This dealership sells over-priced used vehicles and refuses to negotiate in good faith. They threaten to "sell it at auction" if you don't pay their inflated price. They marked up a 2021 truck over 10k from its price new! Got dealt an internet sales team member. Asked for a sales consultant and they told me instead car was taken off market. Avoid. read more

We have a baby on the way so we decided to do a short SUV shopping to upgrade our little yaris to prepare for our growing family. Chris Thomas was the one who greeted us at the door. We told him that this is our first stop and would just be looking around, he said no problem and he would just be there to help. We told him our top 3 choices for a new car, on which he showed us 2 that was available and he let us test drive them just to get the feel of it. He took his time to explain each car's best features and gave his expert suggestions, as well, which we appreciated. He was very professional and honest and we didn't feel that we were being hurried. We are planning to trade in our old car, so he helped us with a quote as to prepare ourselves financially. I would recommend his services/ help if you're looking to sport a new car and still get your money's worth. Sales Team: 5 Stars - smooth purchase, no complaints to the sales team...except that I had to take my car within the first few weeks that I purchased it. Unfortunately, I bought a car with a busted hose. Which brings me to the service team... Service Team: 1 Star The service professionals have been nice (when I've gotten a hold of them), but non responsive. After just a few weeks of purchasing a spankin' brand new Land Rover my service light came on that the coolant was low, which is odd for a new car. Since I live in San Francisco with major for and condensation it was hard to determine if my car was leaking. To be on The safe side I took it in. My sales guy, Josh, was the one that was able to get me in right away. I made a reservation online and asked that the service team call me, but no call. I asked Josh if he could check in with them, and he was the one that got me a quick appointment. I took it in, and checking in was fine. Slightly unorganized but meh, not a big deal. I waited for 2hrs, and the service rep let me know know that my car was almost ready. There really was no big issue, just found an air pocket. Beautiful, so I thought. About 10-15 mins later they let me know that oh yeah sorry actually you have a busted hose and you shouldn't drive your car as it'll overheat. I'm like ok... Got a call the next day to let meet know it would be 2-3 weeks before my car would be ready. I had to ask for a courtesy vehicle, which they're still checking on ( that was 4 days ago). Day 6: still waiting on a coutesy vehicle or my car. By the time I get my car back, the car would've been in the shop for the same amount of time I've officially driven it. read more

I purchased a 2017 Discovery a year ago and Tom Kane was our salesperson. At first I was not interested in this car, but my husband insisted that we just test drive it. I fell head over heals in love with this SUV! But unfortunately there were none available for purchase. Fast forward to Tom Kane. He did not give up until he found one with the interior and exterior colors were just what I was looking for. N.B.: Review for Service Dept Only. The service here has never been great [no one answers phones, never truly know when your car will be done, inability to track previous services], but this week takes the cake...also, seems like the service advisors have all turned over - no one I recognize from years past. Went in for an annual service yesterday [oil, filter change, road test, etc]. Supposed to be in and out in one day. Easy-peasy. Drop off my car in the morning, and the service guy recommends the 'major service' without looking at my service history. Had he done that, would have known that was done less than a 1 year / under a 1,000 miles ago and would be completely unnecessary and cost me an additional ~$2,000. So, unnecessary work averted. I pick up my loaner and confirm work will be done in one day. I call.... ...and call... ...leave messages... ...is my car going to be done...is anyone going to return my call? I am not a man of leisure who can leave my car at a service department for a week and wait for them to call me back. I have to take time off of work, or leave early for these appointments, so not returning calls is unacceptable. I decide to go around 5pm anyway to check in on my car [which should have been done in one day with no problem]. I get the service area, and my service advisor is tidying up his desk and counting loose change. Never mind returning my voicemail or other messages...so now I am annoyed. He then looks through a pile of paperwork and says it won't be done today. Meanwhile, I look outside and my car is exactly where I had parked it in the morning and was never moved...now I am really annoyed. Took my keys, got my car, and left. I understand being busy, but a complete lack of communication, not reviewing service history to ensure proper service, and overall poor customer service in a service department is unacceptable. After looking at a Range Rover Sport and deciding not to purchase it, I informed salesman Vince that it was a great car but we decided to pass (it was too big for me). Be very careful buying a used car from them!! I was a full cash paying out of state customer. Very easy transaction, all I asked for was a price reduction once, some additional pics, confirmation that it was a non-smoker car and that was it. Done deal. Horacio was my sales rep. Nice guy, slow in response but overall good to deal with. 4 stars for him. Michael Peter (finance manager). All I did was wire the money but he was a nice guy and helped out with the questions I had. 5 stars for him. My issues/complaints/warning! 1. When I asked for a price reduction they sent me a print out of their "purchase price" and "repair costs" they had to do which resulted in them actually "LOSING" money on this sale. Example: mount and balance 4 tires = $696 which is ridiculous. Typical sales tactic which I ignored since my wife wanted the vehicle and it was priced right. 2. My LR4 started leaking coolant within 100 miles! Turns out the water pump and coolant manifold needed to be replaced! I find it odd this wasn't noticed but possibly just bad timing? 3. Both the lights in the sun visors were not working, HOWEVER, this was actually listed as a repair item on the above repair cost sheet. 4. Eco Start Stop was not working, HOWEVER, this was also listed as a repair item on the above repair cost sheet. 5. When I emailed Horacio about my dissatisfaction he referred me to his manager Theron. Theron reached out to me. Nice guy on the phone but all that resulted in the conversation was an apology and "I'll talk to my service manager to see if there is anything we can do to make up for this". NO CALL BACK! Basically he called to test the waters to see how upset I was, and since I was a calm he decided there was no need to follow up. ** It took my local dealership about 2 weeks to fully diagnose and repair (it is 3 hrs away so I had to get it towed). During this time I had to get a rental car and paid out of pocket! A simple call back, with a reimbursement for my rental....or even a free front license plate frame/accessories would've made up for it. To state they made repairs when they simply did not, to leverage it on a sale is completely unethical. read more

