They are so chaotic so juvenile it's like being in a child's romper room, medical school, you can't even get doctors on the phone and you have to call so many numbers because it's supposed to be on apps only and text. God forbid you should have a voice on the phone . I came in with a formula that neede a replica that helped my hair and she had a pharmacy make it I thought but it was completely garbage. it did not do anything to help my hair shedding like my original tonic from a previous doctor . What kind of health profession doesn't see more than one ailment? A bad one. because they want you to come back and charge your insurance company for the second time this is a scam. The doctors are not educated. It seems from my experience. They probably can't get real jobs in a real hospital or a real well known establishment. I came in with a painful acne flare-up and was hoping to be seen, but the staff told me they couldn't see me because of the doctor's strict late-arrival policy. Instead, they told me I would have to reschedule my appointment. I understand that offices have policies, but there should be some flexibility and compassion, especially when a patient is in pain and only a few minutes late due to parking. No effort was made to accommodate me or even check if the doctor could still see me. I left without receiving any treatment despite being in discomfort. Overall, this was a very frustrating experience, and I expected much better patient care and customer service.

I went for a consultation at the age of 68 - I was preparing to have some facial surgery to take off some of the aging that has occurred. He presented a well thought out treatment plan and I underwent a major facial rejuvenation about three weeks ago. I was realistic about the outcome that was to be expected. Here are my thoughts: 1. Consultation was accurate and my results FAR exceeded the expectations. 2. There was great value for the fee I was charged. 3. The results were a tad unnatural for first 48 hours and no pain was experienced during the approximate hour and half procedure. 4. I would judge the results a B+ 72 hours after the procedure. 5. I would judge the results an A++ two to three weeks after the procedure. My gut feeling is that for 20% or less of the proposed plastic surgery fee - I ended up with 99% of the results. BUT UNLIKE SURGERY I ALWAYS LOOKED NORMAL ALMOST IMMEDIATELY. I would judge only a rare and very talented clinician has the critical eye that he has. I have had other facial fillers before and consider they were well done. He has set a new bar. Dr. Bracci is in my opinion a superb physician and a Zest for his work. Passion for results counts in my opinion. I feel my money VERY WELL spent and am happy that I avoided surgery. I had no work done on my eyes as he felt it was ill advised. Left the office and an hour later made an appointment elsewhere. The 19th street location is very nice, clean and modern. The girls who greeted me at the front desk were very polite. I waited about 3 minutes to be called in and waited another 10 for the doctor once inside. The young lady who escorted me in, was also very polite. I was actually not seen by a doctor, but a PA which is not a problem but she didn't do anything. She gave me her work history spiel, to calm any concerns I had about her not being a doctor. She asked me a few questions which I think I had already answered on my pre- appointment paperwork and to which she scribbled the answers on a post it note. Things were looking up when she said ok let's examine you but then she literally stood up in place, leaned in ever so slightly and said "ok" and sat down again. That was the extent of her inspection. Based on the information I gave her she said I had hormonal acne, which I knew already and didn't have to see a dermatologist to determine. She immediately suggested a few prescriptions and the services they provided such as a $450 peel which according to her (and the other young lady who also shamelessly plugged it) does wonders! The whole thing was very matter of fact, this is what you have and you should do this and goodbye. I didn't feel like my issue was addressed, it felt more like "use our products and come back in four weeks to see if it worked". I think the nurse/assistant spent more time with me than the PA did. The worst thing she did which is actually inconceivable and a clear sign that she is not someone I would recommend or even go back to was when I asked her to see a mole I had which I was concerned with. She responded that she could do a body scan "another time". I'm sure to look at one mole, not an entire body scan would've taken 1 minute (especially for her!) and she just brushed it off. I would think that's more concerning than any other issue such as acne. It just felt like she was not interested in doing anything more than suggest their services. I thought of just getting the meds and going elsewhere for a real solution, but I can't even have them filled because they wrote someone else's name on the prescription! Big oversight. I have been to dermatologists in the past that actually inspect, do extractions and even give you shots to help current acne if necessary. And most certainly will look at a mole which may turn into a much bigger issue if not addressed. I will definitely not be returning and have already made an appointment with a dermatologist in the area that actually helped in the past. I tried this place on a whim but just wasted my time.
