I was disappointed that they only do around forehead and eyes. At my former place, Disappearing Act they did around my lips. Tanzi said they didn't do botox around lips. Why did she have me pucker? I though she was professional and caring. But I really need both around my lips and chin. Not alot but enough to fight the thin lines. I know it works. I've had it done. You may receive reasonable store credit, but a refund will be a fraction of your investment. I take responsibility for my lack of understanding this, but I would not do this again. read more

Great staff that we're helpful, alert and friendly! The two women behind the counter Eva and Kat went above and beyond to make sure I felt comfortable before and after my removal session. They always had smiles on and were very professional. Kat assisted me with the numbing part and was very kind. The doctor who help me with my session, Melanie, was so friendly, kind, helpful and patient. I asked her several questions and she constantly gave me answers - She really knew her stuff snd took pride in what she did. I've gone to the laser away in San Francisco and felt like they took care of me but the one in Sacramento was miles ahead. I really left there knowing all about tattoo removal aftercare. The location was in a great/safe area and also very clean/up to date. They gave me treatment stuff to take home to apply to the area that had been "laser away". When arriving, they have their doors locked, which I assume is because there are a lot of people around the area since it is next to a Safeway? I was running a little late because of traffic caused by an accident, but when I went in I had to wait about 5 mins because one was on the phone with a client and another person came walking out and said "I guess we are a little busy," but she was nice and had me checked in super quick. But I have the sunset package, and usually my session lasts 15 mins at the Folsom location, but at the Sacramento one I was there for 8 mins. It just made me concerned that they rushed me in and out and did not cover all the areas needed. I'm hoping it doesn't ruin the progress I had since the first session. Three stars for the quickness and accommodating for me being 3 mins late. But I took off stars because it's an upscale place, that is located in a Safeway shopping center, that has doors locked, for safety? But not sure.. read more

Very disappointed with the service at this specific location. I purchased a package, received a deal for 2 syringes for lip fillers. Buy one get one half off. I spoke with McKenzie on the phone who scheduled my appointment and assisted me with purchasing my package. I went to my first app and was only given 1 syringe of lip filler. I was advised to come back for the 2nd about a month after my 1st app. When I arrived to my second app I was taken to the back, numbed for filler only to be told they could not provide the second syringe due to it being against regulations. I was advised the 2nd syringe would have to be injected 6 months after the 1st. I was not given the information when purchasing my package. This place is more about sales than quality. read more

Terrible customer service from corporate. No concern for guest recovery or satisfaction. All they wanna do is sell you more and more treatments and not be accountable for their mistakes. Make sure you have it in writing the EXACT areas you hope to be treated because the people doing consultations will tell you one thing but you will get something different. There is a reason why they don't list pricing or exactly what an "area" covers. It's so they can get you in and then upsell you more treatments. read more

Laseraway is the second location I've done laser hair removal services at. They're courteous, clean, accommodating, and, most of all, the laser hair removal began working within only 1 session. The only feedback I'd have is that the technicians are inconsistent with their advice and technique; most can finish legs/face/underarms in 30-40 minutes, but I had one take over 75 minutes. They tend to vary in how much they warn against sun exposure and their sunscreen recommendations have not been good. Otherwise, would recommend it! read more

I purchased a package a few years ago and had all of my treatments done in Southern California aside from this last one. I went into the Sacramento location to use my last session. The girl who did my laser hair removal was training, which I understand. She missed the majority of one side of my neck. There was no redness where the hairs are, and she wasn't thorough. Her trainer should have been more attentive. I should have said something, but I had already walked to my car and was in a rush to get to another appointment. For the price of packages, I expect great service every time. I have other areas that I want treated, but will not be using LaserAway in the future after that experience. read more
