I would never buy another RV from La Mesa. They are fast to sell you an RV but their service is horrible..They refuse to fix anything even when you have it in writing and it is covers by warranty. They only care about selling as many units as possible. Stay away from them. read more

Once again, La Mesa disappoints! I have been trying to order a part since the beginning of June after my initial visit to the facility. As usual, they say will call us back with feedback. As usual, no return calls and this was including leaving 3 messages. I finally called "O" vs Parts and asked for a Manager. Didn't get a manager but at least I got to talk to a person...what a concept! But, once again was told she would reach out to Heartland and call me right back. Its been a week and no return call. Funny thing is I ended up calling Heartland myself, got directly through and ordered what I needed. This suggests to me they never contacted them to begin with? I would think that a "dealership" selling their product would certainly have better and/or quicker access to their departments for ordering?! Oh well, I'm done with this dealership! We have had nothing but poor customer service since we purchased our RV 6 years ago. We are contemplating upgrading our RV, but if we decide to do so, it sure won't be from here. Customer service should be the basis of a company, they certainly lack this quality! read more

This is an update. Veteran's take note. To get a grant from the VA for a handicap van you have to start with a doctor's prescription. Then it goes to Prosthetics where they coordinate a purchase contract. Contacting has to get three bids. One probably will be from VMI, another from some company that does conversions possibly using Braun equipment. Then you get the third bid from La Mesa. What the VA looks at is cost to the VA. With most minivan conversions they have to chop the floor to give enough head room, even for a person in a wheelchair. That adds to the cost and it will max out on the VA Grant. However with the Winnebago Roam the ONLY modifications they have to do to make it a wheelchair accessible van is to put in the Braun under the floor (UTF) lift and the wheelchair tie downs. That comes out to a little over $21,000 (Summer 2023) So the Roam's cost to the VA is less than the other bids even though the over all cost of the vehicle is more. . For the VA to pay the grant to the dealer the dealer has to be registered thru the Defense Logistics Agency and as of now (Summer 2023) has it all done. They received a VA grant payment for a Roam for my wife. When I say they are the only dealer it is because they are the only dealer who did the paperwork that I know of. Pick up was easy. I had been in touch with Jason Pasto and had sent in all the credit info and for ahead of time. It took about an hour to do signatures, another hour to have the various features of the Roam demonstrated and explained and then I was out of there. Entirely pain free. read more

The Service Department for La Mesa RV Center in Pheonix (McDowell) is the worst in terms of customer service, returning phone calls and keeping the customer informed as to what is being done or can be done. I purchased a 2022 Thor Chateau in Oct of last year and now in March 2022 I am still tryin to get basic warranty work done. Calling my service rep does no good as he never returns a phone call. I can leave messages but no one ever calls back. The Service Department just seems to not care at all about customer service and the service reps lack the most basic communications skills. read more

BUYER BEWARE- We bought a brand new travel trailer from LA Mesa RV. I had heard good things about them and the sales team was great. That's where the good experience stops... We have tried to use the trailer once.. Again only 1 time.. And it doesn't even work properly. Below is the list of issues we have. And their response se is we can get you in by Nov 9th. Thats all we can do. So basically we bought a trailer from LA Mesa in July and it doesn't work properly from day 1 and the best they will do is Nov to even look at it. YOU SUCK LA MESA! Never again! List of problem: During orientation there was a problem with the battery charging and something was replaced. Since then our battery will not charge it has to be on a generator at all times if we want electricity. - Not acceptable We feel whatever happened during orientation may have fried the battery. We have brought the battery home from the RV storage and would like a replacement ASAP! The trailer has drained the battery on our truck and drained the battery on the Generator when they were hooked up and not running. Why are the solar panels not recharging our battery? Screen doors are not staying shut they don't latch into the door frame. While parked in front of our house hooked up to an Onan 4500 generator, the Air Conditioning shut down and would not come back on that night. It did turn back on the next day. But, has done that 3 more times since then. In the bedroom the molding on the bedside shelf came off. The paneling in the shower is bubbling along the wallThe door frame molding on the inside is pulling off the wall. One of the cabinet doors is crooked above the TV. The weather stripping on top of the slide comes out with the slide. read more