I have to write this review because I was so impressed with Vince Betar at Marin Luxury Cars in Corte Madera. Being in sales myself, I actually learned a lot from his manner and low key approach to his auto sales business. He really came from a place of wanting to help us and find out exactly what we needed as buyers. How refreshing, he put us at ease from the very start; never felt uncomfortable or pushed with the process. Vince has a way of explaining all the details of the features of a car. It's shocking that this dealership is still in business and has not been shut down by Land Rover Corporate in New Jersey based on how badly they proactively decide to treat their customers. From having to find my own vehicle in the Land Rover network, pay to have it shipped to Marin because of the monopolistic dealer policies they have - to fighting over lease rates that they tried to inflate when picking up the vehicle - to dropping my car off for service and 10 days later they couldn't find my car in their system (no service had taken place), to reserving loaner vehicles weeks in advance and then they don't have them available - to waiting for a part and having a starter Jaguar for a loaner for 4 weeks - and on and on. Seriously, Land Rover Corporate - come west, do an audit, shut this dealer down. read more

So happy I stopped by! I am ordering a vehicle from another dealership out of state, but I am in California quite often and needed to stop by to verify some features and test drive. Do. Not. Buy. From. This. Dealership. Bought a 2018 Range Rover. It spent 34 days in the shop in the first 60 days. I would beg them to call me if they would be keeping the car another day so I could make arrangements. No call. After fighting, Headquarters agreed that it was a lemon and approved a "buy-back". I continued to pay my monthly payment for 4 months without even having the car!!! Every time I would talk to headquarters they would say the dealership needed to do something on their end. I would call, email, and leave voicemails with no response. I finally had to come to the dealership and speak with Tom ( Used car manager) and other sales members would interrupt us to ask about used car inventory. Going into my 6th month, I'm still waiting on my reimbursement check. They have my money and will not call me back or if they do get on the phone, they tell me they will figure it out and call me right back. No response. I'm a mother of two boys under the age of 5. My family was in the middle of the Chico fire and I didn't even have a car to help... it. Was. In. The. Shop!!!!! read more

