This was a good stop! Love a small neighborhood business and this one certainly fits the bill. Seated a party of four right away and very reasonably priced entrees. I had the chicken fajitas which were a decent portion with tortillas for $15. I also tried a strawberry margarita which was blended but very tasty. All entrees come with a side of soup or salad. Our service was great and can't beat the prices.

I just moved to the neighborhood and walked here today and I was not disappointed. I was greeted as soon as I walked in the door and sat immediately. Adam was my waiter and he was absolutely amazing. Such a gentleman! Kind and professional. It's located near the corner of Green & Artesia, across the street from the police sub station. Customer service 5/5 Chicken taco 5/5 House salad 5/5 Cheese tamale 4.5/5 Red salsa 5/5 Green salsa 5/5 Blended mango margarita 5/5

Let me start off by saying ... I'm not sure why this spot is not more busy, it's really quite good! I never really realized it was there, passed by many times, however we gave it a try about 2 weeks ago and within 10 days we went 3 times! The staff is very friendly/nice and helpful with question, restaurant is very clean with plenty of seating, small bar area inside and tv's with sports games on inside restaurant if that's your thing and the food, is good, it's not greasy like some Mexican food, it's more authentic food not elevated fancy Mexican, portions are a good size, prices are very reasonable. We will definitely be regulars here! I forgot to take photos of our 3rd visit, but we had the carne asada combo plate and the taco burrito special - if you have not went, I would highly recommend giving it a try!

Local beach establishment which fed and entertained locals since the mid 1970's under same ownership and management fed me today Complimentary chips and salsa is delivered soon after you get to your seat. That was chased by a margarita and a carne asada "something" The average price of an entree is $20 and average price of a combo plate is $15 Parking available on the east side of Artesia Blvd. Don't blink or you might miss the parking lot entrance Indoor seating, bar seating and patio seating available

The food was amazing and very authentic. The ambience of the restaurant makes you feel like you're in Mexico and the service was immaculate. Everything was amazing and we cannot wait to come back and try the rest of the menu. The pork loins in chile verde was amazing I fell in love with the salsa from the get go and once the entree was served it was game over! Everything is amazing from something as simple as to how good the beans tasted. Very happy to have experienced this landmark and I cannot wait to come back again.

    Some Valentine decor.

When a favorite restaurant closes, we seek to replace it with a new favorite and sometimes the search isn't easy. We've dined at Las Brisas a few times; the service is always friendly and the food is decent. I've had better margaritas but the ones served here work just fine especially if your interest is to imbibe somewhere close to home. Las Brisas is that for me. I'm not convinced Las Brisas is the replacement, so the search will continue. My seafood loving guy wishes there were fish dishes instead of just shrimp. I'd love it if they served nuclear hot cheese and chips; yes, it's a treat, but it's not on the menu so there's that. At one time there were two types of salsa, I'll have to ask about this on the next visit. There is a private parking lot, but note parking can get wonky during the peak dining hours so wear your patience hat. Las Brisas also has a sub level event space that's roomy and can be reserved/rented. This last visit allowed us to gauge whether or not it's worthy of another visit...it is, we'll do it soon.

Everything tasted incredibly fresh and perfectly seasoned. We ordered the carne asada and carnitas, and both were amazing. The meat was tender, flavorful, and not fatty at all just perfectly cooked and packed with flavor. My daughter had the bean and cheese burrito with rice and beans and loved it too. They bring out three different salsas with the chips, and each one had its own unique flavor. You can tell the chips are house-made because they're fresh, crisp, and just really good. Some Mexican restaurants can make things overly salty, but everything here tasted balanced and fresh. I also had a Paloma and it was made perfectly. Before we left we decided to try the churros and I'm so glad we did. They were filled with this amazing cream and came with a caramel sauce for dipping. I'm not usually a big dessert person, but these were seriously incredible. Great location, great service, amazing food, and everything tasted fresh and well made. We will definitely be back!

They immediately bring around chips and three types of salsa, which is such a nice gesture to still get at some places. The service was great, they help each other. We tried the quesadilla trio, the street corn, and a number of different tacos. The food was really good, there were some that I liked more than others but definitely a solid place for authentic Mexican

Prices are reasonable, and the views are as good as they get with unobstructed views of the harbor all the way to Palos Verdes. The restaurant is clean, new, and TVs with sports even in the dining room (perfect for watching World Cup matches while dining). The only critique I'd offer is I wish they didn't use the end pieces of the loaf of bread for french toast--made the pieces tough. But the other breakfast items were great, as were the salsa, guac, and tortilla chips. What a gem to have in Redondo, especially for it being reasonably priced and accessible (wasn't a problem getting a reservation). Hope this place can stay busy enough to stick around for a while.

The margaritas tasted like dirty water completely watered down with no flavor at all. They were honestly some of the worst we've ever had. If you decide to come here, I'd recommend sticking with a beer and maybe a quesadilla, since those are pretty hard to mess up. It's really disappointing that every part of our experience fell short, because I would have gladly given a higher rating if there had been at least one standout. Sadly, there just wasn't

They have a small parking lot but there's only 3-4 reserved restaurant parking spots so you'll probably need to park on the street. They bring you free chips and salsa. I ordered a skinny margarita and the shrimp tacos. I always am scared getting a skinny marg because it is either super strong or not good but this one was the best I've had in a while. The shrimp tacos were yummy! My friend wasn't a big fan of them because they were too wet and didn't have enough crunch. The prices are good too. It's hard to find a place where you can order a margarita for $12 now a days. The servers were super welcoming and attentive. All around top tier service here! This may be my new favorite Mexican restaurant in redondo. Highly recommend!

The food here is really good. They do a very good job of not only sourcing high quality ingredients, but preparing each dish with a very nice presentation. In terms of atmosphere, this is a large restaurant. They have numerous interior tables, as well as some exterior tables, as well. They also have a very nice bar area. Their seating is all very well spaced so you never feel like you're sitting too close to any other customer. This gives you the space to feel comfortable having conversations with whomever you're with. On certain night in the evening, they actually bring in a band. Not your traditional mariachi band or anything like that. But, a band that performs some really interesting takes on both traditional and modern Latin music. The staff here are all super nice. They're happy to help you out with whatever you need. And, they do a really good job doing their job. One thing to know about this restaurant is that they're currently offering Sunday brunch beginning at 9:00 AM. I know the sign outside says that the brunch doesn't begin till 11:00 AM. But, don't let that fool you. They actually are opening at 9:00 AM. Meaning, you can come in here on Sunday morning and have a really great breakfast. Overall, if you're in the Old Torrance area, and you want to have some great Latin inspired food, this may be your place to go.
