I ordered an espresso martini, they use local vodka which I thought was awesome. I've had stronger espresso martinis before this one felt more espresso than anything which was fine but if you prefer them to hit perhaps don't get this or ask for a splash more vodka. For food I ordered the chocolate pancakes, chicken apple sausages, and two side eggs. Everything was perfect! The sausage I want for my breakfast everyday. Favorite brunch place in GA hands down. The atmosphere is great for a Brunch date or get-together, coming from a brunchie haha. The prices are a bit up there but reasonably so! I don't think it's unreasonable imo. I have enjoyed a good variety of their brunch menu and I could say I love the prime rib melt which comes with a French onion like dip! made a reservation here for a date day brunch with the wifie. While the place looks nice it was ran by a bunch of kids who played around and wore ear buds the entire time. We were seated next to a half wall close to the kitchen and every time they delivered something to the table they simply reached over the wall and across the table to set it down. At one point the waiter leaned all the way over to see what my wife was pointing out on the menu! Later when he finally came to check on us, he bumped my arm with his (as if we were buddies) and asked how I liked the food. Keep your hands to yourself dude. The food was awesome, everyone enjoyed their dishes so much. The only suggestion we had was to have more bread/ a bagel with the salmon dish. One of my favorite OTP brunch spots. Brunch is only served on the weekends, and they get packed pretty quick since they are practicing social distancing and skipping every other table. I went ahead and made a reservation online to secure my spot. Love the ambiance and the French inspired decor. The fresh flowers on the table are a nice touch as well. I've sat both inside and on the patio and both experiences have been great! As far as the food, everything... I repeat EVERYTHING... is delicious. One of my all time favorite brunch plates that will never compare to any other restaurants is the pork belly BLT. Such savory goodness in every toasty/crunchy bite! When it comes to brunch, don't forget to order a mimosa. If you love a pulpy mimosa, these will definitely become your new fav! If only they were bottomless lol. Nearly everything that hit our table was fantastic. The service was terrific. The restaurant is really cute. There was nothing to dislike. Who knew Suwannee, GA could do French cooking this well? First, you have to understand how much we ate. There were seven of us, but 2 were pre-teen kids. We had 8 drinks from the bar, mussels and calamari and oysters appetizers. Basket of bread. 5 of them. 5 baskets of bread. Entrees were a lobster roll, baked salmon, snapper étouffée, French onion glazed pork chop (mine) 2 orders of filet medallion, two sides of fries, two sides of Mac and cheese, a side of brussel sprouts, and a side of sautéed mushrooms and kale. And 3 desserts-a cheesecake, chocolate cake, and creme brûlée. And lots of bread. Did I say that? The most disappointing thing about the meal were my 2 drinks-a blood orange bourbon smash and an old fashioned. They were okay, but certainly not the highlight. My fiancée and her mom's French martinis were much better as was the pomegranate martini and the hot White Russian (just a White Russian with coffee). The goodness of the other drinks made up for the disappointing bourbon drinks. The bread service was, obviously, fantastic. The reason we ordered so much is because we have no shame. But also because the sauce from the mussels, the French onion pork chop, and the Demi glaze from the filet were begging for bread to soak it al up. Did I mention the mussels were amazing? They didn't give the typical huge bowl you expect with mussels, so that was slightly disappointing but they were so so good. I ate a little of everything and a lot of some things. The filet was cooked perfectly, the fries were perfectly salted, the Mac and cheese was unbelievably cheesy. My pork chop may have been a top 5 pork chop. The French onion sauce was unique and delicious. Normally, I would order a duck dish for the first time in a new French restaurant, but the chop sounded really interesting and the server recommended it over the duck. I'm so glad he did because I can't imagine enjoying the duck that much. I only had a couple bites of the fish dishes but they were very good too. The Brussels were amazing. Dessert was good, but the bread and the entrees were definitely the winners of this meal. My fiancé's creme brûlée is better, but this was good. The chocolate cake was good but my mother in laws