Minus one star for the communication issue but otherwise the installation went well and now I have a working fan instead of a hole in the ceiling. I appreciate their flexibility with installing a fan they didn't sell me which saved me money in the long run.

He was educating me and I am very grateful for the time took to do so. Austin also gave us a big bonus. I had a blower fan motor replace a year ago by Carson Oil Co. For entire year I was having problems with heat blowing into our living spaces. Austin identified the problem quickly and informed me that the motor had been installed incorrectly and that it was running backwards!!!! His knowledge will save me a lot of money. Carson Oil Co. has not returned my calls regarding this mistake. Funny how that works after I spent $607 for the motor and $1700 this year on oil. A giant "thank you" to Deluxe and Austin.
