I usually use Kwick Kar To get oil changes but this was my first time using this location and will be my last. I went in to get an oil change, this process was quick but the employees seemed to be high and as if I bothered them to do business. They forgot my oil sticker so I had to go back inside and ask for them to give it to me. After that they told me I could get a car wash. I had to go through the was 4X!!! 4! The man at the front of the line was horrible. He barely prepped my car for wash and their car wash line was not working thus no soap, water or air drying. The man at the end of the line who did not speak English was probably the nicest employee in the whole place and asked me to go through it again. I went though it again and the same things happened, and again for the 3rd time. The guy at the end told me one more time and I was like fine. This time they had brought one more guy to prep the cars before wash. He knew what he was doing and was trying to do the job right. I watched the car in-front of me get full treatment and when I pulled up again... for the 4th time the original man who put me in through the wash put my car in too early. The other gentleman who came to help him was upset that he put me through early and I saw them arguing through the rear view mirror. I took my car to Kwik Kar was & auto of Grapevine Flower Mound on Friday, December 30, 2022. My car took 90 minutes to finish; however, when I booked my appointment, I was told it would take about four hours to complete the process. I had paid for the man performing the service who did not clean a dirty area in my front passenger seat. You cannot see the spot, but you can feel the spot. My seats should have been shampooed; The seats were not wet after the worker cleaned my car. He was supposed to clean the interior and exterior. It has been less than a week, and my car in no way looks as if it were waxed five days ago. It was a waste of money. I paid more than $70.00 for the service. The guy who received my payment said they only get 30% of the funds from Groupon. As a woman, I would not recommend going here. Your car ones through clean, However, car vacuums do not work so you have to go to a second car wash elsewhere to vacuum your car. Not the most convenience experience. read more

When the carwash worked. But for months, it didn't work. I bought multiple carwashes, and for months Speedway said it was getting fixed. Well, guess what, never was fixed and 8 months later, they said, it won't be fixed and they are shutting it down. read more

5$ for the basic...which is just fine with me! When you are done you can use the Vacs for Free and they have unlimited towels and window spray! I dry everything....vac every square inch and then wipe the inside completely down myself. The hour it takes me to do it all is a great work out and you can enjoy the sun and fresh air. You can also bring in your rcpt within 36 hours if you need a redo...complimentary! read more

This place has great service for the price. They offer monthly plans with unlimited car wash. They wipe it downdry at the end of wash. They also have stalls where you can pull in and vacuum you car out. There is towels and windshield cleaner provided as well and it all free. read more

I came here for an oil change because I have been so dissatisfied with Kwik Kar's rude service and high prices. Speedway Car Wash you have given me hope! Not only was the staff friendly but the service was quick and the prices were very fair. Did I mention you get a free car wash with your oil change? brought my car in for an oil change that ended up costing $158. Fine, right? Just your typical upsell crap. But that's not the end of it... These guys dinged my card 4 TIMES ($632). After a week of calling, they finally refunded 1 transaction, so I went to my bank and filed a report on the 2 extra charges. Got the money back... or so I thought. 3 weeks later, I find out they disputed my DISPUTES and showed "proof" I signed on 2 different charges of identical amounts, causing the bank to return one of the credits. WTF? I called them, and they're being insanely difficult to deal with... Are you people really THAT hard up for $158? I hope Yelp doesn't filter this comment, because this is BS. read more

I am absolutely humiliated after leaving this establishment and might I say I've got some pretty thick skin. It was my first time here as I just recently moved to the area. As I pulled up to line my tires up with the washer tracks I noticed a young guy (maybe in his 20s) who's purpose was obviously to help customers line their cars up. If you are running an automated car wash and need to have a man to stand by and make sure customers can get their tires in the track there's already a problem. Needless to say, my tires wouldn't line up to which he gave me a lazy wave to turn them in the other direction, which I did. Boom, stuck. Instead of attempting to help me, he starts shaking his head and yelling that I now need to turn my tire the other way. As I'm very obviously stuck and frantically trying to get my tire unhooked without scratching the wheels he proceeds to start laughing at me as in the "look at this stupid woman who can't drive" laugh. By this point the rude foreign woman who someone else has already addressed in a previous post on Yelp runs up and starts beating on my driver side window and yelling at me to put the car in neutral. The man in the car behind me sees that there's obviously an issue and attempts to get out and help but thankfully by this time I finally got my tire in the track and was able to move up. I'm never coming back here. There is no reason AT ALL that I should come to a car wash of all places AS A PAYING CUSTOMER for the first time and get completely insulted by the people being paid to run it. Had the gentleman politely come up to my window and offered to help or gave me better directions the whole dramatic scene that unfolded could have been avoided. You'd have sworn I was trying to drive a diesel tanker head first into a burning building the way the staff was circling my vehicle and shouting orders out at me while beating on my vehicle. I really hope management sees this and addresses their staff. In the mean time I will gladly drive further out to pay the same amount for a car wash where kind employees actually clean the inside and outside of my car. read more

Paid an extra $10 for an interior clean/wipe down but no one showed up because they are extremely understaffed. So I went inside and asked for a refund but was then made to wait another 10 minutes for a manager to show up and give me the refund. Extremely poor management. Extremely poor customer service!! I brought my car in for an oil change, and knew it probably needed a couple of other little things. I'm used to either going to the dealership, where I wait 1-2 hours to get my car back, and leave feeling as though my wallet has been violated. Or taking it somewhere else, where the service techs seem to panic at the sight of a VW, and don't always even have an oil filter for it. That seems ridiculous to me, because I drive a Jetta...one of the most common cars I can think of. Anywho, these guys were friendly, crazy fast, and totally competent. I had my car back in 25 minutes, oil, air filter, and cabin air filter all changed, and for probably about half of what I would have spent at the dealership. Plus, they dusted the inside of my car, and you also get a complimentary car wash with your service. read more
