Overview: After being at the Chandelier Bar, some of us stopped by here for a quick dinner. The sandwich was good, I especially liked the sesame bun. Good for a quick bite. There is bar seating as well. This restaurant is located in the food hall of the Cosmopolitan. You order at the counter, pick up your food, and there's food hall seating. Ordered the "Beeria" Grilled Cheese to share and I wanted more. This was my first time having birria in a sandwich because I don't usually like sandwiches. I want to come back and try the dirty fries!
So much to choose from in the food court! We decided to settle for Lardo. Their menu includes a variety of unique sandwiches. I decided to get the pork belly banh mi combo with Lardo fries. The food court was busy, but we got our food fast. I've had banh mi sandwiches at other places, typically in a Vietnamese sandwich shop. The pork belly banh me tasted a bit bland, and even with all the fixings the sandwich came with, I thought there was more bread than there needed to be. The Lardo fries include parm and garlic, but it still tasted a bit bland to me as well. It was not terrible. I just think it could use more flavor. Seating at the food court was a bit tight. The tables and chairs seemed too close together, and there wasn't a whole lot of walking space.
If you're in Vegas and craving an unforgettable sandwich, make sure to stop by Lardo. The birria sandwich is absolutely packed with flavor juicy, tender meat with the perfect balance of seasoning and richness. Every single bite somehow gets even better than the last. You can tell they put real care into the food here. Great atmosphere, awesome staff, and easily one of the best sandwich spots in Vegas. Definitely a place I'll keep coming back to!
The Birria Grilled Cheese and Dirty Fries were super greasy and heavy, which makes sense for a place called Lardo. However, the flavors weren't that great, a chunk of my bread was missing, and the green sauce they gave just tasted like lime juice. The fries were underwhelming and just had a ton of pepperoncinis. The pork scraps it came with were so small, they were hard to eat together with the fries. There was so much cheese in the sandwich that it got difficult to eat more after I ate half of it. My wife and I got acid reflux from the meal and had a ton of leftover fries which we took to go.
First time trying lardo's sandwiches while staying at the cosmopolitan. I was a bit hungry and my girlfriend recommended lardo's and mentioned she's had it before in Portland so I decided to try out one of the sandwiches and I'm glad I did! The crispy bread, flavorful vinaigrette and fatty meats really put it all together! I got the porchetta sandwich which was recommended to me by an employee! Excellent recommendation! The setting is in a food court type of environment with plenty of room and seating but just plan around the busy brunch schedule as seating may be hard to come across during that time.
I came here to try the birria sandwich. I wasn't disappointed in the melt bc the sandwich was really good by itself, but the "consome" was awful tasting. The soup tasted more like a mole than a saltier birria flavor. This is why this place gets a 3. The sandwich was cheesy and the toasted bread was nice. If it had not been for the awesome cheese, this sandwich would fall flat for me. The green salsa was also too sour. Service was fast enough and the place was tiny at bloc 16. My husband liked it so that's all that matters.
The Bronx Palmer was very good. Flavorful and tender. This one I would get again. The BANH MI was a tad disappointing. The meat was fatty and not tender the way that I imagine it to be based on my previous years of banh mi eating. The pickled carrots and daikon were not really on point for the flavor. The cilantro was lacking. The jalapeño peppers weren't really spicy. The bread was OK. Perhaps I am coming from more of an authentic viet perspective. However, it definitely does the job. But I personally would go down to the Chinatown strip to get one of the other banh mis there. This is much more for a convenience of being in the resort and casino. The vibe is that of a chill sports bar except there's no TV. They have booth and stool seating in the back since this is a bit of a cafeteria style set up. We walked a mile for the sandwiches, so with that context, I felt slightly disappointed. We especially came for the Korean pork shoulder and kimchi sandwich which is supposed to be really unique! However, they were sold out by 1 PM on a Wednesday, but it is CES 2026. Lesson learned to plan ahead!! One more thing, I thought that the price point was a little bit on the deep side for sandwiches. The banh mi came in at $18 and the bomber came in at 19. So once again, not my go to place in the future, but for the bomber, it was good to have tried it!
I recommend Lardo (located in the Cosmopolitan Casino). Its Porchetta Sandwich ($17) is huge. I needed to stretch my jaw wide to bite into it. With that first bite, "juicy" immediately popped into mind. The Porchetta Sandwich ($17) drips with a delicious gremolata sauce; creamy garlic and lemon zest flavors flow forward. With a bright smile, I hastily devoured this thick & unique pork sandwich. I arrived at Lardo (Las Vegas) on Thursday (around 4:45pm). There was no wait. Staff immediately helped me. The cashier (Le' Vonia - name on receipt) is professional, welcoming, and hardworking. Le' Vonia happily answered all my questions, and Le' Vonia clearly communicated with a consistent, bright smile. I ordered the Porchetta Sandwich ($17). However, I upgraded to a combo. I added a beverage (Pellegrino Seltzer Water) and the Dirty Fries. This upgraded combo cost $27.50. The food was completed in four minutes and 47 seconds. Very fast! Wow! As mentioned prior, the Porchetta Sandwich ($17) is hefty and memorable. It contains thin slow roasted pork, caper mayo, arugula, gremolata, and parmesan. The primary taste is garlic followed by its firm & thin pork. Next, the brightness of its fresh arugula shines. I happily enjoyed this sandwich's complimentary flavors and textures. The Dirty Fries ($8) contains pork/bacon, marinated peppers, fried herbs, parmesan, and fresh fries. It's humongous and fresh! The fries are fluffy, fresh, and thick. In addition, this large side isn't too salty. It's simply generous, good quality ingredients. My only nitpick is that these fresh fries became dry quickly, so don't forget to pack some of the nearby condiments. Regarding the ambiance, Lardo (Las Vegas) is comfortable and casual. It's a food vendor within the Cosmopolitan Casino's Food Court. Despite the shared space, Lardo (Las Vegas) is very clean and well-ventilated. Guests can dine by its counter or the nearby tables. I also appreciated the upbeat and energetic music. However, Lardo (Las Vegas's) limited seating can become an obstacle to some guests. Overall, I had a pleasant experience at Lardo (located in the Cosmopolitan Casino). The food is huge and delicious; staff is friendly and diligent; and its ambiance is comfortable & welcoming. If searching for some good & affordable eats, I enthusiastically recommend. 4.7 out of 5

