One small critique: it seems like GTC has fallen victim to "shrinkflation" in recent years. I've noticed the portions (particularly for the superfood bowls) get smaller and the prices get higher. I recognize owning & operating a restaurant in LA is tough and I only point this out because GTC still serves delicious, high-quality food & drinks.