The pricing on my RV was good but that is where the good ends and everything since is simply a joke to be kind The service gal Shonte was polite and professional in her conversations. However nothing got done the only thing done was the camera system based on signal switch The coach was there five weeks I gave a full list of stuff to fix and replace still waiting for parts and nothing else got fixed. Wow! Went in today (12/31/19) around 1pm and I have never been treated so rudely in my life. The salesman met me at the front door and pretty much turned me and my family around and escorted us back out the door (check your video) He told me they had a show this weekend, ok I get that. But as my daughter-in-law said he was "very dismissive" of us. Told me to come back another day. I just sold my house in California and bought a retirement home in Buckeye, Az. and have a little left over to buy an RV for my travels. La Mesa won't be getting any of my hard earned money, ever! They helped me initially while shopping for a new c class rv but I ended up finding a better deal at a competing dealer and when I informed them of that they literally begged me to reconsider and said that they would "earn my business" and give me an even better deal than I currently had with the other dealer. So they put it all in writing for me (Anthony DeMarco) and it seemed too good to be true. Cheaper price, lower APR, it was a GREAT DEAL! So after I agreed to the terms and cancelled my other deal, I get a call from Mark (sales manager). I was under the impression that this call was to collect my deposit but I immediately knew this deal was bad. Mark started telling me welllllll ummmm yeahhhh blah blah about how they can't make that good of a deal and it's not up to him and just basically telling me that I had to pay much more than what was already put on paper. I was furious that they pulled this bait and switch on me. They had no intention of actually giving me this deal. They just wanted me to cancel my previous one and continue to work with them. They do shady business ridden with lies and deception. It's no wonder their BBB score is a F and they have pending litigation. Buyer beware! Thankfully I was able to save my old deal. read more

I've called and asked for a set of cables since September when I bought the RV brand new. Rv was missing a mattress, a chair, cables for the toy hauler porch, had battery issues, the fridge cut out and had to be replaced twice (they did cover that expense but it still doesn't run off battery, just LP). When you call, no one calls back. Try calling an extension, and see what happens.... you end up on the phone with the receptionist again..... They sell you the RV and when it comes time to provide service,... nothing! read more

