Kar a couple of times to have some basic things done to my car. On each occasion, their service was prompt and I didn't get any pressure to have any additional services. The lobby was nice and clean and the bathroom was spotless which amazed me. That is not something I would expect from a car service place. The staff was friendly as well.
