    Birria tacos
    Tony J.

Good serviceable tacos birria. 2 per order. 15 dollars so good value. Birria tacos have toasted cheese on outside, small thing of consommé comes with it . Very flavorful and meaty. Located in food court of Venetian hotel. Also offer beer and Paloma's and margaritas from the tap. Good spot lunch or dinner . Seating is first come first served in the food court in tables w 4 seats all around

This is in the food hall at the Venetian Hotel! Loved that there was seating and other food joints to check out. My kids and I love this spot! We ordered it twice on the same day! Lunch and dinner! We ordered the QuesoBirria Tacos that come with consome and the Birria Nachos - I also tried their new crunch wrap (fancy version of Taco Bell's Crunch wrap) with wagyu beef. The tacos were stuffed with birria with so much flavor! The nachos were so good- fresh chips with all the toppings. It's probably one of the best spots in the food court area. They also have great customer service!

Needed a quick bite to eat while at the Venetian. Saw B. S. Taqueria and decided to grab some tacos, but was intrigued by the crunch wrap. The beef tacos were pretty standard as what you would expect in a hotel food court. Crunch wrap was definitely better to the eyes that my taste buds. A bit on the dry side and somewhat starchy. However, they're all pretty filling and did the job. If you're on the go, this is definitely want to consider. From order to getting food it was about five minutes, even during busy dinner hours. Located in the downstairs of the Venetian food court, if you don't feel like venturing out to the strip or driving somewhere. And just need something to fill your belly, this is not a bad place to stop by.

Visiting family staying at the Venetian and checked out the food court. We had the carne asada tacos and the birria nachos. My mom really enjoyed the tacos. She's not a fan of spice so they were perfect. I had the nachos and they were so good! There was so much meat and a good amount of toppings. With everything the chips were crispy to the end. We went for a late lunch so there was no wait and it was easy to find a table.

I made a second visit to B.S. Taqueria and was craving for another quesadilla, they make it taste fantastic! It's nice they're easy to find at Via Via Food Hall. You'll see them near the Venetian Grand Lux Cafe, the restroom is around the corner, and it's a short walk from the Grand Canal Shoppes escalator. The atmosphere here is always lively and busy! They have a nice selection to try including their Birria Nachos and Breakfast Burrito. For now, I'm happy with a light snack. Jerk Chicken Quesadilla ($14) is my favorite go-to, the flavor is amazing! Consistently light and crispy flour tortilla with a nice pocket of savory jerk chicken in melted cheese, and a delightful mango salsa, it's so good! There's a new flavor for seasonal agua frescas. I had Blackberry Lime ($6), super refreshing! It has a light tart and lovely sweetness; I asked for extra ice, and that kept my drink to stay cold. Service from Logan is so kind, welcoming, accomodating, and friendly!

After seeing Backstreet Boys at the Sphere, me and everyone else wanted to get some food, lol. All of the restaurants had an extremely long line, but this one was reasonable. I probably waited 10 minutes. I just got chips and guac. I wanted something more, but I am vegetarian, and it was quick and easy, so that's what happened. The guac was a little spicier than I like, but it was good. The chips were also good, and a big portion. I didn't finish them and ate some of the leftover ones for lunch the next day. I'd get them again.

Wanted a quick bite before a concert. Service was good and fast. Tacos (8/10) were tasty. Not dry. Fresh. Flavorful. Great spot for a quick dinner!

Cute place! I first tried this establishment when they had a location at the uncommons food hall. I was obsessed and was very sad when it closed. I saw they had another location at the Venetian and added it to my list when I went to see the wizard of oz. It's situated in an open food hall concept with plenty of seating. I was dreaming of the Jerk chicken quesadilla again.. so I got that! It wasn't the same taste but it was still good. Super fresh and full of flavors. The pineapple salsa and cilantro salsa went perfect. I thought the portion was good, so plenty to eat and I didn't have to worry about carrying around leftovers.

I am from San Antonio so I have high standards when it comes to Tacos... I was not disappointed! Great chicken and beef street tacos. I was a little disappointed with the chips and salsa which was not spicy at all- but the rice and beans were very good. Pricey (to be expected) but good overall.

