At least a frozen pizza from Walmart isn't two hours late to your house. Absolutely disgusting. Was this freezer burnt? Did you dip it in the sink? Why was it SOGGY? Very upset by the service. I'm new to the area and have ordered delivery from this place no less than 5 times. Every time I've ordered the delivery is prompt and efficient. The drivers are polite and professional. The pizza here is very good. Definitely not a chain restaurant pizza. The ingredients are fresh and delicious. I tend to get an all meat pizza, so can't comment on the veggies or combinations, but the meat pizzas are legit. Definitely going back to this joint. read more

I ordered 2 pizzas, 3 orders of wings, potato skins and cheesy bread to be ready at 6:10 Xmas eve. I was assured it would be ready then. My son went to pick up the order and it was 6:30 before it was done. The pizzas were barely warm, the potato skins that used to be wonderful were just a sliced baked potato with a little cheese on top (what a disappointment). The cheesy bread was okay, the buffalo and BBQ wings were okay, but the baked ones were awful. I think they have changed franchise owners or brought in new managers. Will never go back there. That meal cost me $70 for a so-so meal. read more

Pizza is always just right! Perfect crust-to-topping ratio, flavorful pizza sauce, crispy crust but not overcooked, plenty of toppings and the cheese is always at the 'way too much cheese' level the way all respectable pizza's should. Delivery is always on time and pizza always arrive hot. Prices aren't much different than food chain pizza spots but this pizza is a much better quality than those places. I love lamppost pizza and my bf and I wanted to try a new location so we decided to come here. I was Honestly disappointed in the service I received from the moment we walked through the door. At the time, we were the only guests who had walked in and there were 2 young ladies at the registers, neither of them acknowledging us. I figured maybe they were working on an online order. I waited a couple more moments to see if either one of the ladies was going to say anything in regards to "hi, what can I get for you today?" But still no acknowledgement from the young lady. she just stared at us completely quiet waiting for US to say something. Obviously we were there to order, but it would be nice to come to this place and FEEL welcomed. She didn't say a word or even ask if we were ready to order. I've worked in the food industry for 5 years, and I know when a store is overwhelmed and busy. It wasn't. I truly felt like we were an inconvenience for wanting to order. As other guests came in they received better service by both the young ladies that were up front. & mind you it wasn't even close to closing. read more

Oh My God! This pizza is fabulous!!! I had the Mediterranean Pizza and the Pepperoni/ Mushroom Pizza. The toppings are plentiful and always FRESH. I've eaten a lot of pizza over the years and Lamppost Ranks amongst the top 5 all-time for me. I highly recommend this place to anyone who loves a premium style pizza for a moderately priced pie. I feel that this location is overpricing their items compared to the other locations. I have ordered their breadsticks multiple times from the Laguna location and this one (Elk Grove florin). But for some reason this location is charging WAYYY more for their food then others. They are charging $16 dollars for the breadsticks here! the other locations only charge $11! I don't know what's going on at this location but it doesn't add up. Be aware of this when ordering from this location. Save some money and go to a different location! read more

Ordered from this place many many times before, but I guess on a Friday night when the place is emptied this is what they serve. Didn't pay 25$ for burnt pizza. My husband and I live around the corner from here. After today, we will no longer be meeting here after a hard days work. One group so loud, telling offensive and loud "jokes" -in poor taste, swearing with kids- ruined our night out. When we asked for the manager, his response: "It's OK because the OWNER is with them". WOW, just WOW. We left the week prior because while the lady took our order she stopped as other customers came in and started a conversation with them - ignoring us and our order in progress. We turned and left. This week was the last straw. This place used to be so good, so close, and they just don't care anymore. This is not are regular lamppost, we had something we had to take care of that was near this location. Gave them a call for pick up. Kept it simple large pepperoni wings and salad, noticed as it was handed to me it was lighter then normal, no big deal. We get out to the car and opened it no sauce or cheese. $20 well spent, not. I will not be returning here for any service. I just received a delivery 20 minutes ago, where I received only 2 of the 4 items I asked for. The female taking my order forgot to put on my Dr. Pepper as well as my request for plates. When I called back after recieving the delivery to confirm I had not been charged for the Dr. Pepper, the gal on the phone said that maybe they didn't hear me in my requests. I wasn't offered the option to pay and have the other two items delivered. There was no problem solving attempted to recover the situation, only blame on the fact that they must not have heard me.