chocolate cake is better. The cheese cake was good but it wasn't as good as Juniors. We had a bit of bread too. Quite a bit. Did I mention that? Really, I know I wasn't over the roof enthusiastic about my drinks or the dessert but we cleaned up that table and ate a lot of bread. Did I mention the bread? Yeah? Okay. Anyway, I am so impressed with this meal - as was everyone else. My mother in law enjoyed it so much that she wants to come back for her birthday in December. We made a brunch reservation for a special event and was HIGHLY disappointed by the delayed service. Even with a reservation and empty tables around us, we waited well over an hour for four plates of food (two burgers, one salad and shrimp/grits). The waiter consistently checked on us, apologizing profusely. He also mentioned that this wait was typical as there were a full kitchen staff who simply moved slowly. Although the food was well presented and tasted great, the extremely long wait was not worth it. This is a cute little place in Suwannee that is a Great place for a nicer, more upscale breakfast/brunch/lunch that won't break that bank. The decor is very modern with a twist of Parisian, lots of natural sunlight and pretty decor/art. The server was very knowledgeable of the menu, helped give food suggestions and was attentive and friendly. This restaurant used to be a standout in Suwanee 5+ star (for the area). We were so excited when they initially opened. It's always been good food and service. French food with a southern twist. Went for brunch today and there have been some significant changes - it's the first time we've visited in a few months, and I read that the restaurant is under new management. 1. Restaurant was noticeably empty compared to prior visits. Full seating at bar with many tables open. 2. Menu prices increased (understandably) and we're very random. Ie. $5.14 for a side of eggs. Like a calculator was used to increase prices by a percentage. Not being critical but this is odd to see on a restaurant menu. 3. Service was very slow. Waitress said bartender was "backed-up" (restaurant wasn't busy). Alcoholic drinks took 15 minute, and came to table before hot tea. Had to ask for cutlery.. didn't get a check after food arrived. I don't blame the wait staff, this is more of a training issue. 4. Food quality was mediocre. I had the fried chicken biscuit and the gravy was runny and thin. Salad tasted like it was premade several days ago. Similar experience for others at my table. 5. Menu items haven't been revamped for several years. This was one of the primary reasons we haven't been back in so long. The food quality used to negate this, but now I'm not so sure. 6. Health scores need some work. Not an expert here but some consistency and in the 90's are expected when dining anywhere. Of particular concern is inadequate refrigeration. Overall this is still a good restaurant, and I'm hoping they can revitalize the experience to what it used to be. The empty seats today are indicative of a declining client base.. perhaps due to lead up to a holiday week, but I have my doubts. read more

You definitely get that fancy vibe and atmosphere from the interior. It's spacious and can accommodate that decent size gathering. The menu depending on the time you go, can vary. I've only been during brunch and you have choices you would expect like poach eggs, bacon, croissants, coffee, and french toast to name a few. The menu is a bit on the pricey side though. The quality of the food is superb. Everything taste fresh. Portion sizes are great too, you definitely leave with a full stomach. Service here is great as well. I've been wanting to come here for a while and finally made it tonight. My husband and I came in for date night. We came in for an early dinner and were warmly greeted. Our server, Jacob, came over right away and told us about the drink specials they had for the night. My husband tried the jalapeño margarita which he said had a bite to it. I tried the blackberry fizz special. It was a champagne drink with blackberry purée. Tasty. My husband ordered the red snapper ÉTOUFFÉE. He said it was good and he would order it again. He also had a Caesar salad. I tried it and loved the flavor of the dressing. It wasn't super heavy. The greens were also nice and fresh. The bacon on it had a robust and great flavor. I ordered the smothered pork chop. It was amazing. The fried brussel sprouts were incredible. The pork chop had a thick gravy on it with onions and was served over whipped potatoes. The pork chop was incredibly tender and the flavor was amazing. I will be dreaming about this pork chop. Jacob was a wonderful and attentive server. He checked on us often