Wish I could give a better review but horrible customer service can cast shade on a business. I had a takeout order that was placed on the website. Time frame was 20-25 minutes, we arrived 30 minutes later and asked for our order. The girl working the register was very rude and snappy, "well it's not ready" as she proceeds to grab my ticket and give it to the cooks. The whole time she's joking around with the other workers and not tending to the waiting customers. We had to wait almost an hour before the order was ready. When I got my order I asked for hot butter, very rudely her reply was "you have to wait at the end of the line for hot butter". I asked at least give me that for the inconvenience, she again with attitude "no, you have to get in line and pay for it". We just left and didn't want to deal with the poor service anymore. Consistently good food at a good price. I've tried their po boys, pho, and crawfish boil with garlic/Cajun seasoning. The po boys are a generous serving of seafood with fresh, soft bread, lettuce, tomato, pickles, and an aioli. I've tried both the oyster po boy and the shrimp/oyster po boy. Both the oysters and shrimp are lightly breaded and seasoned well. They remain crunchy in the sandwich and aren't soggy. I could definitely eat them by themselves as a side (which they actually offer as a basket combo with fries). I would skip the pho from here unless you were craving pho to go along with the seafood. Their special crawfish pho is spicy and flavorful, but I just was not wowed by it at its price point. The other "normal" pho options are also not the best compared to restaurants that specialize in pho given the price point. The crawfish boil is the main star though. The crawfish taste pretty fresh--I've only encountered a couple dead ones that don't curl up after cooking in about 3lbs of it. The combo of garlic butter and Cajun seasoning makes the crawfish addicting to eat. It is however a tiny bit too salty for my preference. I wish they would have a lower sodium version. I haven't tried any other of their seafood boil options, but I'd say this place is a good go-to when you're craving crawfish. read more

Been here a few times food's decent my wife likes the wings here sometimes I eat pho kids eat kids meals. Place is usually pretty empty as was the case today. Well my family got their meals I try not to be rude but 10 mins into waiting for my pho I came to the conclusion they forgot my meal. I kept looking in their direction with no resolve. Went up asked for a refund, soon as I asked they realized they had forgotten my food and just refunded my money. No apologies or anything which is fine. Female workers just sitting chatting it up while the one guy works the register. Place was empty no excuses for this type of service IMO. We got the extra spicy butter garlic Cajun style crawfish which was spicy but were used to eating spicy. But for those who don't eat spicy, medium would be perfect for you. The floor was wet and had some unwanted stains on the stall that I just knew couldn't be what I imagined it to be (pictures posted) sorry... But again the girls were leaving town soon and the smell of Cajun season permeated the stalls.. I mean I'm in the military ..I've ate in worse conditions but that's under forced conditions and Not a place I pay good money to eat at and Patronize... I walked up to the counter and asked the receptionist why the floor was so sticky and dirty and was told it was due to humidity.. I call Bull Crap as it's called air conditioning and a mop with bleach and several restaurants use it.. I gave a weak smile and kept my displeasure to a low as the girls were excited to eat and as always the food did not disappoint.. Devoured within the hour were Cajun Crawfish, Cajun Crab-legs, Crawfish empanadas, Beignets, Wings, Sweet Potato Fries, Gumbo (hot) and Pho. (All very scrumptious) Unfortunately if the bathroom, doors and floors look disgusting where the customers can dine than what does the kitchen look like... Finally made it out here after stalking their Instagram for about 4 months. Went around 7 o'clock on a Wednesday. Service was fast and friendly! It's kinda interesting how you set up your own table though (tear the paper and put it over the table) I love the condiment bar! I could get al the limes and butter I needed without having to ask someone for more (you know that feeling? Of, "can I get more of this" ever 5 minutes) The food came very fast. I ordered 1 lb of crawfish and 1 lb of shrimp both with garlic butter medium spice. They were delicious! The shrimp was my favorite of the two. Maybe it's not crawfish season yet, they were on the small size and slightly over cooked. Also got the craw fish pho. Included peeped crawfish tails and sausage( very tasty). 2 years later and many more visits later, I can say that I LOVE LA Crawfish! The service is so vastly improved. The seating system is improved so people can't snipe tables as soon as they walk in while others wait in line. You get queued for a table after receiving your order number at the register. There are also employees that will clear your table for you. Employees also constantly walk around the tables checking if your order is correct. There's still only one cash register for the absurdly long line, but I've learned that it's worth it. There are also bibs provided now! Crawfish season is so obviously the best and only time to go. The price increases to $8.99 a pound but their cajun/garlic butter combo sauce over juicy plump crawfish is so worth it. I always get plenty of corn and potato to get full! The LA special pho and crawfish phos are also some of the best in town. The flavor is authentic and not oily at all. I also recommend the sweet potato waffle fries! This is my second time coming here. Food is great. It was packed early Saturday evening with a long snaking line. Should have a second register for sure! Yelp has a 10% coupon if you check-in. I was told they don't do the coupon anymore since they hit a new system - it doesn't allow to out in a discount. Pure crap - what kind of register doesn't allow for discounts? Even if true, 10% isn't difficult to minus from the total in your head or with calculator. Take it off Yelp if you don't want to offer it anymore, but don't lie that you can't give discounts anymore.lp People from the back of the line were saving constantly tables - so rude. It takes at least 30 to 40 minutes to get to the register, so people up front could not always get a table. We we're lucky to find a table. Management should put a stop to that! The staff was great at clearing and cleaning tables quickly though. From the time we ordered to the time we received all of our food, it was 35 minutes. Food came out in 4 parts, which was a bit annoying. We ordered pho, shrimp, fries, King crab, and snow crab. All very tasty, btw. Even though it was a busy night, staff was great and asked us several times if we were doing ok or if we needed anything. Comes with different flavors, but their Thai green chili was by far my favorite. So fresh, citrusy with a hint of spice. Could've eaten all of them, but figured it would ruin my friendships. For the crawfish tails, we chose the lemon pepper seasoning. From everything we ate, we enjoyed the crawfish tails the most. For the crab legs, we chose the Cajun seasoning. The Cajun seasoning is a tad bit spicy. Beware that they only offer plastic utensils. They do have a metal crab cracker for the crab legs, but without the right utensils, it makes it difficult to eat. The empanada was mostly bread. I wouldn't recommend these. The oyster basket was just ok. They have plenty of seasonings and dipping sauces. They also have warm butter. Best of all, you can bring your own alcohol beverage. That is a big plus. read more

