Tried this location today, much more relaxed than the Frisco location. The food while good just seems a little on the small side portion wise, the food is good and tasty, but wanted more, . I had the huevos rancheros, 2 eggs Sunnyside up, with hand made corn tortillas underneath smothered in the ranchero sauce (I suspect might not be homemade) had a little pff taste, but was ok, black bean side was very good. The wife had Chilaquiles torta, which to me did not look very appetizing, and really wasn't, bread with tortillas? Strange, well she was not impressed and only ate half. The kiddo ordered the chocolate chip pancake which was huge and delicious. We also tried the Cafe de olla, and it was a little disappointing, while the taste was off, I was told it was made of a concentrate, and came out of a carafe was luke warm not hot. My son wanted coffee on his way to work so we stopped here to satisfy his craving. The first thing we noticed was that this location (Prosper) does not have a patio like the location in Frisco. However, the level of service and attention to detail are still the same! The interior was clean and well maintained; the decor was a mix of modern and hipster. It is a nice place for a solo coffee, meet up with friends, or for a study group. My son ordered a vanilla latte which he described as smooth and creamy. I had a sweet tooth so I opted for the mini carrot cake instead of a drink. The mini carrot cake was the perfect size to share and was also pretty tasty. If sweets aren't your thing, there are plenty of savory items on the menu in addition to sandwiches and salads if you crave something lighter! Service was ABSOLUTELY the WORST; servers don't know what table orders what, they don't pick up empty/dirty plates or cups, they don't refill coffees or check up on tables, if you ask for anything extra they say yes and forget to bring it to the table until you're almost done with breakfast, CHECK YOUR RECEIPT!! They will add food and charge you for it even if you did not order it!!! The wait for them to get your order or bring is 5-10 minutes. You can dine in, order take away or go through the drive-thru. Over all the coffee was ok. I wasn't a fan of the latte but the dirty chia we ordered was great. The real star here was the BREAD from the avocado toast. They make it in house and it is available to buy a full loaf if you want. Great place to study just bring a jacket cuz AC is blasting. The empanadas are horrible. The guava one tastes very mid and the crust/ breading is super soft and taste like a piece of white toast. Not at all what an empanada should taste like. The coffees were decent. I enjoyed my flat white and the caramel latte saved the day. The coffee came out nice and hot but not to hot where you couldn't drink it right away. They served it in a mug which I personally like! Coffe was the medium roast that day and was very smooth and full of flavor. Minimal to no bitterness. (I noticed behind the coffee bar they had the soften grind settings for each coffee they have. For coffee people you know that's a big deal to flavor) The burrito was a good size and came with two house salsas. One is green which seemed to be a traditional tomatillo style and a red which had a little spice but not much. Both sauces were flavorful and not very spicy. I have a lot to say. But the star of this review is by far the coffee. I have not had coffee worth this review since I left Portland Oregon. The price and the quality is far and far wayyyy better than anything local. The atmosphere is super chill and makes it easy if you want to come in and grab something to go or hang for a bit. There were a number of kids when I stopped by and its definitely kid friendly. Also a good setup for working with charging stations available. The staff was also super friendly and you can tell they take pride in their work. I'll definitely be coming by back pretty often :) read more

They said the chilaquiles were remade but the plate was dirty with green sauce on the sides and the chicken wasn't laid out like it was initially.
