He visited my home twice due to the freezer portion of my fridge not maintaining the temp. The first visit he literally push two buttons on the front console of the fridge and disregarded the issue. He provided me a temperature gauge to provide proof that the issue is occurring. Over the next few weeks I provided proof in the swings of temperature. He came out a 2nd time and verified that there was a issue. He told me one thing and wrote up something different to the Warranty company. Long story short this guy is a fraud and should not be trusted. He just wanted to collect the co-pay for each visit. And GOOD LUCK to you if you do trust him.