I'm so glad that Via Via has finally opened... Venetian was seriously lacking in lunch/casual type places to eat. B.S. Taqueria is the third place we've tried in the new Food Hall and it's a pretty good option for a light meal. My partner got the Street Tacos with Carne Asada ($16). They were as expected with fresh toppings. He ordered a side of chips and salsa which was $6. The chips were stale, so this was not enjoyable. The salsa was just OK. I ordered one crunchy taco ($7), which tastes almost exactly like what you'd get at a Taco Bell. Only about $4 more. It's not bad at all - and it's a nice snack, but it is no better than a typical fast food taco. They have draft beer ($11 for a small cup of Pacifico or Negra Modelo). There was nothing that made us want to rush back, but we got lunch (with a beer) for $40 and in about 5 minutes. That's very A-OK. Worth a shot.

I've already tried two places here at the new Via Via food hall at the Venetian, so I decided to check this place out. Came here around 1200 on a Thursday and it wasn't too busy. I ordered one of each tacos (carne asada, pollo, and hongos), birria nachos, and a side of rice and beans. Food was ready in about 8 minutes and it was still nice and fresh when I walked back to my room at the Palazzo. I was actually craving some actual rice and beans, but this play on rice and beans was a little strange. Can't really describe the flavor. It was ok, but pretty salty. I would stay away from it. The tacos were pretty good. Nice and flavorful proteins and the mushroom one was pretty tasty. They are pretty spicy, so if you can't take heat, maybe you can tell them not to put the salsa? I also wish the tacos were a little bigger. Two bites each and they were gone. The birria nachos were really good. Very flavorful with the avocado salsa and pico de gallo and cheese sauce. The beef was also pretty flavorful. Overall, it was around $35 (without tip), so it is pretty expensive. It's Vegas pricing for sure. I would come back for the birria nachos and the tacos were pretty good. I would also like to try some of the other items on their menu.

Dinner at 8pm here and picked up the nachos (lots of shredded meat), crunchy tacos (slightly spicy, great crunch) and carne asada street tacos (petite sized). For an extra $10, we "made it a combo" and got a bag of tortilla chips, medium sized salsa and a plastic bottled Coke -- might skip this next time and get the side of rice and beans instead. Prices were great for a quick meal right off the Venetian Casino gaming floor. Despite differing reviews, I thought the individual items had ample filling and I loved the fresh ingredients. Wait in line and food prep was about 20 minutes total. Plenty of seating to enjoy your meal.

This is a really cute taqueria in the food hall. Kind of a long wait, but the fresh food was worth it. We tried their version of a Crunchwrap, YUM! It was a special item not always on the menu and I loved it. The homemade salsa was so fresh and flavorful. We just got the one item so we could try something from a few vendors.

Three very small tacos. Chicken had little to no flavor. Not the fastest service either.

Try the Mexican corn appetizer with it's crumbly cotija cheese, chili, lime, and mayo on top of charred corn kernels. It's in 'esquites' form, which means it's not left on the cob like 'elote' is. Their specialty, nachos, are also well seasoned and the chips are freshly made on site. What drew me in to this restaurant was a past appearance on the Maury Povich Show, where I took a paternity test for someone who claimed she was my daughter. The end result? I was cleared, so Maury pointed at me while telling her that he's "Not yo' daddy." And so I visit Nacho Daddy on occasion, strictly for celebratory reasons. Birria nachos are excellent, made with a high quality shredded beef with pickled onion, cilantro, sour cream, cheese, and lime on top of a stack of chips. Having birria without consommé was new, but this one didn't really need it with all the flavors jumping out. Another recommendation is the cheeseburger nacho, an Americanized version with ground beef, bacon, cheddar, jack, queso, onions, tomato, and lettuce. The 'mini nachos' are perfectly sized for a light meal but if you're hungry, get the full size order which is huge and shareable. This location has been in business for 17 years now and there's plenty of seating in a nice, clean atmosphere.

This place may be a small tavern-style spot with just enough seating, but don't let the size fool you. The moment you walk in, the aroma of the birria comes rolling out of the kitchen like a raging bull--it lets you know you're in the right place! They offer both goat and beef birria, and the flavor is absolutely incredible. I've only been eating birria for about five years, but in that time I've made it a mission to try it everywhere I travel. I've had birria from Las Vegas, California, Nebraska, Florida, and Texas, and I can honestly say Birria Bite is hands down the best I've had. I always order the Quesabirria Combo, and it never disappoints. The consommé is rich, flavorful, and perfectly seasoned--good enough to sip on by itself. And even though it's outside my normal diet, I can't leave without getting the Piña pineapple drink. It's sweet, refreshing, and absolutely fire. The hospitality is always A1, the staff makes you feel welcome every visit, and the prices are very reasonable for the quality and portions you receive. This is one of those hidden gems you'll keep coming back to. If you haven't been yet, you're missing out. Don't meet me there... beat me there... or be square!