We decided to divide and conquer and make a buffet of sorts. After wandering around, I picked Lardo as one of my stops. I've had their sando before and enjoyed it, so I figured I'd have it again. It is just as I remember - savory, meaty, and a touch too salty. The arugula does cut into that a bit. I could've used more greens, but that's just my own preference. I like the freshness it adds. This sandwich spot is solid. I got the beef birria grilled cheese with dirty fries and a drink combo. The sandwich is huge and the fries are a large amount. I was hungry but it was way too much food. Honestly the sandwich itself was plenty filling. The dipping sauce was perfect as it made the grilled cheese a little bit softer. This food court area is very lively but still plenty of seating.
We went to the food court so everyone in our friend group can pick and choose what they want to eat. My friends and I decided to share dishes from a few different places, and one of our choices was Lardo's. We ordered the chicken Caesar sandwich with garlic fries and upgraded it to a meal for just $1 more, which I definitely recommend. The upgrade was worth it for a drink especially since drinks usually cost more than a $1. We were a little worried the meal upgrade might mean fewer fries or smaller portions, but we were pleasantly surprised by how generous the portion was. The sandwich itself was tasty, though I do wish it had more lettuce. Without it, the Caesar dressing didn't come through much, and it mostly tasted like a fried chicken sandwich. Next time if I get this sandwich I might ask for more dressing in the side. The garlic fries were fresh and good, but I personally would've liked more garlic and cheese for a stronger flavor. Never fails to come through. The food is consistently delicious, the flavors always pop and mix well together. The service is always on point and place is usually pretty busy. I ordered the porchetta sandwich (think bread with pork slices with a Caesar salad with tons of arugula). SO good! Lardo fries comes with salt, parmesan cheese and rock salt. It's nestled in the food hall alongside other restaurants so it's fairly loud in it's open atmosphere dining area. If you're in Vegas and looking for a quality fast meal, head to Cosmopolitan's 2nd floor and visit Lardo! read more
We had the Porchetta and the Beeria - both incredibly delicious sandwich options. Like others mention a bit more bread to meat ratio but still fresh flavorful and textures were excellent! friendly service and food came out hot and quickly. We also tried the loaded fries which came with small bacon bits and lots and we mean LOTS of jalapeños. Definitely will come back! read more

This place was pretty busy, and I was excited to try this place. The person who took my order was nice and gave a few recommendations. My order was made fresh to order. We ordered: 1. Korean Pork Sandwich - Off bat, this should have an asterisk or say that it's spicy. It had more than a kick. This sandwich had more kimchi than pork. 2. Bronx bomber - Flavorful, has a crunch. It was good but in my opinion I didn't have a lot of meat. I was scared that my sandwich would be soggy from all the juices if we didn't get to the room fast enough. That was not the case. 3. Lardo fries - Tastes like some of it wasn't cooked. Maybe it was an off day, or maybe I should try a different sandwich. The food wasn't that great. read more