I usually, no I come here a lot but I just noticed at the register that you only get a dozen shrimps which they say it's a pound (lb) or around that. I started to noticed that the bag seemed a lot lighter compared to other times I've came here. I usually order two (2) lbs. but for 12.99 a lb. it's almost like a dollar and change per shrimp if they are selling it by dozens. I think this is ridiculous and they are getting over on people I can't say this will be my last time here cause I love this type of food. This is one of our favorite Cajun food establishments! They are fairly priced and very flavorful. I know during the off season they freeze their crawfish so it's not fresh but just as good! We got the spicy season which is the crawfish drenched in plenty of garlic, creole spices and butter. My favorite dish is their garlic spicy noodles that includes crawfish,shrimp and sausage. It is even more amazing if you mix their hot butter and the crawfish sauce in it. They cool part about this place is that you can bring your own beer. I would recommend stopping by! read more

It was cold, snowy and late and thought a bowl of Pho would be perfect. I'm so glad this place was still open and near my house. The young man working the register, actually doing everything was extremely helpful, kind and very hardworking. He made some menu suggestions, even though I've been there before he told us about some new items on the menu and what were popular amongst customers. Well, I went the opposite and chose the hot and sour Pho with shrimp. I didn't know what to expect but I was pleasantly surprised. I don't believe it is made with a beef base, but I could be wrong. The broth didn't seem as heavy but it was flavorful and very aromatic, I love the taste and smell of fresh cilantro. I added basil, bean sprouts, siracha, lime and hoison and ate every bit of it. I usually cannot finish a bowl of Pho. The bowl was a nice size with plenty of perfectly cooked noodles, more shrimp would have done me well, but I was satisfied overall. The only thing I would change is the cheap plastic Asian style spoons they give you. They don't hold much because they're so flimsy and small, just a terrible idea. That same gentleman who worked the counter came by to check on us, fill our drinks and clear items from our table. On the bottom of the receipt if you make a Yelp or Google review you get a free order of Beignets, he put that order in for me and packed it to go. They were still piping hot and good when I got home. Overall, a great experience food and service wise. Oh and my BF ordered a shrimp po-boy and waffle fries and he said it was really good. He ate too fast for me to snap a picture. He said it reminded him of the po-boys back home in Biloxi, Mississippi. We will be returning again! read more
