Food was cold and just very tasteless. Got the cheese enchiladas and hardly any cheese, just tortilla taste:

I love almost everything at Las Palapas. Today we tried the melon margarita, which was margarita of the month, and it was absolutely delicious. My Monga margarita was great as well. I was craving their tortilla soup which is my favorite. I think it's a great price for the flautas the beans and the soup. The chicken flauta and beans are really good.I would definitely order again.

The menu only has a few burgers to choose from, but they are very customizable. I've been to many places that specialize in burgers and have a dozen to choose from, but these are better. And the fresh cut fries complement the burgers perfectly. When the weather isn't so hot, the outside seating is very peaceful and not in a high foot traffic area. I make it a point to drive 10 miles specifically to come here, and if I go more than a month between visits, it has been too long.

Saw the burger on the menu and raced over. Parking is a little tight but it was lunchtime on a work day. But as soon as I entered I was greeted and treated as if I had been there 100 times. The guy working the register was very personable and welcoming. Seating on the inside is very tight with about 5 small tables. Even the ones that fit 4 would be a squeeze but that's ok cause we're here for the food. Burger. Delicious. Fries. Delicious. Sweet tea left some to be desired on the sweet side but it was fresh. But my goodness that soft bun and tasty meat on the burger was very good. I would definitely order it again. Give em a try if you're out that way. Or even if you're not. Their menu has many options and if they're as good as the burger you won't be disappointed.

I'm a temperature brat so this place delighted as soon as the plate arrived steaming hot I had a white bean soup called fasolada and it was lovely with steaming hot pita and a refreshing white wine wine called Santorini. The pita is scrumptious. If you like bread, order some extra cause you'll want more. The salad is fresh and lovely and well dressed. I'm not white so I like it Dressed Properly with great olive oil and it was. The lamb shank was divine. Rice was moist and perfectly cooked. Green beans were addicting. I had an Agiorgitico red wine which was a perfect pairing with the shank. The portions are big so come hungry I highly recommend you check out this mom and pop restaurant. My server Gloria is awesome.

One of the worst experiences ever trying a new restaurant Got the lunch special with one Gyro, a small Greek salad and french fries for some reason I didn't know that french fries were part of the Greek cuisine. I would think it would be rice. That being said, the salad arrived swimming, and what seems to be Greek dressing drenched severely The Gyro the only thing good about that was the bread that was holding it to me was tasteless and look like it sat out all day. I did not even eat it at all. It was horrible. And the french fries I've had better french fries from my freezer It's hard to believe this restaurant is still in business Good luck

One of our members has been recommending this place for two years as a venue for our monthly…read moreretirement luncheons. I finally put it on this year's schedule and planned to go with a group of ten. But, as the day drew nearer, folks just started cancelling for various reasons, until we finally ended up with a party of five today. When we arrived, I was surprised at just how much of a "bar and grill" this was. I started getting nervous about the food. I know we've all been to bars that had horrible food before. Fortunately, this is not one of those bars. The food here was really good. We started with an order of fried mushrooms served with gravy and deviled eggs. I'm not a fan of fried food, but the others all seemed to enjoy them. There was a huge mound of them that all but disappeared. I opted for the deviled eggs- one of my favorite foods. These were topped with a crunchy strip of bacon and served with a pile of pickled jalapeno slices. The were super delicious! On our member's recommendation, I tried the orange chicken served with fried rice for my entree, as did two others. I was overwhelmed with the gobs of food the server sat in front of me. There were at least twenty bite-sized nuggets of chicken sitting on top of a bed of fried rice. That bed was obviously a California King! They were lightly covered in the orange sauce, but still crunchy. It was a very satisfying meal. I had the other half for supper, and it was almost as delicious heated up in the microwave. One of our people had a pepperoni pizza. It was probably about 18". The crust was amazingly thin. It just looked awesome to me. My friend enjoyed it, but carried a lot home with her. The fifth person in our group had the Reuben sandwich. She said it was delicious, but was put off by the amount of fat on the meat. Encore makes their own pastrami. The chef explained to her that the fat on the pastrami was what most people thought made it such a delicious meat. I know it looked great to me. I will most likely have that next time I visit, and there will be a next time.