TRY THE PORSCHETTA! Lardo has great, hot sandwiches. I kept it classic and went with an Italian sandwich. The porschetta had flavorful, mouthwatering meat. I think it could've been a tad juicier but I was still very satisfied. The sandwich bread is made by a local, in-house Las Vegas bakery! I also highly recommend the Parmesan fries, they were some of the best I've ever tried! I really dig the vibe of Lardo's, it's got an urban, bustling feel like you were walking in the middle of an East Coast city mixed with a Hong Kong feel? It's unique and fun! I also like that you get to watch your food being made. I sat at the stools and had a great time seeing the magic happen right before my eyes. The lady at the register has the BEST customer service and was very welcoming. I will definitely return for another bite! read more

Lardo is one of my favorite places to eat in Portland - I've visited the city maybe ten times and have gone to Lardo almost every single visit. They serve one of my favorite sandwiches - the porchetta. Unfortunately the last time I visited they had run out for the day! Since there was a location in Vegas, I, of course, had to visit. This Lardo is within the Block 16 Food Hall inside The Cosmo, one of a number of small chain restaurants sourced from all across the US. When I visited for a weekday lunch, it wasn't very crowded at all and there was no line in front of the stall. Porchetta ($17) - I love that this location has the kitchen visible so you can watch the cooks in action. For the porchetta, they take pre-portioned sandwich bags of meat and slap them on the grill. After being warmed, the porchetta is thrown into the fryer to finish, adding fried crispy goodness. The result is porchetta that is fried crispy, fatty, crackly, and fragrant with pepper and other spices. Some pieces are mostly fat which adds additional crisp. They then place all the meat on a toasted bun and add their gremolata - oily but such a nice and refreshing herbal quality and acidity, and arugula - vegetal and somewhat bitter that balances the meat so well. Caper mayo is spread to add some earthiness and more moisture. The overall taste profile is exceptionally meaty with a very nice tang and bitterness. It's fatty, it's oily, it's rich, it's salty. Only half of the sandwich is enough for me to feel a bit sick due to how rich it is, not to mention the amount of water required to dilute the sodium content! Although exceptionally salty and fatty, this sandwich remains one of my favorites. I was afraid being exported to Vegas would mean a lower quality sandwich - I'm glad to be proven wrong. This is a restaurant I will likely always look forward to while in Vegas. read more
Stayed at the Cosmopolitan and this is one of the restaurants at their Block 16 Urban Food Hall. I'm not much of a sandwich person, I actually wanted to go to the handroll place right next to it but there were no seats there! So I ordered the Porchetta and omg, this was one of the best sandwiches I've ever had. Slow-roasted pork with gremolata, caper mayo and parmesan. We sat at the counter right in front of the chefs so we got to watch them work their magic. Darn, now I'm having a craving but I think the only other one is in Portland. Definitely a must if you're in Vegas! read more
Unique sandwiches located in a trendy food hall that were actually pretty good! There's a pretty interesting selection of sandwiches from a variety of different cultures. This food hall is very crowded so finding seating could be difficult. I ordered the "Beeria" Grilled Cheese and it hit the spot. The meat was very tender and the sandwich as a whole as great. But I wasn't a huge fan of the chili consome, I think it would've been better with regular consome. It was weird to have chili in there with the birria, cheese, and the green salsa (which was great and added a nice kick). Pretty large portion and worth the price. 4/5 Overall, I think this place and food hall is worth checking out in the Cosmopolitan. They've got some unique and out there sandwiches, generous portions, and quality food. Definitely one of the highlights of my trip to Vegas. read more