My most recent experience with their servicing department was horrible and followup requests went unanswered. I had just bought a used LR4 from them and was assured that due to the high mileage at time of sale (95k) the 100k service had been done. So I was surprised to be told when I brought it in 6 months later for a regular service that it was going to cost about $1800 because it was the big one. It was my partner who brought it in and I really felt they were trying to get money out of her. A 10 second check in their maintenance computer confirmed the 100k service had already been done. That's something that should have been noticed at the beginning, not in the middle of 'negotiating'. But that's not all. We mentioned one of the key fobs didn't work and they tried to tell us the key reader was bad and had to be replaced. Not the key itself but the reader. For another $1000. Bear in mind again this was my partner who is there in person , not me, so I get on the phone and ask why does the second key fob work fine if it's the reader that's broken. After some coughing and umming maintenance people agree it's not the reader but the fob only that's bad. $400 not $1000. But im now thinking they are batting 0-2 in pushing my partner into things she doesn't need. To end bad matters they finish the maintenance 24 hours later, and late. And they never reset the computer so I drive it off the lot with the 'service needed' light still on. I don't care. I'm not going back ever. read more

What a terrible service department. The LR company puts on a British act of cordiality, tradition, a posh accent and legendary service when they want to sell you a car, but afterwards, be ready for the cold shoulder. Parts are rare because the company tries to economize, so consider long waits for repairs. Loaner cars are rare too, so think of paying for rentals when your car breaks down (frequently). LandRover USA also does not stand behind their product when it comes to support. Again, you're on your own. Look for other options. read more

I leased my 2017 Land Rover Discovery from Land Rover Marin. Sales Dept. was O.K., nothing to complain about, when I leased the rig. I brought the car in for its first scheduled maintenance service yesterday morning. The intake rep fumbled with his computer for about 40 minutes before I was ready to grab their complimentary shuttle home to await a ride back when my car was ready later that day. I've never had this much difficulty dropping a car off for service at the dealer where I leased it anywhere else in my life! At just before 5 p.m., I got a call that they "hadn't gotten to" my car, and it would be ready by 1 p.m. the next day. They had to have known long before 5 that they wouldn't be getting to my car that day, so why wait until 5 to tell me? Then, 1.p.m. the next day came and went. I started calling at 2 and every half hour after that to see if it was ready, there was no answer for about 25 rings, then an outgoing message to leave a message. I left messages each time. FINALLY got through to a person, who took my name and then put me on hold for literally 15 minutes. It was approaching 4 p.m., and I was then told that they had still not even started the routine work on my car but they could have it done by 5! So my car sat there for 2 days awaiting just over an hour's worth of mechanic's time? I told them no, I was taking an Uber and I wanted my car back NOW. They obliged, leaving, however, all of the plastic and paper dealer protection on the driver seat for me to dispose of. Never this outfit again. read more

Have been shopping around for a Range Rover and decided to come on down and do a test drive. Called on a Friday, in the midst of COVID19 hoopla and was assisted by Travis who was so helpful, swiftly taking down all my information then inviting me to do a test drive the very next day. Walked in Saturday afternoon and the GM[unsure his name] welcomed me in with delight [Points for that!] Travis greeted us with such joy [WOW these guys sure are happy to see us!] and guided me through to meet Tex, our sales lead, who spent inordinate attention to the intricate + somewhat cosmetic questions these 2 fabulous ladies had. He was incredibly patient, giving us freedom to test drive 2 models one after the other: Velar and then Sport, coming by each time we returned the vehicles to show us features on other models parked around the lot and respond to our concerns around trim, interior and size. Despite being short staffed at this location, with only 3 hands on deck due to the shelter-at-home mandate, Tex spent 30-45 patient minutes with us, huffing, puffing and fogging his poor glasses over due to his Covid mask. His overall care and concern, fantastic customer service and no patronizing or prejudging due to our race or gender was incredibly encouraging and we will return! Humanity is tough to come by in these uncertain times and we were blown away by the overall service that these gentleman, each and all, provided us. Thanks. Kiki read more

I have taken my land rover here twice for servicing and repairs and each time I have been disappointed. The first (and second) time they didn't have any service car for me to use even though I had to wait 3 weeks for an appointment in order to guarantee a replacement car. The first visit they wanted me to sit in their reception area till the work was done and I said no as I had appointments throughout the day to get to so left and re-scheduled for a week later. (Having already had to leave an hour window open in my day just to get there) When the work was done it took them 4 days so pretty glad I didn't sit in their reception! Second time it happened again so had to come back again on another day then they charged me for a full tank of gas even though I made sure to fill it up before returning (and it was on 3/4 when I got it)! The car is now due for a service as well as the alarm is constantly going off for no reason and I have called to request a date to book it in to be repaired 4 times in 4 weeks and each time get put through to an answerphone to leave a message and still have not been called back. Not the best customer service ! read more

