Horrible doesn't even begin to explain the experience I've had with this dealership. In my years of buying high end and exotic vehicles, never have I seen a more poorly managed and shady dealership. I contacted this dealership out of California on an Urus and we came to an agreement on the price and so I proceeded with the purchase. They ran my credit and then began stalling for two days. After I finally got one paper out of them, the price was $7000 higher than what we had agreed upon. They assured me it was just a mistake and the finance guy would fix it. Suddenly the finance guy had to step out for an emergency and it would have to wait until tomorrow. The next morning after I followed up they told me they sold the car to a repeat customer of theirs overnight. I contacted Lamborghini of Sarasota about a 2010 Lamborghini Gallardo with 15k miles. I have been looking at newer model years but this one was local so I was open to checking it out. When I called the sales representative was seemingly knowledgeable, polite and friendly. We spoke on text, confirmed an appointment. I expressed my concerns about Covid and was informed that I wouldn't have to come into contact with anyone other then the sales representative who would be wearing a mask. Although I was generally dissatisfied with the level of customer service I received upon my arrival the condition of the car was the main issue. The car was dirty, covered in sap and hard water spots. (I booked this appointment three hours before arriving and the car has been in stock for at least a month). The car had rubbing compound jammed in the cracks between all of the panels and on the soft top. The honeycomb grill on the rear of the car was sun faded to grey. The plastic trim on top of the car was sun faded to grey. The soft top got caught in the lid when it was fully retracted scratching the fabric top. The right front marker light was filled with water. The plastic handle for folding the seat had broken into a jagged edge and had scratched the wall behind the seat. Three of the five cooling vents were broken and missing pieces. The dash board plastic was sticky and obviously deteriorating the same way the old Audi's, BMW's and Ferrari's do. When I told my sales person I expected the car to be in nicer condition given the fact that this was a Lamborghini dealership and the fact that the car was priced higher then other comparable 2010s. I was informed that the car is in good condition for the age, that parts are expensive, that the dealership does not invest money in the cars until after someone purchased them. When I pressed that issue I was told that they probably would not fix a lot of those things even if I purchased the vehicle. To be blunt the car was in poor condition. The price point was high. The combination of the poor service and the condition of the car made me not want to conduct business with this dealership. I will admit I have run into the same "we will fix it after you purchase it" mindset at other used car dealerships... and I somewhat expect that attitude at a used car dealership but not at Lamborghini. My sales person informed me that they would have the car detailed properly and get me a parts list for all the issues listed above. I'll update the review after that happens. *** Update *** I text the sales person who did in fact gather a list of the repairs and a cost for those repairs ($1,275). I was told the dealership might split the cost with me if I purchase the vehicle. The next day (today) the sales person and I discussed the previous version of this review where I was more critical of my sales experience and I, in good faith, agreed to modify the review to its present state. In late December of 2021, I purchased a used 2019 Aston Martin from Sarasota Lamborghini in Sarasota, Florida. As I live in San Diego, California, this purchase was done remotely. After completing the sale and having the car shipped to me, I quickly noticed serious problems with the car including two dents on the hood, a cracked front spoiler/bumper, incredibly squeaky brakes, an inoperable radio, and a warning notice that the car was past due for the 3 year service. I sent pictures of the damage and estimates for all of the work and was told by the General Manager, Raj Singh, that they 'would make it right'. Unfortunately, this was not true as Raj Singh no longer returns my calls nor does he respond to emails. To date, I have spent $1,600 on new brakes, $1,636 for the 3 year service, $300 to repair the dents and $275 to fix the radio, I still need to replace the front spoiler which Aston Martin estimated at $3,974. While the total costs to repair the car exceed $7,775, I only requested a settlement of $5,092. Had I known of these issues that a reputable business would have highlighted, I would not have purchased the car. I have made repeated attempts to resolve this including texts on Jan 8th, 10th, 12th, 24th, Feb 3rd and 10th. I also have records of calls on Jan 30th, February 7, February 11th, and February 23rd. I also sent several emails to Raj including Jan 10th and 30th. Remote buyers beware of this dealership. It is hard to believe that Lamborghini would allow this in their network. I have since learned the dealership has a C+ rating at the Better Business Bureau. The pictures included show some of the issues associated with this car. read more

So I pull into this beautiful store(like a musand automatically think my wallet is going to get thinner. Tried them anyway since I had a couple of smaller shops in the Tampa area try to fix my issue. I was treated very well by the service person Jason that took my information. After a few days my car came back fixed and detailed. I wanted to meet the mechanic and Jordan(works in sales) since Jason was with another customer Jordan introduced me to Steven who was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain the whole problem and how they fixed it. I saw one of their Huracan online and submitted a request for information on their website. No response until 4 days later from one of their "Lamborghini Brand Ambassadors" who tells me the car already has a deposit on it. So I inquired about another Huracan and offered them a price that I deem was reasonable based on other available similar car prices but with different colors. I waited and waited and had no response for 3 days. Then I resent the email and it's been 2 weeks and still no response. If that's truly the representation of the Lamborghini brand by these so called ambassadors, I can't imagine Lamborghini want to be represented this way. All the other Lamborghini dealers I've contacted were extremely helpful and prompt in responding to questions and offers. So if this dealership already couldn't care less about prospective buyers before the purchase, what makes you think they will take good care of your AFTER they already sold you the car? I wouldn't be buying from these guys regardless of how great their deal seems. I did end up finding another Huracan that I wanted at the price I want to pay.