Tasty Korean shredded pork topped with Kim chi in a crusty 8 inch roll. Flavors were great and good amount of meat. Fries were standard but topped with bacon pieces & pickled peppers. Lardo is the busiest vendor in this food hall so seating near Lardo is at a premium. Lots of people, lots of yelling, very urban setting if that's what you want. Great service... can be charged to room in MGM World. I stopped a chef walking by and he asked what I was looking for. I asked him what he recommended. We went back and forth several times... and he asked how hungry I was. I can't answer that because honestly I don't mind leftovers but I don't eat much in one sitting. The place was clean. The counter was clean. The service was extremely nice and the gal at the register was patient and suggested things to me. So you need to know I am NOT a sandwich lover so it is strange I went here anyway. But I love District 16 and wanted to try something else. The line was there but not terrible and she took her time with me. I ordered the Bronx Bomber because as the chef described it is a Lardo Philly Cheesesteak and frankly I love cheesesteak. It did NOT disappoint. HOLY Mambos it was good... I only ate 1/2. It was a good portion. Then a few hours later I ate the other half and it was just as good. The meat was tender and gristle free. The cheese and peppers and the rest of the flavors really just melded so well together. I will DEFINITELY be getting another one of these when I return. Man I love this.. .I had no idea Lardos was so good. Give it a go. read more
Staying at the Cosmo for a few days and this was one of the few places that caught my eye. This place was at the Block 16 food hall place. It was quite packed but my boyfriend and I managed to find a seat. We luckily got to order before the rush came in. We ordered the Pho Rench Dip, Bronx Bomber, and dirty fries. All the food came quickly within 10 minutes. Between the 2 sandwiches, I definitely loved the Pho Rench Dip. I thought it was very unique and have never seen a place that had it. My boyfriend liked the Bronx Bomber more because he thought it had more flavor, however, for me it had a little too much peppers. The dirty fries were just okay to me. Wished the cheese would have been melted but overall it felt like it didn't have much flavor to it. They have unique sandwiches and I think its definitely worth checking it out! read more
Tried Lardo at the Cosmopolitan and honestly left disappointed. The smash burgers were way over-seasoned -- instead of that juicy, savory flavor you expect, it was just overwhelmingly salty. The fries were even worse: burnt, cold, and tasted like they'd been sitting under a heat lamp way too long. For a spot in the Cosmo, I was expecting much higher quality. With all the amazing food options in this resort, I'd skip this one. read more

I stopped by here in between hopping around the various speakeasies at the Cosmo. I got the birria grilled cheese and it was amazing. It came with a side of consomme and salsa verde. The sandwich itself was served in two large pieces of sourdough. It was decadent and had amazing flavor. I'm kicking myself that I didn't grab a photo, but I highly recommend this sandwich if you see it on the menu! I was able to eat right at the bar so I was able to watch them make the food too. Lardo is located at the Block 16 Urban Food Hall, on the 2nd floor of the Cosmopolitan. There are limited seats in the area including counter top seating, booths, tables and chairs. We ordered the Korean pork shoulder and Pho'Rench dip sandwiches, Lardo fries (rosemary herbs, parmasean cheese), and side of pickle (sliced into fours) which were great for sharing. The fries were nicely cooked, breads were fresh, and overall, the sandwiches were on the saltier side. Service was friendly and food was ready for pick-up in about 10 minutes. read more

Always a delicious experience here at Lardo; they have several core, varied sandwich types for various appetites/preferences (Korean pork, steak, hamburgers, cold cuts, Pho dip). I got the Bronx bomber and my husband got the porchetta sandwich along with their two types of fries (dirty and loaded)-everything was fresh and delicious. A bit pricey for a sandwich, but frankly on par with Vegas+Cosmo prices (under 20 for a sandwich, 6-7 for fries--not terrible). read more

Everything about Lardo was worthy of 5 stars. The young lady behind the counter made some great suggestions and got us our food quickly since we were in a little bit of a hurry. Another 5 stars for the grilled cheese "Beeria" sandwich and the dirty fries. Let me preempt with saying come hungry otherwise you'll have leftovers or a struggle to finish (nothing is more frustrating then THAT...) The sandwich was huge and delicious. There was so much tender beef (marinated in Modela) nestled between so much cheesy (Oaxaca & Monterey Jack) goodness. It came with a side of a creamy avocado salsa and chili consommé sauce for dipping. The dirty fries were the perfect amount of crisp on the outside but soft and meaty on the inside. Rounded out with big chunks of pork "scraps" (their wording not mine), marinated pepper rings, fresh basil leaves and shredded Parmesan it was intriguingly different. As a girl growing up in the Midwest loaded or "fancy" fries were chili cheese fries so it was a nice change of pace. Lardo was a great choice for a quick but deliciously filling lunch. read more

The porchetta was absolutely amazing! This was my second time getting this sandwich. The bread was nice and crusty...the meat was so flavorful. It's located in the food court in the Cosmopolitan. I would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone who is looking for a quick meal. The service was quick and the staff was really nice. read more

