Cute small shop located in New People. Friendly staff and friendly technicians. The technicians are both really great and pretty fast. Their work is natural and done well. I LOVE LASH SPOT!!!! I've been getting my lash extensions at Lash Spot for a few months already and I've been meaning to write a review for Hana but haven't had the time. I've been to another lash place prior to Lash Spot and nothing can compare to the awesome service they provide here. Hana is the best!! She is super nice, fun, and extremely professional. During our consultation she gave me options on the different curves styles and lengths and answered all my questions before we began. It depends on how you care for your lashes but my initial full application ($175) lasted almost 4 weeks!!! Then I pretty much go in for a fill every 3 weeks and spend $70 and I love it every time. I went here based on recs from friends. This was my first time getting lash extensions and I didn't know what to expect, but overall it was a good experience and I'll definitely go back! Since it was my first time, Hana showed and explained the different types lash lengths and curls. She helped me decide based on what type of look I wanted and went from there (I got the full set C curl). The procedure itself was painless although I could feel a few pricks here and there. I've been wanting to get my eyelashes done for a while, but was a bit hesitant with some telling me that the lashes fall off with your own or horror stories of lashes poking the eyeball and getting infected, so I was very cautious and thought about it forever until I finally pulled the trigger. TINA did a great job with the original set and then a touch up a few weeks later. She was very professional, gentle, and thorough throughout the whole process. Tina definitely listened to my needs & wants of not wanting too crazy butterfly wing lashes especially for my first time and the end result was great. For the fill, she went a little more full and volume which was a great recommendation as well. My eyelashes look so natural no one initially noticed they were done and definitely worth not having end of day raccoon eyes trying to scrape off mascara. This review is for Honorine, a relatively new technician who I went to after losing Xiulan, who moved on from Lashspot. Honorine is a pro, has been doing lashes for many years. I had told her that recently, my lashes were only lasting 2 weeks at best when in the past they lasted at least 3 weeks. She really listened and I felt like she was trying to solve the problem. It seems like whatever she did worked and my lashes are lasting longer again. Lashspot used to be my favorite spot of doing lash extension.But, their manager's attitude was really bother me.Once, i got into the shop before a woman.She just looked at me and did not say anything.She did not help me to ask anyone to come out .After another customer came , she just immediately smile to her and asked someone to come out.Once, someone email me about changing my schedule.Well, who would like to be changing schedule with no reason. This review is for Tina. She's done my lashes twice, the first time giving me extra length and curl, and the second time touching them up but going a bit more dramatic with the length. Needless to say, I love my extensions. They look totally natural and really open up the eyes, and I've found that I've worn a lot less eye makeup lately! Longer lashes and less maintenance? Win win in my book! As for the procedure, it was my first time getting lash extensions but Tina was really professional and let me know which types of lashes she recommended for my eye shape. The process took about 1.5 - 2 hrs and at the end she went over maintenance tips and answered any questions I had. Tina is great!! Would totally recommend her for your lash extensions! read more

I love my new flirty lashes! I wanted to look good for my birthday last week and booked an appointment with Hana. She asked me what kind of style of lashes I wanted and when I told her she recommended the right style for my eyes (I am asian). I think they are the flirty lashes. Anyway, Hana was very efficient and gentle (i.e. No discomfort) and friendly. We were talking about my life and next thing I know I am done!! Not only that but Hana did my eyebrows and uh the hair on my lips LOL. I got so many compliments from all my friends. I love it and will be going back for touch ups. No more eyeliner! They did an OK job. I requested someone, made an appointment then was given to someone else I did not request. I asked why I wasn't given the person I requested and they said she wasn't there that day. But no one told me in advance and just gave me to someone else. They tape your eye lids open and my eyes were really red from the fumes which has never happened to me before. It's also kind of pricey- about $120 per visit for refills. If you want some beautiful eyelash extensions I recommend Lash Spot SF. I got my lashes done twice by Shymell, and I can't recommend her highly enough!! She was very professional and super sweet. Shymell has lovely cool hands and is very attentive to detail. I experienced no pain at all, not even one pinch! I was so pleased with her that I recommended her to my 17 year old daughter who also went back a second time, and plans to use her again before prom. I had Tina as my beautician and she was really wonderful and meticulous. She took off my old lash extensions and gave me more of a cat eye look, and it was very subtle and natural looking The only complaint that I have is that the rooms are just cubbies and don't have ceilings and it could get really loud. With the sound bouncing off all the walls, it really made me feel disoriented and anxious at times. I wish the receptionist would lay down the law and make sure that people didn't talk so loudly. read more

The lashes here fall out very quickly - within a week despite taking good care of them. This hasn't happened at any other places that I've tried. Gave them another shot for a fill but the same situation again. Also, they don't change the sheet on the bed between customers so I had to lie on a sheet that had other patrons' hair on it - gross. read more

Fair service. I came across LashSpot after using the Gilt deal. Technican Cara was great! If you are going to go I highly recommend her. My original technican was awful-took over two hours and ignored my request for dramatic lashes (if you are going to get falsies might as well go big, right?). When I had expressed my dissatisfaction she essentially ignored me. However, my second and third appointments were with Cara and she was wonderful! They seem to be having major issues with their computer-I had multiple times where they couldn't accept my credit card and when I called in to make an appointment. Also, they aren't open on weekends when makes it difficult for someone like me who works 60+ hours a week. All in all, I was happy with my lashes after the repeat visits however it was a pain to reschedule and maintain. read more

I came to LashSpot because I had a Gilt City voucher for a full set of lashes. I appreciated that the spa is clean and my technician worked quite quickly. The reason for my low review though is that most of my lashes have already fallen out and it hasn't even been 2 weeks since my initial appointment. Within just a few days several of them fell out and every day this has continued. I have not used mascara once since getting them and have not used oil based products on my eyes so I really see no other reason for their falling out other than poor application or glue. For the cost of the application (expensive, even with the Gilt City voucher) I would have expected the extensions to stay on much longer! I won't be coming here again. read more

I love the look of a full set of lush volume lashes & have always just worn ones from target/sephora with all that messy glue & only last the night & you hope they don't fall off. Well I finally made the plunge to splurge & do a set of full lash extensions. Best decision!!!!! was told they'd last 3-5week before a refill & I've currently had mine on almost 6weeks & still look incredible very few have fallen out. I have gotten so many compliments & everyone thinks they are my own.. I no longer need to wear mascara & rarely even wear shadow & eyeliner they make that much of a statement when I'm on the go its perfect.... I HIGHLY recommend Jackie Flores Strange she's all about quality wk over quantity. Little OCD & perfectionist when it comes to her trade so you know you will walk out of the shop with the perfect set of lashes & she does follow afterwards up to make sure you are happy & satisfied. Before she started, she asked me questions before hand to make sure that I was getting what I really wanted and made me feel super comfortable the entire time. The lashes looked beautiful when finished, I didn't even need mascara (although adding mascara made them look even more awesome and dramatic).