I purchased a 2006 lease return LR3 from Land Rover Marin four years ago. I brought it in for all scheduled maintenance and service to Land Rover Marin and believed I was in confident ,capable honest hands. All was good until the car had an issue. It all started when, "B-" my service rep. let me know concluding a prior visit that there may be some water in the body of the car but "not to worry we'll check it out in the future" (I had only 1 bumper-to-bumper warranted visit left). Three weeks later the car was flooded with water. I returned to the dealership. It would seem that the vehicles drainage tubes had failed. They repaired the tubes, shampooed and vacuumed. " All good" B- assured. I would find out later online and from another dealership that LR3's have a design flaw and flooding is very common and all Land Rover service departments are very familiar with the issue. Policy is that the carpets, padding and filters are changed. Over the next week the carpets began to give off the wicked stench of mold. I returned it... they steam clean it. I returned it. B- never returned my calls and I ranted to him that my faith in him and the dealership was wavering on his voicemail? They switched my service rep. from B- to his supervisor G-. G- commiserated with me saying, "...we've done all that head office says to do to remedy the problem". Land Rover Marin's service center deemed the claim closed. The car still had a horrid smell that gave my spouse instant headaches. For my last scheduled maintenance I took the car to British Motor Car Distributors, Lt. on Van Ness. I let them know how disheartened I was with Land Rover. They changed my carpets, detailed the car, changed all filters (3 times to date). They also did the last scheduled maintenance for $80 cheaper than Marin had quoted me. I do not know what to think now. Did I over pay on all the maintenance or the brakes I had done? Was I fleeced the entire time. You be the judge. I'd buy there again maybe... but never again will I go to their garage. I called G- prior to writing this and he still blamed head office and as far as the cost discrepancy, he said "our inspection is more thorough". read more

We took our 2008 rover HSE here for routine service tires and brakes. We were motivated to go to the dealership by a 15% coupon we received In the mail. When I picked up the car on a Friday afternoon the rep told me he wanted to get one more call in before the weekend and never went over the invoice or took the loaner keys from me. When I got home and checked the invoice I noticed I had been charged for a windshield repair that was never performed, the free loaner car and we didn't have the 15% discount applied for the new tires. These overcharges came to over $200.00 which were masked in their confusing invoice structure. When my wife called the dealership to discuss these issues she never got an apology and was made to feel like it was an inconvenience for the service rep. On top of the overcharges the staff never checked for the key I mistakenly took home (my bad) and I had to drive back to the dealership from Oakland. I'm very disappointed I this service experience. read more

This place is pretty bad. We started our search for an LR3 here and got stuck with a sales guy who had no idea about the brand. When he couldn't tell us the difference between an HSE or an SE and then didn't know how to work the third row seating we left before he could embarrass himself more. We found our car elsewhere but unfortunately had to return to purchase the extended warranty. We know exactly which one we wanted and had a check in hand. A salesman kept trying to negotiate, saying "come on in here, lets talk about it," and giving us the brochure. For some reason he couldn't understand he didnt have to give us a sales pitch, we already wanted to buy it. It was about a 2 week process of having them figure out who was authorized to draw up the paperwork and the final day we were scheduled to buy the warranty the manager informed us they had just switched warranty companies and they had to do everything all over again. We informed him that our warranty expired that day and we needed to get it done and his smart ass reply was "you shouldn't have waited until the last minute." WE HAD BEEN TRYING FOR 2 WEEKS JACKASS! We got out of there with the warranty but will never go back. I will drive into the city or to Walnut Creek to get things fixed. They got pushy with telling us the front brakes needed to get fixed and they wanted $900 to do it. We got it done at another Land Rover place for $500. UPDATE: When we were dealing with the warranty we ordered and paid for an extra key that was supposed to be mailed directly to us. When I called in after 2 months to ask where it was, I was told it was at the dealership and I could come get it. Just to confirm my suspicions I asked when it had come into the dealership and was told it had been sitting there for 2 months without anyone letting us know it had arrived. I paid extra to get it programmed somewhere else. read more

