It also comes with chimichurri and molacete(?) which has a more refreshing flavor. They season with rosemary and even light a branch on fire for more aroma. I tried a bite of my friend's filet mignon which was good, but my preferred cut is the ribeye or NY strip. We also shared the papa loca (worth it - so good) and the cauliflower (not as good, but I'm comparing it to a version made by Cuerno, a Mexican steakhouse in NY).
