If I could give a place 20 stars I would. Brusters is the wind beneath my wings, the ground beneath…read moremy feet, the air in which that I breathe and the water of which that I drink. There is not a single ice cream spot that has knocked my socks off such as this place. What started as a night out with my wife, brother in law, and our friend turned into an amazing encounter with the amazing servers at Brusters that left a lasting impact on our families. We arrived to Brusters two days before Christmas, just in time to enjoy the holiday flavors. I had the egg nog and gingerbread and y'all, easily the most insane combination of ice cream I've ever had the privilege of enjoying. My wife had the salted caramel, and my brother in law enjoyed the NY cheesecake. My father in law eventually tried the egg nog and went on his own trip to try some. To everyone at that small red and white nook of an ice cream establishment deep in Whittier, you are doing an amazing job. Everyone should stop by your aesthetically pleasing store and try some ice cream.

This is a great ice cream spot that I would definitely recommend. The ice cream is homemade and…read moremade fresh daily, and you can really taste the difference. They also make their waffle cones fresh every day, which adds an extra touch and makes the experience even better. The service is friendly and usually very fast. Depending on the day and time you visit, you may have to wait a little while because the place can get pretty busy, but it's worth it. One suggestion I would make is to create a larger, more visible size chart for the ice cream cups and cones. The current sizing information can be difficult to see, and a poster showing the small, medium, and large sizes would make ordering much easier for customers. Other than that, I have no complaints. The ice cream tastes amazing, the portions are good, and the prices are very affordable. If you're looking for fresh, homemade ice cream, this place is definitely worth a visit.

Went here on a Saturday right around opening and it wasn't busy at all. My drink came out quickly…read moreand the person working was very helpful. They were out of a couple of drinks when I was there but they still had the one I wanted to try. Also parking is kind of a pain but the inside of the boba place looked cool. I got the Green Grape Tea with Agar Boba. The Green Grape Tea had a nice balance of sweet and tart! Having the Agar boba in the drink was also a nice addition too! If I'm in the area, I would definitely go back to try some other drinks

Ahhhh this might be my fave boba spot in Buena Park???…read more Parking SUCKS cus it's right next to a gym -.- but I swear the drinks are so worth I got the Korean Pear Slush with rice cake mochi which was SO FREAKIN GOOD.. literally 10/10 I absolutely luv Korean pear so I had to get it ofc and it was srsly so delicious. The rice cake mochi was a game changer cus I'm not a huge fan of boba but I will die for mochi so I immediately had to get that as a topping. My sister and I finished the drink within 15 mins We also got the Blueberry Yogurt Blast w boba bc the girl helping us said that it was the most popular flavor between the workers but lowkey it was just ok. We both realized that we don't rly like blueberry flavored things xD We'll try a diff flavor cus I think there were 3 diff options or try a diff drink entirely because there were so many drinks that sounded so good The interior is soooo cute & picture perfect! There's a cute little photobooth inside too so I def wanna try that out next time I highly reccomend this cute lil Korean boba shop to anyone in the area :)

Such a cute ice cream shop with a wide variety of unique and delicious flavors!…read more Upon entering, we were greeted by the friendly staff. I really appreciated how nice and helpful the workers were. The girl who helped us offered recommendations and let us sample a handful of flavors. Ultimately we decided to get a flight which included 4 flavors of kid sized scoops for $15. They had a "Brewed and Bold" offering as part of their seasonal menu so we decided to get the Black Sesame Cookies and Cream, Thai Tea Buttercrunch, Matchaberry Brownie, and their Hojicha Chip. The ice cream flavors were subtle but so delicious and refreshing. I can't wait to come back and try more of their flavors. Parking can be a bit tough depending on the time of day as it's in a busy plaza shared with other eateries, but thankfully we were able to snag a spot within a few minutes.

I've been holding off on writing this review for a while because I really wanted to give them a…read morechance to improve, but after my recent visit, it's clear things are only getting worse. The ice cream here is honestly horrible. It is aggressively, tooth-achingly sweet--to the point where it feels like you're eating straight corn syrup. If you're looking for actual flavor, look elsewhere; this stuff just tastes like "diabetes in a cup." To make matters worse, the consistency is a mess. It melts way too fast, turning into a sugary soup before you can even get through half of it. I also made the mistake of buying a tub to take home once, only to realize the expiration date was incredibly soon. For the price they charge, you'd expect high-quality ingredients and a decent shelf life, but it just feels cheap and poorly made. Save your money and your health. I won't be coming back. PS. It's a blessing in disguise that they're currently closed because a car ran into their front store.
