When I'm looking to satisfy my cravings this is my go to spot they got all my favorites here! In this night it was empty and I was greeted by two young girls both very kind and professional they asked if we wanted to sample some ice creams which we did not because we already knew what we wanted. Our choice of the day was a tosti-esquite which is a bag of Tostitos chips topped with all the amazing flavors of the esquite. Be careful with the chili powder that thing is spicy. To drink we got the fresa leche which is strawberry's and milk drink. It's got a nice thick consistency which I really enjoy other places usually make it really watery so this is always my go to here. For my ice cream tonight I got a lime ice cream and it was very fresh. Everything sold here is amazing the service is always great and they got this cute little cart inside which everyone loves to take a picture of. Amazing spot give them a try for your late night cravings

Customer service was excellent. Everything tasted delicious from the paletas to the Aguas Frescas. Came in to taste for my daughter's Sweet 16. It was hard to pick paletas and Aguas frescas. She wanted to take everything for her event.

Fun decor, free wifi and cool AC.

My fiancé & I wanted a break from the heat and decided to make a stop here for some ice cream. The place looks newly opened and had several amazing choices. We sampled a few and it was like 31 flavors on steroids. We were greeted with a smile. The ice cream was flavorful and refreshing. We'll definitely be back here again when in the area.

The perfect place to cool down on a hot summer day. Grab some ice cream and a mengoneada. We got the elote too. Super nice people. We got some paletas to go, and the worker offered to include a bag of ice to help keep it cold. Definitely coming back and you should too!

El servicio fue excelente, eran rápido, feliz para atender y muy amable. Yo recomiendo este lugar, llegando se ve muy limpio y con decoraciones bien bonitas

Excellent service from Jimmy & Grace!! the place has indoor tables and chairs to enjoy your snack. 10x better than going 2 yogurtland

Service is horrible. I literally had to ask for 5 different options on the menu before they actually had it available. They seem to be out of EVERYTHING and the few flavors of ice cream they do have are hardly frozen. I hadn't even paid when my ice cream scoops were already melting onto the counter. I asked for to-go lids and the employee said they didn't have any so then I had to ask for a larger cup to which she gave me with an attitude. I went during lunch hour to get my coworkers and I a nice treat but instead left with melted ice cream. Needless to say they ended up in the trash. No wonder they never have customers. Never going back.

I went in craving something they didn't have on the menu and the server was happy to make my odd request. She even let me taste items I hadn't tried before, she was very nice I didn't catch her name. She also helped my sign up rewards. I'm a forever customer now thanks for being so nice. Super yum

This is a real mangoneada! Came here with my boyfriend and sampled some ice cream and ordered a mangoneada and got this! it was super good and the clerk that helped us out was patient with us trying samples and did a good job making this, Would definitely come back here!

The tostilocos are gross and the fruit is old. the chips are stale. It smells a bit rancid once you walk in.

The place is super small and no line, but the flavors were plentiful. I forget what they do, but you can get a combo of flavors in a single scoop. Then, an eternity ago, it closed and we were sad. Then Long Beach Creamery opened and we weren't that sad for that long, but still, I absolutely still thought about them every once in a while, sad that they'd left. Then, a much closer eternity ago (about a year ago - I've been super burned-out and not finishing my reviews), I was on my way from an event back to the blue line and walked by and noticed that they had, in fact, just moved. So obviously we had to get some. Verdict - yes, it absolutely was as good as I remembered. I wouldn't go back to DTLA just for ice cream, Long Beach Creamery being walking distance and wonderful, but I would absolutely stop here if I were back in DTLA and wanted ice cream. It's a bit pricey, but all craft ice cream is going to be, and it is definitely craft. And you can save a lot by getting a 3-scoop, which is very much enough to share for two people, if not slightly too much.

But I wanted to leave a review because the girl (I forgot to ask her name, sadly) who helped me today was really lovely! I bought 30g of their matcha and admittedly thought when they didn't give it to me at the counter that they forgot, but I sat down at a table to eat my ice cream and decided to just ask for it after I finished. Thank goodness I did, because the cashier came up to my table about 10 minutes later and handed me a little bag of fresh-ground matcha. She took a second to explain to me how to store it and keep it fresh, and I just really appreciated the extra bit of customer service, even if it's something they're maybe expected to do. When I have the money, I'll definitely come back and get their 100g pack! They have so many locations and only wish they had more. The closest to me is about 20mins away but it's worth the drive every time. I love this location especially. Always such friendly staff and never have to wait in a long line. Basically, if you're a newbie, you go in and ALWAYS as for the "seasonal flavors" for tasting. They give you tasters on silver spoons and you drop it down this hole when you're done. It's literally their culture to give you a taste of everything on their seasonal menu so don't skip out on this experience. It's the best way to try their ice cream. FUN FACT: they also have 1-2 flavors that are considered "last chance" flavors which means they are about to run out so get it before it's gone. Each month I go in to try another tasty flavor and it never disappoints but I am sometimes that girl who tries the new stuff but ends up getting her usual order (chocolate brownie) and am always happy. Just the smell of sugar cone alone when you walk in gets you hooked. The atmosphere is just so welcoming. Don't be intimidated by the many flavors to choose from because there are a lot. I like to get their double scoop in a waffle cone, but they also have awesome split scoop options for those more adventurous and want to try multiple flavors in one scoop. Saves you for when you're keeping your sugar levels down. There are usually always places to sit inside or outside so you can enjoy your goodies right away. They even have cool swag if you become a huge fan like me. If you like a little savory and sweetness in your ice cream this is the place to be.