We cannot begin to tell you how pleased we are with LaMesa. We have been traveling from FL since the beginning of June; 7,000 miles. We had some maintenance issues my husband wanted taken care of. We had an appointment, arrived a little early but no worries Skip came out, wrote up our issues and we left, knowing that most likely we would need to bring the coach back in tomorrow as they would probably need to order parts. In our minds we knew this would be a project and allocated a week to get or come close to getting things fixed. Now, for the cool part. We stopped back by the service center around 2:00 just to find out how things were going and discovered everything was done! Done! The guys were out there washing it off and after shooting the breeze with Nathan we were back on the road. Who would have thought?Repairs (major repairs)done in one day! Many of the good reviews about La Mesa deal with the sales process and that does makes sense to me. I'm retired Air Force and agree that their prices are so good that I've purchased 3 brand new rigs from them over the years. My most recent is a new Class A that my wife and I purchased last year and have truly enjoyed using. As I mentioned, the prices are great and the sales teams are as well. The problem develops with the service after the sale. I understand that the pandemic has impacted service across all industries, but I've been calling the Phoenix La Mesa Service department for nearly a week now starting this past Monday morning (March 8th, 2021). I keep speaking to all of the receptionists and operators who then transfer me to random voicemail boxes. When I explained the situation to one of the operators she assured me that Matt Ranowski (spelling might be wrong) would be able to take care of me and transferred me to his voicemail. I've left so many messages that I lost count. I had what I explained in my messages as a simple issue that ultimately I had Camping World take care of today since La Mesa never called me back. And they still haven't called me back and it's 5pm Thursday, March 11th. It's sad that they ask us to bring our rigs back to them when we purchase extended warranties during the purchase process. But why??? Camping World is so much more responsive and can do the same warranty work. If only La Mesa's service was as good as their prices! Makes promises to sell their RV then refuses to honor their promises. I was advised by the salesman I would have the windshield replaced when I returned to get warranty work done I was told the salesman had no authority to tell me that. Therefore I should have talked to a manger before I took the Rv. Their salesmen will tell you anything you want to hear to sell the unit. The manger will not honor anything but instead will refer you to a document signed at the time of purchase that releases them from everything. They are a bunch of lying crookedness group of people. My husband and I are seeking to purchase a Pleasure Way Ascent RV in 2019. We have done extensive research on this vehicle, including traveling to the large RV show in Hershey PA and having a one hour meeting with the Pleasure Way rep there. Unfortunately we were unable to test drive the unit we met with the rep in at the show, so problem solved our best paths to accomplish this important task. He said our best bet was to find one at a dealership to test drive it before ordering. We have been making plans for this purchase for months, financially and otherwise. We have had extensive communications with the dealer near our home in central PA about this purchase in 2019. We are also homeowners in AZ, so were in town for one week managing an extensive home remodel, but made the time to seek out an Ascent to test drive. These vehicles are like finding a needle in a haystack, so seeing we will be plunking down over 150k on this vehicle, we obviously will need to test drive one at some point. None have been available in our area to date. My husband phoned LaMesa to see if they had any on the lot , explaining our goals. He was told they did not, so we knocked that task off our lengthy list of items to accomplish during our short visit. Yesterday the salesman phoned us saying they just got two units on the lot and we could take one out. We rearranged our entire day, extended our rental car, changed the time for my birthday luncheon in order to drive across Phoenix from Tempe to make this test drive. The salesman who invited us had the day off, so arranged for another salesperson, Damon, to take care of us. We drove 40 min through heavy traffic for this test drive. Upon arriving, Damon informed us he had another appt so handed us off to another salesman Barry to show us the RV. We were taken to an office and left there. After 10 min. Barry returned with his manager Angelo who informed us that we actually would not be allowed to test drive this RV- the sole reason for our visit. He used words like "we can't let the general public just come in here and drive our vehicles if they are not planning to buy one from us". My husband had been abundantly clear that we live across the country in PA and had been seeking this specific vehicle to test drive in preparation for our upcoming order in 2019. My husband got so frustrated he walked out. I then spoke with Barry and Angelo who treated me with astonishing disrespect, even with my repeated explanations that we had been invited for the sole purpose of test driving this Ascent. That it was my birthday, we had driven 40 min to get there and had just arranged our entire last busy day in town via this request and offer of their dealership. They were unmoving and I walked out only to have Angelo hurl an insult at my back. We are professionals with the means and plans to purchase this vehicle. We may have even considered an AZ purchase and driven it back to PA next year. But after the rude and unnecessary abuse we received from Angelo and Barry (Russ the salesman who invited us to come today, was called after this debacle and said it should have never happened, and there is no dealership policy that indicates you can't test a car without signing a contract to purchase, as Angelo has the audacity to try and sell my husband), we will never do any business on any level with any LaMesa RV. And I will be following up with a letter detailing this fiasco to the Pleasure Way Company educating them on how their vehicles are being sold...or not. read more

We made an appointment to bring our RV in on January 18th, Weeks later it had not even been touched. Trying to get return calls was next to impossible. After almost two months of them having our RV we were at wits end, and then the person we'd been having to deal with quit. La Mesa RV brought in a temporary replacement, Monty, from their Albuquerque and this guy was a breath of fresh air! Suddenly we were getting communication and our RV was getting worked on. We finally got our RV back after 60 days, but are very pleased with the ultimately experience. Hope they can have Monty train whomever they hire for that position. read more

