We've been wanting to come here for MONTHS because so many people having been raving about it. We finally made it in for happy hour, and it was good food and a good time! First of all, they have a great timing for happy hour. Every day from 3-6pm. It's not often you can find a restaurant who offers happy hour every day, so this is a nice option to keep for whenever you're in the mood. Bar seating was actually really nice. We sat at one of the tables by the bar, and the atmosphere was super relaxed with great natural lighting. Food was pretty good, too. They do have outdoor seating that looks nice as well. We got the calamari, and it was bomb. The lemon garlic aioli sauce was perfect with it. We also got Chef Alex's tacos, and they were good - have definitely had better tacos elsewhere. It says it's the taco of the day, so maybe it was just this particular taco, but it was pretty bland. Their house sangria was DELICIOUS. If you have a good sangria, it already makes everything about the restaurant so much better. Parking was easy for us, but I imagine it could get difficult if it's a busy day at the outlets. Staff were friendly and efficient. Recommend coming here, especially if you want to find a good place for happy hour. read more

4.5 stars. We started our dinner with a bottle of Antinori sangiovese. It's a wine we've enjoyed many times before (about $12/bottle at Total Wine). At $45 it's an abusive mark-up IMO. We had the polenta lasagna as our appetizer. All the elements were masterfully executed. The freshness of the eggplant, vegetables combined with the creaminess of buratta cheese and polenta was satisfying. Both entrees were excellent, as good as you'd get any top-flight establishment in LA. The dessert was good, but not as good as the other elements of the meal. It was served too cold. The service was good and the overall noise level was conducive to having a good conversation without having to raise your voice. As it stands, Latitude 34 is probably Camarillo's best restaurant, but the pricing ($100/person) renders it a special occassion restaurant rather than a weekly excursion. read more

I didn't know they had happy hour. We happened to be right timing to experience. Food was absolutely tasty, truly enjoyed little bit of some I was interested in. Counter was packed. A true 5/5 dining experience! Walking into a bustling restaurant and getting seated right away was a delight. The ambiance was clean and romantic. With dim lighting and minimalistic decor, I was happy to dine inside. Right away we ordered drinks, appetizers and our main course. Our waiter reassured us that we could have our main course come out later so that we don't feel rushed eating. That was much appreciated! Our drinks were strong and tasty. You can't go wrong with any of the cocktails. As for appetizers, the Calamari was crispy, with nice seasoning and the Filet Mignon was so tender. A must try when coming here. For our main, we shared the Lobster pasta & the Cesar salad. Both were a great combination! The seafood was fresh & had a flavorful sauce. We ended the night with the Butter-cake dessert. Went today and had their rack of lamb it was AMAZING. I have never enjoyed lamb in 36 years of my life and the pistachio crusted lamb was the best meal I had in a long time. Had an excellent dining experience at the new restaurant in Camarillo- Latitude 34. We started with the margarita flight. The three margaritas were very good. Liked the jalapeño margarita best. The prickly pear and lemon lime ones were good as well. The lobster bisque was delicious. Will order again. For the main entree the lobster seafood pasta was done so well. The lobster tail, sea bass, shrimp and mussels were all prepared to perfection. I don't usually order dessert. However I'm glad I did this time. The French beignets were truly out of this world. They're better than the ones in New Orleans. The beignets are served with a super delicious Amarena cherry gelato topped with fresh strawberries. Wow! My girlfriend and I love going to this place! The food is great, they have good drinks, the service is nice and the restaurant itself is very clean. My favorite dish here is the ahi tuna, but I would be perfectly happy eating anything else on the menu. If you're in the area or you have visitors from out of town, I'd recommend bringing them here. Staff is friendly and attends to your needs in a jiffy. Angus Beef sliders cooked just as I wanted, juicy, medium well with house special sauce, cheddar, bacon on a brioche bun is really good. Came in (1/4/24 @ lunchtime) and was greeted by a very unfriendly hostess. She seemed young? Maybe she just doesn't have the experience yet for customer service. Didn't smile or say welcome. She honestly seemed annoyed we were there. I realize it's a small part of the experience, but it's the first part so it stands out. Our server however was very friendly and made us feel welcome. Food was great, however my salad could have used a little more dressing. At one point, we asked the same hostess as she was walking by if she could grab our server for us, and she just said 'mmhmm' and never did. Also had a cup of the soup of the day, a blended green soup which included broccolini, and yummy. Gorgonzola sprinkled on top with croutons. So good. Even the iced tea was perfectly made. Was pleasantly surprised finding a great happy hour spot at the outlets in Camarillo! Happy hour starts at 3pm and is only available at the bar or outdoor seating. Luckily it was a beautiful day and great weather. Patio seating was perfect! Service was a little slow although the restaurant wasn't busy. I ordered a house red wine and the filet mignon bites and Brussel sprouts. The portions were perfect for 1 person to get full! Had reservations and upon showing up, the process was a breeze. Our party was seated, servers were superb, super friendly and accommodating. Perfect location right off the 101 in the outlet. Great dinner and a concert! We stopped by on a night where Frank Sinatra and Dean Martin tunes were sung by a guy, who we thought at first was a mannequin. He stood quite still while singing. My colleagues and I shared 2 appetizers, the Truffle Arancini, the Polenta Lasagna. I ordered the Lobster Seafood Pasta. Everything was delicious. Every ingredient seemed perfect with each other. Price-wise, it was a higher end restaurant. It was worth it. There was an older couple who looked like they thoroughly enjoyed the songs. Another table of young women had salads. The salads, by the way, looked really good. I would be ordering that another time. Our server Katie was awesome. She split the appetizers cost between the three of us without being asked. Came in for a bday dinner and didn't have the best or worst experience. I'm the type of person that has a hard time deciding what to eat and I didn't get much guidance. No favorite dishes from the waitress or possible pairings with dishes. The drink I went with was the Whiskey Honey & Lemon. You could never go wrong with Basil Hayden's whiskey. The drink had a sage leaf in it and unfortunately I got no hints of sage unless I stuck my nose in the drink. Drinks Raspberry drop- very good Whiskey Honey- Nice drink, would order again after trying a few other things first Mule- I didn't get to try but my husband enjoyed it. Food Lobster bisque- Got this to start. It was awesome, I would 100% order this again. Probably everytime LOL Birria tacos- Very good and reasonable price. Mac and cheese- Very good and not just for kids. Braised short rib- AMAZING, favorite thing I had. I paired this with the risotto. 5 stars! Lobster Shrimp Scampi- This was OK, husband said he will try something else next time. Check out prices if that's a concern for you. Not a casual dining place but worth the money.