I hate to have to write this review, because I usually have a very positive experience with Land Rover of Marin, but today I was treated very distastefully by one of the service consultants. Not only did I purchase my Range Rover from their location, but I always choose Land Rover of Marin to fulfill all needs related to my car. I brought my car in a few days ago to service a problem she was having. I called this morning to get an estimate as to when she would be finished, and one of the service consultants (whose name I will keep off the internet) was incredibly rude to me on the phone. He was extremely condescending, and raised his voice to a volume that completely drowned mine out. At multiple points in the conversation, I had to wait for him to finish speaking loudly to get a word in, because his voice was much stronger than my soft voice. I understand that sometimes people have bad days, but I cant help but feeling that if I had been a man, I would have been treated with a little more respect over the phone (and for the record, I hate playing the female card, and I hate writing reviews, but my experience was that bad). read more

Brought my brand new vehicle in for a few updates and things to inspect. I did not buy my vehicle from this dealership because they simply didn't have the right vehicle I wanted (or price). Felt like I got a little lower priority because of this. They should be indifferent, because I can easily take all my service business (which is expensive on these vehicles) elsewhere if they are going to have an immature chip in their shoulder about me not purchasing at their dealership. Anyways, they take my vehicle, say they'll probably need it overnight but will give me a call by end of the day to confirm as well as give me prices. Wasn't really expecting them to need to keep it overnight for a few simple things, but agreed to it. Their courtesy cars are currently unavailable for the next 3 weeks because they are "so busy" according to the service advisor. The advisor never calls me, gave me zero updates until I finally tracked him down after calling him and speaking to the receptionist who told me he was busy and leave a message. In the end they did absolutely nothing to my vehicle besides waste 2 days of mine because they found out my my vehicle wasn't compatible with an update I wanted, which they originally told me 100% it was. You really couldn't have checked and told me this before I left my vehicle with you for so long and inconvenienced me? Not impressed. Also, I think their car wash is too abrasive. Found some minor scrapes/imperfections and glue residue on my wheels that definitely weren't there before I brought it in. read more

Stay away. I put $1k for a specific colored range rover, waited 4.5 months, receive no call/email, so I call them and the salesman says "oh, it just arrived on the ship, just being unloaded from the back of the ship". However, when I show up they don't have my car but instead push to sell a similar colored (but not quite) car to me - this car has been on their website for few weeks and been test-driven by many people (suspicious high odometer mileage reading for a brand new & supposedly just-arrived-on-the-ship custom-ordered car). I said just refund my $1k, he says "we can't do that since the accounting lady is not in today", so I ask "then how do you take payments?" and absolutely stand firm on my decision to get a refund (watch out!! If you are a polite person, you'll never get your refund), then the sales manager comes and they together try to push a different car until I walk out (eventually got my refund before I walked out - it was a very simple credit card refund transaction - no accounting lady's presence needed). These people turned a simple car buying experience (which should be a joy to anyone's life) into a very insulting disaster - every single story I've heard from this place has been a cheap lie that I had to fight through. When it was almost dark outside finally guys brought "my" new black range rover evoque 45 miles on it all scratched and tried to sell me that used car as a new one for 44 grant. I have bought 2 cars here, 2005 LR3 and 2006 Range Rover HSE. Still a little sleazy on the sales numbers, especially on the trade, would never do a trade with them again, but might buy one, just know your numbers before you go in. On the service side, excellent. Rare to find honest and competent, dare I say a nice experience! They are really on top of it. Warning, don't let them wash your car!!!! They use one of those old mini mart car washers that spins the plastic against the car and distroys the finish. read more

I have owned two land rovers over the past 10 years and he is the man! this morning i was driving back from the oakland airport and i went to adjust the rear view mirror and *pop* it fell off!! and if that weren't bad enough, the stupid thing had wires connected to it so it was just dangling there they whole way back to marin, hitting the windshield every time i turned. i rolled in @ 7:55am (they open @ 8 on saturdays), pulled into the service area, ran in and asked for fred. he came out, and i said, "help! look at my mirror!!! please fix!" and he laughed and said, "is that your biggest problem in the world?" and i said, "this minute, yes." so fred says, "i'm going to make your day," takes my keys and drives off. not five minutes later he brings my car back to me, all fixed and says, "off you go!" (and i thought i would have to pay some ridiculous amount of $ to get the damn thing fixed). i also own an audi (my main car), but i LOVE land rover marin. i wish they would service my audi... anyway, they are great people and they remember you (at least fred does...he goes, "you got a new tattoo!" and i hadn't even seen him in probably a year or more) and they make you feel at home comfortable unlike other dealerships. read more