Update: I finally got ahold of a real person on my third try today, after letting it ring for a while. They are all still safe and alive at La Mesa RV. I was legitimately starting to worry! The Service Receptionist had service agent call me back and the manager returned my call shortly after that from the voicemail I'd left yesterday. It still blows my mind that toy can't leave a general voicemail for parts or service. ______________________________ This place gets one star because I couldn't leave no stars. La Mesa RV cares about one thing: selling RVs. Once you are out the door, they prefer never to see you again. I don't know why they even have a "Service" and "Parts" Department option when you call their number, because for 5 days straight, all of my calls have gone unanswered. They also don't have voicemail for either department so I can't even leave a message. The phone just rings. FOREVER. Interestingly, you can actually contact a real human being by selecting the "Sales" department, so this is not a fake business. There are real people that work there, some where. The gal that answered didn't work at the McDowell location though. She transferred me to the manager's voicemail (so they DO have that technology too!) but my message has gone unreturned so far. My frustration level is through the roof, clearly. I've reached out on several social media platforms in hopes that my cries for help will be answered. I haven't gone there in person yet because 1. It isn't real close to my house and 2. I question if anyone will actually be there because no one has answered the phone in 5 days. They are all probably at an RV show, trying to sell RVs they will never service. If anyone from La Mesa RV is there to read this...all I want to know is if my less than 1 year old battery has a warranty. It won't hold a charge. Even if you don't answer my question, please let us know that you are okay! That you aren't all being held hostage and can't answer the phone...or that you haven't fallen and can't get up! It is very rare that I leave a bad review (seriously, check my past reviews.) I prefer to focus on the positive. With that said...the sale process was smooth and I feel like we got a decent deal. The gentleman that did our walk though and showed us how everything worked was AWESOME! Just a Genuinely nice guy. It's sad that someone with so much knowledge and passion for what he does is working at a place like this, that has no regard for its customers. Also, when we picked up our camper at their location after purchasing it at RV show we had to wait for them to repair the power cord that plugs into the truck. It had been worn completely thorough to the wire. It wasn't like that at the RV show. They had to tow it back to their lot from the RV show and it blows my mind that someone unhooked it and didn't notice several inches of exposed wire. Or they did and just didn't care. To send a family off their lot with damage like that is unconscionable. We've had several friends buy a new toyhaulers in the 11 months since we purchased ours and we have warned them all to stay away from La Mesa RV. We won't purchase from them again. This place is the worst!! If you are looking to buy an RV do not go here!! We bought a used 2016 Class A motor home June of last year (2022). We have had nothing but problems. We did an extensive walkthrough, which we videotaped and everything that was wrong and they said they would fix was not fixed, and there were many I.e. stove, dryer, dishwasher, broken interior doors, loose window and faulty battery, all on tape insuring us it would be fixed before we took possession. We bought an extended warranty thinking it would cover most items, only to find out the warranty isn't supported by La Mesa, so other words "it's not our problem". We called again today because of a battery issue, which we were told "all batteries have been replaced." This was a total lie! We called to have a service tech come to our RV to jump it and get it started to be told again "we don't do that you need to go through your warranty". Then we were told "once you get it towed or running again you can bring it in and we can fix it." They gave us an August date for that service!! Again their attitude is "not our problem." We found out through an employee from their Florida location that our unit was a 2016 and La Mesa was supposed to wholesale it because of the age of the unit. So in other words they sold us a unit they could not service because of the age of the unit!! Unbelievable the depth of deception from this company. We were never told that the Mesa, AZ location was just a couple of months away from being closed and that we would be hung out to dry. Again fraud and deception runs deep with this company! We learned a very costly lesson and now we have to spend more money on attorneys!! Do yourself a favor.... RUN AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!! read more

