Fresh fish. Spicy salmon roll tasted really really good this time. My BF loves their sesame chicken. Comes with salad and soup. Yum! Live their new dishes and bowls. My mom still loves going there. It is like the only place she will go out and eat at now. Staff is excellent. Everyone is super nice. Owners are even nicer. Customers all seem happy and are enjoying their meals whenever we go, including us

Had an opportunity to come out during a random Monday afternoon and was able to partake their lunch specials. The price were reasonable for the portions and the food was delicious. Great service provided by the wait staff and they were all very enthusiastic! The restroom and the restaurant were clean. The fish tasted fresh. I still missed their $1 nigiri rolls from back in the day but glad their quality is still there post pandemic. Lunch specials were totally worth it!

I've been going to Land of Sushi for almost 9 years. In that time it has expanded to the retail space beside it, however the food and service has remained wonderful. It is my go to sushi place since it is only about 5 minutes down the road from my home. For lunch they have great specials such as your pick of two sushi rolls (maki combo), or a sushi or sushami special. When we go for dinner with the family we typically pick a variety of their freshly prepared rolls. The service is always friendly and based on the fact they are busy most of the time reflects how much customers come back again and again. Their latest addition is a multi-course sushi (Chef's pick) option that you can order. Last time I was there (last week) a couple sitting beside us got that option and it looked amazing.

Land of Sushi in Centennial is hands down my favorite sushi spot in Denver (with Sushi Den being the only possible exception). I recently went in for lunch, and even during construction, they were open and operating smoothly. The service was exceptional--attentive and friendly. The lunch combos are a great deal. I got the maki combo, which included spicy tuna and spicy salmon rolls--both fresh and flavorful. The hot sake was excellent, and the miso soup hit the spot. If you're looking for quality sushi (especially south of sushi den) and a consistently great experience, this is the place to go.

We came in at peak hours on a Friday night and were able to find two seats at the bar right away. The service was really fast, especially for sushi. All of our rolls were delicious, especially the Alaska roll, and reasonably priced.

Local gem. Not to be missed. It was quiet since we were there for a late lunch. Everything was phenomenal from the friendly staff to the food. They Bost an extensive menu. There's something for everyone. Flip the sushi selection menu over for descriptions of their chef specials. Definitely check them out!

I read some of the reviews left by others and I agree with the sentiment left by them: this place used to be good but it has gone down especially the service. I dined here 10+ years ago with friends. I don't remember anything bad about it (food and service wise.) I really wanted some baked fish with rice to go with so after visiting a business in this quiet strip mall, I stopped by here and got me exactly that. I stepped inside and one of the waitstaff approached me with"How may I assist you?" I didn't feel welcomed at all. I told her I was placing a to-go order but she couldn't hear me well (as I had a mask on my face due to coughing; got sick earlier in the week.) She irritably said "Excuse me?" Once she understood what I was there for she gave me a couple of different menus to look at. Once I knew what I would want, a different lady looked at me with a smile. Oh boy, did she make me feel better!! I told her I'd pay for it at that point but she said it wouldn't matter if I paid then or later (when the food would be ready.) She was so easygoing for me. I told her I'd be back in about 5-10 minutes as I'd need to go next door to shop for some groceries. When I came back my food was ready in a brown bag. It was either the same first staff or another staff that assisted me for the check. This person (like the first lady) was blunt with no smile. Once I was done paying, I grabbed my food and off I went. No "Thank you" or any words of appreciation came from the several staff that were there. I guess they didn't care??? Before I took off though, I took several photos of the dining hall including the bar. By looking at the ceiling, it is an old building but it was pretty clean. As I was driving home, I was crossing my fingers for something quality to taste as the service was poor to nothing. Hamachi Kama was quite small. I've seen a bigger portion of it with the same price at a different sushi restaurant. Daikon oroshi is a stable accompaniment to Hamachi Kama but it was barely there squished by the ponzu sauce container. Scallop (nigiri) sushi was okay-ish. The scallops were lightly baked at the top. Side rice was a decent portion. I wasn't disappointed with this one. Well, I don't think I will return to this place anytime soon or ever. I could go to a different sushi restaurant to get better service with quality food. This restaurant failed to impress me unfortunately. Hence my frank and honest two-star review.

We come here every now and then. I came by myself tonight. Got the salmon dish (I forgot the name). It was amazing. Service is always good. Ambiance is always calm and friendly.

