Parking can be a bit hard here, there is a parking lot next door to it but you have to pay and their minimum was $25. So if you can find street parking snag it right away. When we walked up, it was a busy sunday morning. They have both indoor and outdoor seating here so that's pretty convenient. I wanted to try a couple of different croissants so we ordered the plain, chocolate and ham and cheese. I wish I asked them to warm up the ham and cheese. I think it would've turned out better. I really enjoyed the chocolate and my boyfriend enjoyed his plain croissant. The team here is very attentive. They definitely clean the tables right away ready for the next patron which I appreciate. Great spot to try while visiting San Diego.

The was a table with quiche, bagels, lox, cream cheese, and two types of salads. Another space had multiple tarts and large fresh fruit platters. And finally one last spot had fresh cooked salmon covered in pistachios. The chef and staff were amazing. They took time to explain to guests what each item was if they had questions. Last but not least they are a kosher kitchen. If you need kosher fare this is the place! The store itself is tucked away and has amazing pastries as well.

The kouign amann was not as tall like others I've tried, but I preferred it this way because it was not dry. The last kouign amann I had from Bread Lounge was dryyyy. CUSTOMER SERVICE Got there early afternoon. There was only one person in front of me. Good service overall. Quick service. Hits and misses of the various pastries I've tried.
