AMAZING bakery with freshly baked goods and a tasty brunch and breakfast menu. Great spot to grab a delicious coffee and experience fresh ingredients and unique plates. The business is LGBTQ+ , which I loved and support. Definitely coming back just to grab some pastries to go, too. The interior was cute and the service was friendly and helpful. Recommend this spot!

Amazing amazing amazing spot. Firstly the staff is wonderful, informed, kind, and queer!!! Its a small spot with indoor and outdoor seating. Sometimes there's a wait but worth it. They have fresh French baked goods that change every few weeks. Went here for brunch with friends and loved it. It is reasonably priced. We dis over order but no regrets. You can't go wrong with the pastries. The avocado toast is a good portion and you could share it with someone if you want to try. The cross ain't pastry was to die for. And the everything bagel pretzel was fantastic as well. Will definitely be back. Already told my friends.

Amazing! The pastries are so delicious, fresh, and high quality. You can see them baking everything when you walk in. I tried the ham and cheese croissant and the green chili savory roll, and both were perfect. Flaky, buttery, and still warm. If you are just ordering pastries, you can pay at the counter which is convenient. They also offer a sit-down brunch option which I will definitely be returning to try.

This is such a great brunch spot and since it's a bakery, all the breads are delicious! I really enjoyed the duck confit eggs Benedict which was on croissant toast. The farrow salad had delicious candied almonds and the stuffed French toast was so unique! I loved the passion fruit filling. They also have a build you own breakfast sandwich with a variety of breads, proteins and fillings to choose from which I haven't seen before. My friend and I got there at 10:45 on a Saturday and were seated right away. Service was attentive. The inside is cute and there is also an outdoor patio. Lots of parking in the parking lot as well as street parking. Will be back to try their over the counter pastries!

WHOA! An amazing French bakery in an unassuming strip mall in Denver where everything is absolutely delicious. GREAT BRUNCH SPOT! Somewhat small on the inside with a cute bar, a variety of both high and low top seating, and a bakery case for quick ordering near the entrance. Service was excellent and it was clean and bright inside. The food was out of this world good. First off, I'm a sucker for a London Fog and this was one of the best I've had. Their cocktails all look super good and will be back to try some. Our table ordered a variety of meals and some pastries to-go. We tried the hash, Benny, stuffed French toast, veggie omelet, sourdough baguette, macarons, croissants, and a pop tart. For the meals: - hash (corned beef is perfectly cooked and it's a nice sized portion with a runny poached egg on top and hollandaise over a crispy/well-seasoned Rösti - very good but a little on the heavy side for me) - benny (loved the flavors of this one and that duck confit was so flavorful and tender. Also, loved the bright, refreshing salad it comes with) - veggie omelet (I didn't try this one, but my brother in law said it was a great, traditional omelet - nice and cheesy) - stuffed French toast (WOWWWW - no notes. It was sublime. The passionfruit stuffing was to die for and it comes with a candied honeycomb. Not something I normally order, but we split it for the table and everyone wanted another one it was so good!) The sourdough baguette is perfect and has little flakes of sea salt on the crust. Crunchy on the outside and soft and spongey on the inside. All of the pastries are delicious and I've got my eye on so many more things for the next visit. 10/10 experience.

I'm ssooo happy I finally got to try La Fillette! I first saw it on Instagram and immediately put it on my "got to try" list. Parking isn't bad, I suggest going during the week. There is a small patio for seating and there is more seating inside in the dining and bar areas. The staff is super friendly and makes you feel very welcome and excited to be there. It's bright and cheery and I love the color scheme and decor. The seats are comfy and the bar is quaint. I got the latte, the green chili skillet and an almond croissant to go (don't tell but it didn't make it out of the parking lot it was so good!) Everything was so good and we wanted to try it all so of course I'm going back!

Cute bakery with lots of pastries and baked goods. Menu had a ton of options that it was hard to select what to choose for brunch! There weren't very many GF options but they do their best to cater to dietary restrictions (I think they offered 3-4 options at least). Service was quick and friendly! Food was also very good, but my croissant sandwich was a bit too oily for my liking. Not sure from what though, if it was from the sautéed spinach or warmed up croissant, but it pooled on my plate which shouldn't be the case with a sandwich. Wish the lattes would have had a cute design too!

Our new favorite brunch spot! I'd been to the one in Broomfield with my mom and discovered the Montclair location near my apartment while driving to work this summer every day on 14th and got excited. This was an entirely different experience and we loved it from the second we walked in around Saturday at 11:30 and were greeted by the friendly host. There were only two open tables but we were seated right away and promptly offered menus and water. We immediately loved the vibe. Classic 80's bangers and lively atmosphere. Loud but not obnoxiously so. Amazing menu with plenty of creative entree and cocktail options. We both had the espresso martini which came with a macaroon garnish. I ordered the Colorado Hash and my partner ordered the Croissant and Gravy, both outstanding. We then ordered two more cocktails and my Bloody Mary was adorned with another adorable garnish, this time a mini croissant and bacon sandwich. The details make a difference here along with the amazing food, well-paced service and vibe. This will be our go-to brunch spot from now on.

Amazing bakery and breakfast brunch spot. So many amazing pastries to try. I had the almond croissant and it was exquisite. The avacado tartine was sensational as well as a very delicious parfait. Great coffee and great service. Can't wait to come back.

GO HERE!! Right now!!! Just do it!! Trust me!! Was in town visiting a friend. I was craving a croissant like my life depended on it! We found this bakery and decided to give it a try!! Y'all!! I was transported to heaven!! Their chai latte was delicious!! Very "spicy" as in lots of spices! I got the classic BLT with egg, yes!! Their Rosti is by far the best thing I've had in a while!! 10/10 would recommend!!

Ask the Community - La Fillette Bakery

Do they have authentic scones? Are they good?

La Fillette does make a vanilla bean scone with a vanilla glaze, but scones are a UK pastry and this is a French bakery, so you'll have to decide about authenticity.

Do they have sourdough loaves or baguettes?

    Yes. Generally earlybirds only, though!

Honestly it was just okay for us. I'd say it's worth it if you're a complete beginner at pizza making, but here's the catch: in the class they use the mini Gozney ovens, and we have the full-size Gozney Dome. Practicing on a different oven than the one we'd actually be using at home was a bit off-putting, since so much of pizza making is dialing in your specific setup. That said, I still learned plenty that carried over! It's a 4-hour hands-on class, and you get to mix the dough, practice stretching, and launch your own pizza. The instructor, Gage, really knows his stuff and he was great at explaining the why behind each step, not just the how. I walked away with genuinely useful skills like freezing the dough and shaping technique. It's about $148 a person. The nice touches help. You get a pastry before and a cookie at lunch, plus a detailed recipe packet (dough variations, freezing, mixer methods, the works). And Rebel Bread is a working bakery, so it's a fun space to be in. My other note: the class runs long, and I wish it had been a bit shorter and tighter. For someone who's never made pizza before, I think it'd be worth it. For us, already set up with our own oven, it was a nice experience but not essential.