The sushi restaurant "Land of Sushi" in Centennial , CO offers a solid dining experience. The sushi is fresh, and the menu has a good variety. The service is efficient and our server was amazing. She had great recommendations, for example that juicy and fresh lobster roll with individual pieces topped with the thin slice of lime. Overall, it's a reliable spot for a delicious sushi meal in town. The light in main dining area was deemed and it felt very exclusive and private. We will be back on the 22nd of July for a special Omakase experience that they do quite frequently at their restaurant!

    Omakase

The omakase here is experimental and traditional at the same time. Highly recommended the snapper was the most fresh in Colorado and the prices are competitive!

Let me first…read moresay that the service was extremely friendly and I liked it a lot, which makes me feel bad about what I'm about to say. Please note that I tried things that other people have mentioned in their reviews as things they liked. I had the crunchy tuna appetizer, which was essentially several golf ball sized lumps of rice deep fried, with a tiny amount of tuna and I think avocado on top. It probably should have been called the crunchy rice appetizer, and really was not, to me, worth $14. Next up was the Joker roll, which I believe is mentioned by more than one person as their favorite thing here. If you like pepper, it's the roll for you. I have never had such a peppery sushi roll in my life and I did not like it. My final roll was the mango roll. Now I know what mangoes are and I knew what I was getting, so I can't really blame the restaurant for the fact that I guess I've learned I'm not a big fan of sushi rolls with fruit on them. It was well made for what it was, just not my particular favorite. The miso soup was lovely. The restaurant was nice and clean and as I have said, the service was impeccable, friendly, really everything you would want. Which is all the more reason I was disappointed that the food did not ring a bell with me. If you go to this restaurant, I would suggest you avoid the things I've mentioned and perhaps try some others. You may have better luck than I did, and you will be served well in the process.

This place, unfortunately, failed to impress me. Here is how my takeout order went today…read more A good size sushi restaurant. The elaborate wallpaper and wall art inside were a bit too over-the-top and yet, I can simply say that they paid attention to create what the restaurant names says it: Sakura. It's pretty much pink. Each table is also beautifully done on the surface with Sakura art. Kind of cute. Service - Good. The lady who greeted me asked me "How many?" to which I said "To go, please." She immediately handed me the laminated menu so I can mark with a pen and the regular menu booklet. From the moment I gave her my order and the moment I got my food, there was only 5 minutes or less time that elapsed. I was a bit shocked how quickly they prepared my food (she said I was the first person to place an order for the night. Well, Whereas I am not complaining about the fast service, it was suspiciously too fast!!) Mistake - As soon as I got home, I opened the bag. The kitchen or possibly the lady who got my order made a mistake by giving me the miso soup instead of salad (miso soup or salad comes with the Sashimi Dinner ($32.00 as of mid-August of 2025). I clearly and loudly said I wanted the salad but in her mind, the salad became the miso soup (LOL). Although I don't think it was intentional, mistake is a mistake. A bit disappointed....Well, you wanna know how the miso soup tasted? It was decent! Food - What I got tonight are/were...1) Sashimi Dinner, Edamame ($6.00) and, 3) Side White Rice ($3) and I think in this kind of economy, these prices are fairly in range. Let me rate each one. Sashimi Dinner - It was okay-ish. It didn't impress me. I really don't have anything more to say about this sashimi plate. Edamame - Good and yet they didn't sprinkle any salt (I don't think). Maybe they knew I hate salt (LOL!!) Well, in many cases, I dislike salty dishes so to be considerate of people who dislike salty stuff, this is what the restaurant does by not sprinkle any salt over steamed edamame (so in other words, "salt it yourself" type situation?) I guess this isn't a bad thing after all. White Rice - Meh. It tasted like hand lotion a little bit. I have an experience with this and that is why I am very sensitive to it (unfortunately, it was my own mother who used hand lotion before she prepared food/meals for me and my brother so some food she cooked/prepared for us tasted just like hand lotion.) I can have a benefit of the doubt that they wouldn't be so insensitive by handling food with lotioned-up hands. Or maybe it's the kind of rice they buy. Whatever the case may be, this rice was no no for me. Yes, there are a few things I can talk about this restaurant in a positive way but all in all, it was a disappointing experience. Will I go back? Maybe not.

That's exactly what happened at East Moon. The menu is huge. Sushi, ramen, Thai, Chinese, Vietnamese, Japanese dishes... basically something for whatever mood you're in. Usually when a restaurant tries to do that many things, something suffers. That wasn't the case here. The sushi nachos were easily my favorite thing we ordered. Honestly, I could've made a meal out of those alone. The combination of fish, mango, avocado, sauces, and crispy wonton chips just worked. We also ordered gyoza, beef pad thai, a Hawaiian Dragon Roll, sashimi ceviche, and tonkotsu ramen. Everyone at the table had a different favorite, which is usually a pretty good sign.