without being intrusive. The interior of this place was very clean and pretty , for some reason it reminded me of the beach area .. i don't know why. The food was very delicious and the service was fantastic even though we did ask for hot sauce and she totally forgot about it haha but that didn't bother us. My friend told me great things about this place which is why she took me here to try it out! In my opinion the crepe were sweeter than I thought but it was really good I kept going for more! There is a severe lack of good breakfast/brunch places in Suwanee (besides waffle house of course) so I was very glad to find La Belle Vie. It is a great place to take friends and family when they come to visit. I've only been for brunch and I would recommend their tiny croissants. Something about their buttery glaze is so addicting. Probably all of the sugar. Their french toast was very good and dense. It can easily be shared. The short rib hash was a little disappointing. I thought my short rib was pretty tough and dry. The egg and hash were great though! I'll probably come back here at least once every time I am back in Suwanee visiting my family. read more

Saturday 11 AM experience - Our host was very accommodating and would periodically check up on us however drinks took quite awhile to come out, I liked that our hostess was attentive and we were updated with each time she dropped by. My go to are always the smoked salmon egg Benedict (gravlax Florentine Benedict), the strawberries & cream French toast, and their croissant appetizer. They make such a great egg Benedict. It's usually runny, the bread is perfect , and the flavor all together is so delicious. Plus this comes with a side salad and potatoes. Now, let's talk about the French toast..... these are so addicting. I love the pairing of the strawberries and cream with the walnut. It's such a great flavor and the texture is so nice while eating the French toast. Oh gosh, writing this review is making me want an order of their French toast right now LOL. I did have the chocolate chip pancake but it was ok and I wouldn't really order it again because it wasn't fluffy and quite thin and chewy ish. The service here is quick and very friendly. They usually try to seat you as quickly as possible. The waiters are very sweet and try their best to recommend different dishes if you can't make a decision! Very happy with this find - went for brunch on a Saturday and still was seated right away. Great ambiance and excellent service! We started with the French Onion Soup, which was top notch. The problem was it was too good that the other food couldn't live up to it! Beware if you eat the soup! :D We had the Oxtail hash, which was super tasty and a hefty portion. We also got a side of french toast which my friends loved. Finally, we ordered the Prime Rib Melt which my friend didn't know was a sandwich. It was quite tasty and the au jus was delicious, but very similar to the soup we already had. I really like this place. We went a little while ago and it's a very cute place located in the shopping center. There's private parking. It has tons of other restaurants near it and shops and the fresh market as well. It's mostly French food. It's spacious inside and there's place to sit outside as well. It's fairly well decorated. The service is good, it's exactly as expected. We got the charcuterie board as appetizers, got some drinks, We got steak and we also got dessert. Overall I was very impressed. I'm not a big fan of French food bland but I did enjoy this restaurant a lot. Will definitely be making a trip back. This place is soooooo good. Tad pricey but hey you get what you pay for. My waitresses name was Lily. She was very attentive and fun. They brought us bread and butter with chili oil. It was so good. Bread was warm and soft. I ordered the red snapper etouffe and babyyyyyy let me tell ya!! It was soooooo goooddd I tasted the flavor from the breaded fish with each bite. It comes in layers. 1st layer is lobster rice then brocolini then fried red snapper then the sauce. It does not disappoint. My 2 children (8 and 10) ordered the kids salmon and veggies. Came with salmon veggies and mashed potatoes. For $7 it was an awesome meal for kids. We are currently waiting on dessert. Ordered the ganache chocolate cake. It looks good it just came to the table. Lobster Omelet: 3.5 Hugeeeee chunks of lobster. Great portion but I'm not sure the flavors matched within the omelet. Ox Tail: 4.25 I did over medium egg instead of hard. The yolk makes all the flavors works together the ox tail is very tender! Chicken Biscuit: 4.5 I liked the crispness of the chicken and the soft flaky butter of the biscuit.