Booked a service appointment a week in advance for 10:30am Tuesday for some potential warranty work on my Range Rover. I gave extensive details; they said that it should take about an hour, perhaps two. Turned up on time and joined the queue of people waiting to be seen, then handed over my keys at about 11am, having given a description of all potential work again (actually to two people, in sequence). There was nothing on file from my previous phone conversation. I agreed to a one hour bill for them to quote the work ($150). They pointed out that if the work was covered under my warranty then this would be included. Two hours later my Range Rover is still where I parked her. Bradd, my assigned Service Rep, sees me checking and promptly moves her around the back. An hour later I see she is still where Bradd moved her to, so I ask how the progress is going. Bradd says he'll need to have a "Master" technician look at it as the regular technician had looked at the Nav unit (one of my problems) and had come up blank. This was almost surely an outright lie - I left the Nav CD in the glovebox and it was unmoved - and we both knew it as he said it. I wait another hour, during which Bradd goes to lunch. I ask for the Service Manager - a nice enough guy named Guy. He apologizes saying that they had overruns from last night that they still hadn't finished and says that it will be another 30mins before he can have someone look at it, and then he expects that the Nav unit alone will take an hour and half to fix. More than 4 hours after my appointment no-one has so much as looked at my vehicle, no-one has voluteered any information without me asking for it, and I've cut my groove permanently into one of their lounge chairs (which are fairly comfortable, though the looped Land Rover video will eventually drive you mad)... So I give up and ask for my vehicle back, vowing never to return. Before I make it out, Guy does apologize again and then takes a moment to fix a problem with one of my headlight wipers, which was actually very much appreciated. He offers me an appointment on Friday morning, and I find myself saying that I'll think about it. If it weren't for a such a good exit, I'd have no doubts in saying "DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE", but as it stands, I think I'll just give them one star and limit myself to saying "do not take your vehicle here". P.s. Fremont Land Rover is another review... and another warning. Perhaps Cole European in Walnut Creek is the place to go in the Bay Area? I'll keep you posted. read more

We bought a Range Rover Evoque Dynamic last weekend from Marin Land Rover. We had a very positive experience. Horacio Socarras was our sales person and he did an excellent job. We went and looked at the car and were unsure if it was excatly what we wanted. We went back to our hotel in Rohnert Park and decided it was the car we wanted. We called the dealership and Horacio had all the paperwork done and delivered the car to us at our hotel. After shopping at BMW, Mercedes, Audi, Porsche and Maserati for a sporty SUV, I just got a new Range Rover Sport V8 Dynamic from Land Rover Marin. Our dealership experience was 5 Star from the moment we walked through the door to driving off the lot. Bravo to the leadership for hiring top notch employees who are gifted at making a buyer feel right at home. Our sales consultant, Anthony Meadows, made buying a car a real pleasure. His professionalism, attention to detail and expertise of the Land Rover product was in a class of its own. Our deal was fair and straightforward with NO curveballs. We were treated like gold! I'll never buy a Land Rover from any other dealership. I'll spare you a lame car review but I must say, I'm in love with the Ranger Rover Sport Dynamic. This SUV is a blast to drive. I love the way it handles like a sports car and of course it's off road abilities are legendary. I just saw a video of the RRS whipping a Ford Raptor up an extreme 4x4, mountain trail. I can't wait to get out there! As an automobile enthusiast, I believe buying a car should be a fun and exciting experience. Just finalized my lease of a new 2016 Range Rover Evoque today at Land Rover Marin and I couldn't be happier with my experience. Tom Kane (sales) was a pure joy to work with throughout the process. He was very professional, courteous, honest (I thoroughly researched the vehicle and the leasing process to make sure I wasn't lied to), and he did a phenomenal job of answering any question I had with regard to the vehicle and the entire process. He just seemed like a genuinely nice person and I felt great that I had the pleasure of dealing with him. I was given a solid deal (based on feedback and reports I read on countless Land Rover forums and online communities) and it didn't take some crazy back-and-forth game to get it. Overall, I was thrilled at how smoothly everything went. I took the car for a test drive yesterday before work and finalized the deal via text messages while I was at the office. I then stopped by at 10:30AM to pick it up and was driving off the lot before Noon in my new Range Rover. I've been working 12+ hours/day, 7-days/week since Memorial Day, so I was extra-impressed by how hassle-free everything went down.