This was the perfect spot for a quick and casual dinner during our night out in Vegas. Lardo is a sandwich spot nested inside of the Cosmopolitan's Block 16 food court. We got there on a Saturday night, and there was a decent line waiting to order their food. This isn't one of the fancy sit down restaurants, but rather a casual grab and go type of spot. Block 16 itself offers some seating in the nearby areas, but it can be difficult to snag a table during peak hours. We ended up getting their porchetta sandwich and Lardo fries. The porchetta sandwich was really good and I really liked how they added both a caper mayo and salsa verde to the sandwich for the extra tang. The sandwich itself was huge and split in half, so I shared this with my boyfriend and it was a good serving size. The only downside is that the sandwich was really oily and heavy. We also ordered the dirty fries, which were sadly underwhelming. I think I just expected them to have melted parmesan or smaller bits of pork scraps that were more well incorporated with the fries, but it just felt like everything was kind of thrown on top and were served a little cold. Overall, Lardo is a good spot if you're looking for something quick and casual to eat while in Vegas! read more

I was starving when I came and was SO happy that there was a Lardo's here in Vegas! It's located right on the 2nd floor of Cosmo. Food: amazing! They do a mean take on burgers and sandwiches. It's a cafeteria style of ordering and finding a spot nearby to sit. I had their Pho'Rench Dip - which is a pho sandwich, sounds weird but so great especially dipping in the broth. The broth was decent since it's mostly for dipping. The lardo fries are good but definitely shareable. Service: good The servers were nice and helpful. Thank you! read more
If you're looking for something informal and quick on the strip, Lardo is a popular sandwich spot located in the food court at the Cosmo. My friend last year has gotten their Pho sandwich (Pho'rench dip) which is a pho style / French dip kind of sandwich. Like pho in sandwich form. We did feel like the sandwich itself had a lot of flavor, maybe too much flavor. But we enjoyed how you can dip in in pho broth. The broth too was also flavorful. It was very filling and easy to share. We also got the lardo fries which were fries with some meat, peppers, and cheese. Also really good too. Service was quick, they have bar seating in front of the store front and there's some surrounding tables to eat and when you're on the go while in Vegas. Also they have take out which is good for leftovers while getting ready to drink! read more
We continually return to Lardo on the second floor of the Cosmopolitan Hotel in their food court called Block 16. Their sandwiches kick rear! Sandwiches are made to order which means you might have to wait 10-15 minutes for your order if they are crowded. The only sides they offer are Dirty and Lardo fries. It is a good-sized order and they have them spiced up quite well. A new sandwich has appeared on their menu: The "Beeria" Grilled Cheese. It is now our favorite sandwich. It comes on sourdough bread with a couple of types of cheeses, onions, and their Modelo braised beef. You get a chilli consomme to dip your sandwich into. This time we got the Bronx Bomber again, but we really like the Porchetta, a good pork sandwich, and the Pho'Rench Dip, a beef one with a tasty dipping sauce. We've never tried the Double Burger or the Hot Italian. Perhaps on our next visit. read more
Burger, burger, burger. When I last visited The Cosmopolitan I was waiting in a line to be seated at the Tekka Bar Handroll and Sake, as I was standing about 30 feet away from the Tekka Bar, I was right next to the grill at Lardo where I could see the chefs cooking behind a glass wall. I saw them make about the 20-30 sandwiches and they all looked good. On this visit, I went twice in one day. The highlight was the Double burger with bacon and cheese, it was awesome, the burgers were kind of square, like a high-end Wendy's burger, the bun was fresh, and I only wish I could have eaten another one later in my trip. For lunch I had the Bronx bomber, the meat portion was not huge, the provolone whiz and pickled peppers were excellent, and the bun was super fresh, it was good, but nowhere as good as the burger. read more
Staying at The Cosmopolitan, we had a lot of options for food. We decided to give Lardo a shot. Quickly scanning the menu, one item stood out to me. The Beeria Grilled Cheese. I enjoy all of the ingredients listed, minus the onions. At the time, we got lucky and there wasn't really a line. I was greeted warmly and quickly ordered the sandwich with no onions. A few minutes later, my name was called out to pick up my order. My goodness! What a flavorful sandwich! For a casual, fast food meal, this one was my favorite of the weekend. It was absolutely delicious. And BIG. I wasn't able to finish the whole sandwich, so I had leftovers. And the container it was served in, made it easy to take the leftovers back to the room. I would have not problem going back right this minute and eating another one. Two thumbs up from me! read more

I don't know if it's the same thing, but they did have a crispy buffalo pig ear sandwich featured on the menu when I went last weekend- the whole crispy pig ear is on the sandwich itself.