Buyers beware! Pay attention to the reviews: most of the first time buyers rate La Mesa Phoenix at 5 stars. Then they experience the La Mesa Service Dept. and the rating drops to 1 star. The sales dept is good. Their service dept is the absolute worst. Consider the ratings for a dealership's service department before you buy: the purchase process is only a onetime experience but your RV's warranty and maintenance requirements will last for as long as you own it. We purchased a 2021 Winnebago Revel from them before learning the hard way that the La Mesa Phoenix location is the ONLY LOCAL Winnebago class B service center. Any warranty, factory recall, or other required service work goes through La Mesa on McDowell Rd. which is the most poorly managed service department we have ever experienced. No communication, no returned phone calls, no reason why simple warranty work or recall notice corrections aren't completed within a reasonable amount of time like a week instead of months. The good news: There is a Flying W Service Excellence Dealer in Prescott. read more

In January I bought a new motorhome off the lot from the PHX store. I've had a few issues since the purchase. Whenever I contact them, I can only leave a message because so and so isn't at their desk. I've left messages starting with my sales person who made a pretty fat commission on a $350K coach. Will not return my call. I've even tried upper mgt and no return call. I've made six attempts. The moral of this story is if you buy from LaMesa RV, don't expect anything after they have your money. I had them install solar panels on my rig and repair a couple of minor issues while it was there. He kept me posted to everything that was going on and got it back to me in a reasonable amount of time. As I previously we bought our motorhome April 5, 2022. After 1 week we had a strut break on the awning I call La Mesa 4 times before I could speak with a person and schedule an appointment. The first available appointment was May 31 and the first to bring in the motorhome was late July. I provided the parts person with the make, model, vin # and suggested that they order the part prior to the mobile unit coming out. Well as it turned out the mobile unit arrived on time (surprise) without the part. My husband was told they would have to go back and see if the part was available and that Bill would call back with an update. This has not happened. I am very disappointed in the service department at La Mesa and after talking to other people who have bought their RV from La Mesa this is the norm for the service department. I am going to call again and see if I can talk with anyone I am sure I will be posting a 3rd dated and I am also going to call Thor and file a 2nd complaint. Purchased a beautiful Winnebago view in Oct 22. 1 yr store warranty. Good luck getting that covered. By the time you use it a time or two and figure out the little things that need to be fix under their warranty your out of time. It takes 3-4 months before you can get it scheduled for service and then if something should happen and you can't make it, it takes another 3-4 mo to reschedule. Done... warranty is lapsed! They won't cover anything. Well good thing you bought that extended warranty they pressure you to buy. Maybe not, those issues aren't covered by the extended, all those small details are exceptions in the warranty list. Good thing I had proof of some of my issues. Things they were suppose to fix before I took it off lot. They said they fixed them. They did not! I had to submit paperwork showing they were previous issues that were not fixed, because they somehow misplaced that paperwork and it was not in their file. They then fixed it! Bigger issue my automatic stairs were not working properly, bad motor, extended warranty covered that or did it? When I got the RV home I decided to cancel the warranty because the fight I had to go through to get things done/ also the exceptions are extensive! It is not a bumper to bumper warranty as told! One of the issues was a soft closed drawer that kept opening while driving. Bad hardware! Not covered! Seriously? Anyway when I got my refund check back for the unused portion of the warranty they deducted 935$ for repairing the stairs!!! What??? So even though it was covered under the warranty they charged me for it! Also when they delivered the RV to me... "All ready for delivery... " they failed to change out the stems on the double axle tires in the back! When I took it in they said they don't do anything with tires. So I could not check air pressure or add air to the back tires of the vehicle. I had to take it to a tire place and have the stems replaced, which cost me 134$. Never buy a vehicle from here, look elsewhere, and NEVER buy and extended warranty from them if you do. It's much cheaper through good Sam and you can take the vehicle anywhere that services RVs. They would not let me go anywhere else within a 60 mile radius! Warranty would not be covered. Well it wasn't anyway! They charged me to repair the stairs! I've tried to get that money from them but they say it's the insurance company that owes it. They are partnered with them! Terrible business plan the two have. Passing the buck back and forth and I get screwed! They stole 935$ from me. I would never buy from them again and will share my experience with anyone and everyone I can. read more

