To say he knew the dishes well would be an understatement -- he could explain every ingredient in detail for anything we asked about. We always start with the Lump Crab & Spinach Dip with crostinis, and as always, it was absolutely to die for. For our entrées, we each ordered the salmon topped with shrimp and lump crab meat, finished with a rich butter sauce and mashed potato purée.
