Came to this place with a group of friends, recommended by another friend. Ive been looking for a mexican club to bring the Dallas, Texas "Far West" vibe. The music was ok, it was mostly reggaeton, although I didn't recognize any of the songs and Im from Miami. I would've preferred more of a Mexican vibe-it felt more like a Caribbean vibe (Cuban, Puerto Rican, Dominican). I love all of my people but my Hispanic roots are Mexican so thats the vibe I was hoping for. We arrived early and the place was empty, but I didn't mind bc I was having good time with friends. We left early but the bartender made a comment when my friend stated the vibe was different. He said, "this is very much a Mexican club. A VERY Mexican club". It almost came off as r..... My friend was black and the others white. Idk. It just felt strange the way he said it. Horrible experience, never goin back again worse Latin club if you can call it a "after hours" club I got table paid $375 after opening one beer they proceeded to kick us out because one of our friends almost slipped and fall by accident we were confused and ask the other employees and security what did we do wrong and not even them can give us a accurate straight answer, I wasn't even there for 20 min spend almost 400 and got kicked out for no reason, will not be goin back ever again every time I came to this place I spend up too 700 but I will be taking my business somewhere else. read more

Loved everything a about this place. Security checked our IDs and patted us down and then told us we can sit anywhere and made it clear that the tables that said reserved you have to pay for so their shouldn't be surprised on a charge. We walked in around 8 pm so it was pretty dead but it filled up FAST and by 11pm there wasn't an open seat on sight. Our server was very friendly and despite being busy, checked in on us a lot. The space is very spacious with plenty of seating and even had a private room for parties that is very well decorated and comfortable. The drinks I ordered were very tasty and reasonably priced. I ordered the chicken taquitos (forgot to take pic) and they were also very tasty. The music is really loud but I love it. While there, they played Mexican music and reggeaton and the vibes were hitting all night. This place is lit! You can have so much fun with friends and there was a lot dancing. They have an attendant in the bathroom so prepare to bring tip money :) I didn't like that the ladies have to pass up the men's room because their door is open and you can see their privates - very inappropriate. Found this beautiful hidden gem. It was not packed at all, which was pretty surprising, given the experience I had. This deserve more exposure. I ordered 3 tacos and they were a 7/10. Not the best or worst I've had. When the hookah came out, our waiter took some hits to ensure it was pulling. I felt it was unnecessary and could even pass as unsanitary because I don't know where his lips been. I've never had an experience where a waiter took hits of my hookah. Hookah was a 9/10 outside of that. I forgot the name of the drink I had, but it was loaded with Red Bull. You could taste that more than the alcohol itself. It was still a pretty strong drink, and instead of keeping me up in the streets, had me out like a light as soon as I made it to a bed. 8/10 Server gave me the chance to get the aux which was my favorite part. Happened on this spot while exploring Fremont St. stopped in for a drink and stayed a few hours. Ambiance for days .... Tween the wooden furniture and ceiling covered with lights. Music was on point. We went to this place on New Years Day while visiting the strip. It was about a 15 minute cab ride from our hotel, but we had seen some cool tik tok's o and wanted to check it out. Walking in it felt like it was more or a bar than a restaurant. We we're starving and ordered the carne asada nachos, which were a great serving portion. Enough to feed 6 starving people. Glancing the menu is would appear there isn't any full entrees, but they are hidden under bar food. I ordered enchiladas and they were delicious, but the hit of the table was the quesadilla with birria. Service was great both at the table and at the bar. The bartender Adriel (sp?) was super entertaining and made us some great drinks. It was my sister's birthday and they treated her like a birthday queen, with flowers and a special shot! After countless insta post I decided to end my birthday evening with some friends at La Puerta Negra Friday 9/23. I arrived around 9:30ish and the parking lot was packed. There was security outside checking bags and identification and I wasn't mad at it (safety first). The DJ was great and the DJ did an excellent job mixing up tons of Latin tunes from Bad Bunny to Vicente. My friend girls and I ordered a few food items, Bacon wrapped jalapenos (my friend girls were breathing fire out their nose like a dragon after eating these but they said they were good) I had potato tacos and they were decent and filling. I ordered a Vodka blender drink with candy and It wasn't my favorite. I'm too old for vodka I think. Overall if your looking for an off strip location with great music to dance and snack with great company this place is worth a try. read more

We had to go to the bar to ask for a lot of things that we needed. I literally grabbed my own napkins reaching across to the inside of the bar. Because that was faster. If we had known how slow service was gonna be we would've just sat at the bar, but we sat at a table on the outside. Straight up, the service here sucked. I came here around 7 pm, and we were seated right away. There were a lot of seats at the bar, and many high bar table tops around the place to sit. Regular table tops are available on the far side, but you must be out of the area by 9 pm so they can accommodate those with reservations. So, although we were seated right away, the meseros passed us like we were not at the table. If it were not for the Rock en Español, reggaeton, and Junior H playing in the background, I would have dipped out. When we finally placed our order, we had the tacos de mar y tierra, burrito de pollo, and bacon-wrapped jalapeños. To drink a Paloma with Don Julio, a mazapán, and a liquid marijuana shot. After our order, the service picked up, and the mesero who saved our starving asses was nice. Despite the service change, the Paloma was still watered down and not worth the $20. The shots were on-point, but at $10-$11 a pop, they better be! Regarding the food, you are better off going to another restaurant if you intend to eat bomb food. The taste of everything is bland.