We have a 2023 RV that we have only been able to use one time and it has been in the shop for over six weeks with another five weeks coming our way. Purchased a 2021 4007 Cyclone around 5 months ago. The punch list was around 38 items long- basically everything was broken but lots of promises it would be addressed quickly. They fixed a few items but we're still here waiting on information when the rest will be addressed. We still have broken doors, window shades, fridge... UGH. This place is the worst. I used this company last year for various minor repairs and service and had a very good experience. At the time I left a 5 Star rating. This year, i sent an on-line service request for a simple oil change and slide service. No response, so I called the service department and was given a Service Rep name and his voicemail, with a promise he would call me that day so I left a message as to what service was needed. That was over a week ago and never did receive a return call. I am a very loyal consumer and while I realize this is a busy time of year its very frustrating when you can't even get a return call. I called a competitor and actually talked to a person and was able to schedule the service (coach is there now). I would not recommend this company for lack of the most basic of services...returning phone calls. read more

Bought a 2020 Minnie Winnie in Nov. 2019. Before we ever took it off the lot, we found that the side mirror adjustment didn't work. "Supposedly" they go thru each RV prior to putting them on the lot for sale. NOT! We waited 4 hrs for it to be repaired & when we got tired of waiting, we left it to be repaired as it was taking too long. The trips we took in the winter went well, but on our trip in late April, the fridge failed & we lost all our food. The next 2 trips we took coolers for our food, while we waited for our 6/24 repair appt. I was hoping it would be a quick repair as we had a 2 wk trip planned. Instead they had my RV over a month! I own an RV & had to make a 4062 mile trip staying in hotels! (approx. $800!) Additionally, I had to pay a payment on an RV I couldnt use!! The entire time it was at LaMesa, it was parked in full sun & the sun bleached the door trim (it's not in the sun at my house). Eventually they replaced the "board" in the back of the fridge. I picked it up, turned fridge on bcz we were leaving. 16 hrs later it was still 80 degrees in the fridge. I called LaMesa RV & they sent out a tech, who ended up calling the manufacturer. First the manufacturer said Is the RV level? as it cant be more than 3 degrees off one way & 6 degrees the other way or fridge won't work. The RV was level. Then they wtk the temp in the RV, it was 103 inside & 110 outside. They said the ambient air was too hot for the fridge to cool properly. Apparently these RV's shouldn't be sold in AZ, where it's hot! Their resolution was to turn on the AC & cool down the RV, then once its cooled, turn on the fridge & cool it down. The manual indicates it takes approx 6 hrs for it to cool. So what this means is if we are leaving on Friday, we need to start this process on Thursday & of course run the generator & irritate our neighbors while cooling the RV in hopes of being able to cool the fridge. This is just ridiculous, to be told to do this! I do want to ad, that I did eventually get the ruined door trim replaced. After of course speaking to temp service manager, also spoke to Dominic, Jeremy, Jim D., Danny plus emails with the current manager Xavier. The door trim was replaced on 9/22/2020. THREE months after I picked my RV up from LaMesa!! I also want to mention that when we asked about the mileage the RV would get, we were advised 10, maybe even 12. The very best MPG we have ever gotten is 8 MPG! Also, when we went to use our AC, we turned it on & sawdust, dirt, & little pieces of styrofoam started blowing all over us on the bed, so we were unable to use the AC. They cleaned up the mess & got in the vent, we were told the manufacturer had not cleaned out the vents after installation. (something that should've been noticed when they went through it when it arrived, prior to going on the lot). My advice is DO NOT purchase an RV from LaMesa RV, they have HORRIBLE customer service! No follow through, deception, & worse! I would've given them a zero if i could. STAY AWAY FROM LAMESA RV! AND DON'T BUY A MINNIE WINNIE IF YOU LIVE IN AZ!! read more

