We walked in and there is a line to pick your food. This is basically a seafood market and they will cook what you pick if you want. The additional cooking fee is $3.00 per pound. I ordered my food to be cooked I was hangry and left with a triple wide big back. My seafood I picked was Alligator, Baby octopus, Basa, Catfish, Jumbo Lobster Tail, Jumbo Tiger prawns, Sea Scallops, and Oysters. I also ordered a bottle of Kim's Crack Sauce. My total damage with cooking fee was $130 it was well worth the price with the amount of food and the seafood per pound is great! I was told it was an hour wait for my food to be cooked and I was totally fine with it. Less than an hour later my food is done and I am handed 2 giant shopping bags full of food and head home. My food was still warm after driving 1.5 hrs home. I dig into the bags and when I tell you they cooked everything to pure perfection and seasoned properly they did their big one. You can also request you food to be fried hard if you want. I will definitely be back. I want to try other seafood items. There is no dining area to sit and eat Soultran's is strictly order to go.

On 5/30/25 at 1:10 P.M, I called La Strada American Canyon and Adriano answered my call and I made a reservation for a Birthday Party of 7 for 4:00 P.M. for 6/15/2025, at the small banquet room by the bar. I also told them that I had a 95 year old person in a wheelchair and I wanted to be separate and it was also Father's Day. On 6/12/2025, at 10:59 A.M., I confirmed with Andy for the reservation for the small banqet room by the bar. Everything was set and confirmed. Today, 6/15/2025, I arrived with my party at 3:50 P.M. to be given a table at the bar but not at the small banquet room that I requested. Chloe and Eve said they couldn't accomodate me because that room was reserved for VIPs at 5 o'clock. and guess she thought I wasn't an important person. I asked to see Adriano but he was too busy so the daughter Monica came out but still nothing but "you are making a scene and my employee is 15 years old" and "you shouldn't make a reservation with my Dad". Umm....Adriano answered the phone and said everything was a go. I also confirmed it on 6/12/25 with a guy but it wasn't Adriano. I replied, then maybe you all should do your job and answer the phones! It is sad because Monica should have just let us have the small private banquet room by the bar since we were already there and reserved and confirmed for it. The "VIPS" (who didn't look any more VIP than me) came and hour later and they could have put them where we were seated when they arrived at 5:00 P.M. Bad customer service all around! Will never recommend your restaurant again! La Strada is definitely not high standards for food and service!!!!!!! read more

Staff was incredibly rude and incompetent We waited for an hour for food to arive once it came our steaks was over cooked and burnt We asked what was taking so long staff was very rude and after 1 hour hit we said no more Told staff to forget the food we wanted to leave please bring us the check for wine the lady went and told our waiter and he ran back and grabbed our plates Food was cold plate was cold we cut into steaks and over cooked We told them no thank you and they acted like we did something wrong They commented on our appearance at the end and said we had not waited that long All the older white people that sat after us had finished eating and left plus 3 families had entered and sat less than 20 mins and all had plates in front of them before we got our cold food and left hungry read more

Came in on Tuesday night sat at the bar with some friends. The bartender was very fast, and good at making our drinks. You can tell he knew how to make any drink you asked for. The bartender on Tuesday night was young, very tall, and very good looking so it was a nice change from the older bartender that works on Fridays. The food was good and we were able to eat at the bar. The hostess (old man) didn't say anything to us as we came in and that's why we sat in the the bar.. I being polite accepted the free lunch~ Those who know, Tony's used to be in the spot where Foodshed was previously. It is a smallish spot but big for breakfast and lunch if you work out in the area. Fast ticket times and delicious food. My one boss had the chicken salad and it looked delicious! Lots of stuff in it and a big portion! Other boss had the birria tacos, 4 tacos on the plate with the consommé, also looked really good! I had the fish and chips cause I was craving it for a while now. Glad to know I have a place I can go to get them. The fish was super crunchy and wonderful! 4 nice pieces of cod and a mess of steak fries with tarter, herb aioli, and lemon. Prices are solid for the area and food was great! 10/10 would go back!

We decided to do it on Saturday because Sunday would be too crazy. It was a good choice and my sister made reservations. Chardonnay is a favorite of my mother's. The Vineyard Room is a small dining area adjacent to The View Bar & Grill (another restaurant at the golf course). I'll jump right to it. Things I liked: beautiful area and on sunny days the view is spectacular. There is ample parking. The staff is very courteous and friendly. The food itself is quite good. I had Reuben sandwich with french fries and it was deli-wonderful. Things to know: this place hosts a lot of wedding receptions--and I think weddings--and this can affect what you order. For example, I thought I could order breakfast food slightly after 12:00 pm, but was informed that I could not. I believe the kitchen was switching over to lunch. So, I ordered the fried chicken by was later told that they no longer made that. My guess is that they will eventually update their menu. Our server, Skylar, was apologetic and since my sister was also a No-Go on the fried chicken, offered to check if the kitchen would make breakfast items. Sadly, the answer was still "no" and I told Skylar my second option was the Reuben. My sister had fish tacos. I know that Skylar was only passing along what she was told, so I don't blame her. She also comped me a beer and our table an order of nachos. This was a gracious offer and we accepted it. I'm not an order-off-the-menu guy and I try always to be patient and understanding. I've been in Skylar's shoes before and have had my share of difficult situations. In this situation it is helpful to know that it is a bar & grill and while they have a decent amount of options, it is a little different than a full-service restaurant. Given the fact that it's a destination for wedding parties, it is good to know that your menu options might be limited. Meaning, you might be told that they do not have your first choice. I've always found that being a little understanding goes a long way in your enjoyment of the meal. I tip my cap to Skylar for remaining courteous and friendly even though she kept having to come back and tell us the kitchen couldn't make this or that. This is still a good place to eat. I'd recommend asking what they are out of at the beginning.

We ordered fish and chips and club sandwiches, and an order of the nachos. Bartender forgot to put the nacho order in but that's ok. My fish and chips were piping hot and fries were crispy. Wife's grilled chicken club was tasty. Overall, food was good, the forgotten nachos were obviously a miss. Not bad to eat here if you're looking for food post-round.