Purchasing the trailer was very easy, fair price, etc. They scheduled us to bring in for some warranty repairs, no big deal it happens. Thats when it all went down hill. They have the trailer still 3 months now. No fix, no updates. I would advise anyone not to come in for service- I mean we didnt want to use trailer this year anyway. read more

Started shopping for our first RV and were looking for a Class B on the Mercedes chassis. We were first introduced to some guy named Gus who quickly pawned us off to another salesman, Barry. Barry did a great job finding our unit and making the sale. BUT that was the end of it. They get your money and the followup is all downhill. We had our orientation when we went to pick up. The coach was not detailed well. Among the things lacking were a clean windshield(both in and out), the exterior was dirty and had stray markings on it in ink, tank was nearly 50% full, the exhaust fan for the bathroom did not work and the person doing our orientation was not familiar with the workings of the navigation system and kept referring us to the manual. His excuse for the poor detailing was that they were too busy to do it well. We took delivery and the replacement fan was ordered. We were never notified the fan was available and finally called after 2 weeks and were told it was there and we could bring it in for warranty service........in 3-4 weeks. We were planning a road trip and repeatedly explained that to the service rep. He asked management if they would move our appointment up since we had this trip coming up. Repeatedly told no exceptions and that we would have to wait. We feel 4 weeks was an unreasonable length of time. The message sent by LaMesa RV is that once they get your MONEY, they don't care about servicing their product. In retrospect, we should have gone to a smaller and more customer oriented dealer. They sell sell sell but don't service service service. We will not purchase out next coach from them. read more

Due to the 5 and 1 star review we are giving the company as a whole a 3 star review. Sales: 5 Star We purchased our Class A motorhome from here. Noah and Ryan worked with us in the beginning and they were nice and helpful. When we looked at a Tiffin Bill Rogers (brogers@lamesarv.com) came out to assist. He is incredibly knowledgeable about Tiffin, and he was so informative. Bill went above and beyond explaining the difference of the RV's, and he worked to ensure we had the best fit for us. Angelo is the Sales Manager. He literally answered every question no matter how small, and he was the most gracious person to work with for us. We were brand new to learning about RV's. Angelo held our to hand and helped us with everything from purchasing to questions after we were home figuring things out. We recommend working with this sales team when purchasing! Service: 1 Star On the complete other hand is the service department. We purchased the extended warranty for our rig, and we had to use it a few times on different things. We have had our rig since September 2017. It is now May 2018 and we still have a Blu Ray/DVD player issue that has yet to be resolved. We have endured no call backs, having to follow up ourselves for parts, and at some points people have been rude to us. We only went there for service because of the warranty. We had been to several RV stores to view options. Unfortunately each location was a bad experience, We, by chance, went to one of la Mesa's RV Expo's and bumped into Anthony Demarco. Anthony was a breath of fresh air, he wasn't pushy, he answered all questions without trying to push us to a sale, we quickly felt comfortable with him, and we instantly knew we only wanted to work with him. We ultimately made a purchase and Anthony made the whole process painless and enjoyable. read more

Bought my 2020 fifth wheel in May from La Mesa. Took it out for the first time directly after that. Noticed a fowl smell in cabin. Told them about it and told me to bring it in. They found a crack on the black water tank. Thinking it was covered because they said they made sure all was good. Found out later it wasn't covered, so they either lied about checking it, or knew and still sold it to me that way. Any way I paid $1400 to have it fixed. Took it out for test and yep you guessed it, still leakes and now my black water tank valve doesn't close. Got to hate La Mesa. Never ever go there for any maintenance for you RV. read more

We purchased a new RV from LaMesa in Phx. If you care at all about great customer service and follow up-Do Not come here. They do not know what they are doing and will give you the run around. Signing the paper was the best part- dealing with them after that is a nightmare. They really don't care. read more
